目的 测定和比较脑肿瘤病人及非脑肿瘤病人脑脊液中果糖等多元醇的含量,以了解它们在脑肿瘤生化代谢过程中的作用。方法 采用日本岛津高效气相色谱仪,对40例脑肿瘤病人和15例对照组病人脑脊液中果糖、葡萄醇、肌醇及甘露醛4种多元醇...目的 测定和比较脑肿瘤病人及非脑肿瘤病人脑脊液中果糖等多元醇的含量,以了解它们在脑肿瘤生化代谢过程中的作用。方法 采用日本岛津高效气相色谱仪,对40例脑肿瘤病人和15例对照组病人脑脊液中果糖、葡萄醇、肌醇及甘露醛4种多元醇含量进行了测定,并进行统计学分析比较。结果 脑肿瘤组脑脊液中多元醇浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);恶性脑肿瘤脑脊液中多元醇含量高于良性脑肿瘤(P<0.01);术前高于术后。结论 脑脊液中的多元醇,特别是果糖和葡萄醇与脑肿瘤生长代谢有密切关系,或许在脑肿瘤生长代谢过程中起着重要作用。Objective To determine and compare polyol contents in CSF of the patients with braintumor and those without braintumor in order to know their roles in the course of biochemical metabolism of braintumor.Methods The contents of 4 kinds of polyol (fructose, glucitol, inositol and mannose) in CSF of 40 braintumor patients and 15 controls were determined by the gas chromatograph made in Japan.Results The concentration of polyol in CSF of braintumor group was obviously higher than in control group (P < 0.01 ), and it was higher in CSF of the malignant braintumor patients than that in CSF of benign braintumor patients (P <0.01 ). The preoperative content was higher than postoperative one.Conclusion It is concluded that polyol in CSF, especially fructose and glucitol, has a close relationship with the growth and metabolism of braintumor, and it may play an important role in the growth and metabolism course of braintumor.展开更多
