With the continuous Promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative in China,the requirements for oral English competence of college graduates have been becoming increasingly important.However,the oral English instruction of many colleges still lacks interaction and most students have few opportunities to speak English in class.In order to enhance the effectiveness of English teaching,this paper aims to introduce Non-directive Teaching Theory of Rogers,an American humanistic psychologist,and micro-media environment and create a better dynamic and interactive classroom atmosphere and authentic environment to speak English through group discussion,English debate,and situation learning and so on. 展开更多
