不同防治方法对麦蚜主要天敌种群动态和小麦生长的影响

为了探究不同物理防治方法对麦田内麦蚜天敌及小麦生长的影响,2011~2012年设空白对照(CK)、黄板、糖醋液、诱芯、灯诱和综防6个麦蚜防治方法处理,观察了麦蚜天敌种群动态以及小麦农艺性状和产量的变化。结果表明:与CK相比,5种物理防治... 为了探究不同物理防治方法对麦田内麦蚜天敌及小麦生长的影响,2011~2012年设空白对照(CK)、黄板、糖醋液、诱芯、灯诱和综防6个麦蚜防治方法处理,观察了麦蚜天敌种群动态以及小麦农艺性状和产量的变化。结果表明:与CK相比,5种物理防治方法均造成小麦田内瓢虫和蚜茧蜂的种群数量降低,但不同年份间数据差异具有不稳定性,其中,2011年各物理防治方法处理的指标值与CK差异均达到了显著水平,而2012年这种差异均不显著;除黄板处理外,灯诱、诱芯、糖醋液以及综防处理对小麦株高和穗长均无显著影响。不同物理防治方法处理均能显著提高小麦产量,其中,综防处理效果最佳。 展开更多

The com borer is a world-wide agricultural pest.In this study,a high-efficiency RNAi method was explored to knock down the neuropeptide F(NPF)to determine if NPF regulates larval feeding in the Asian corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis.Results showed that the expression peaks of npfmRNA in both midgut and fat body are at 28 h of early 5th instar larvae.When NPF was kno eked dow n either by feedi ng dsNPF-c ontaining artificial diet or direct dsNPF in jection into the 5th in star larvae,npf expression was effectively inhibited in the midgut.Larval feeding,body weight and development time were significantly impacted.In con trast,the expressi on of the npf receptors npfrl and npfr2 in fat body of 5th in star larvae was sign ifica ntly increased by dsNPF injection.These results indicate that NPF can be effectively knoeked down in 0.furnacalis,and dsNPF by injection is an effective and fast way to silence npf expression.This study provides a critical basis for further exploration in mechanism of feeding regulation in 0.furnacalis. 展开更多

In sect n europeptides are a group of brain n euro-regulatory factors,which plays very important roles in growth and developme nt,molting and metamorphosis,as well as mating and reproduction.The neuropeptide F(NPF),a multi-functional neuropeptide,is one of neuropeptides identified in numerous insect species,which plays important roles in feeding,metabolism,courtship,reproduction,aggression,ethanol sensitivity,locomotor circadian rhythms,learning and stress responses.These roles of NPF are implemented through NPF receptors(NPFR).The NPFR1,a G protein-coupled receptor with 7 transmembrane domai ns,is one of these receptors and is found to be imports nt for NPF regulation.The NPF usually is con sisted of around 36-40 amino acid residues,but the short neuropeptide F(sNPF)consisted of 7-16 amino acid residues have also been found in some insects.In this review,the structure and function of both NPF and sNPF in in sects are discussed. 展开更多

亚洲玉米螟中stuxnet基因的时空表达与功能分析

【目的】本研究旨在鉴定亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis中stuxnet(stx)同源基因Ofstuxnet(Ofstx),进一步明确Ofstx基因的功能,探索基于表观遗传调控的害虫防治新策略。【方法】基于反转录技术获取亚洲玉米螟Ofstx基因的全长cDNA序列,进... 【目的】本研究旨在鉴定亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis中stuxnet(stx)同源基因Ofstuxnet(Ofstx),进一步明确Ofstx基因的功能,探索基于表观遗传调控的害虫防治新策略。【方法】基于反转录技术获取亚洲玉米螟Ofstx基因的全长cDNA序列,进行cDNA全长测序,分析其生物学信息;分别提取亚洲玉米螟不同发育阶段(3-5龄期幼虫)及不同组织(头、中肠、脂肪体)中RNA,并通过RT-qPCR技术检测Ofstx基因在亚洲玉米螟不同发育阶段及不同组织中的相对表达量。【结果】亚洲玉米螟Ofstx基因全长2112 bp,编码蛋白质含703个氨基酸,预测分子量76.98 ku,等电点8.30。比对其它物种Stx同源蛋白氨基酸序列发现其都含有UBL保守结构域。系统发育树分析发现与草地贪夜蛾Spodopterafrugiperda所属的夜蛾科同源性较高。qPCR结果显示Ofstx在脑内相对表达量最高,在3-5龄幼虫中,4龄幼虫体内总体表达量最高。【结论】Ofstx基因主要在亚洲玉米螟脑内表达,幼虫阶段的第4龄期相较第3、第5龄期相对表达高,可能参与调控昆虫生长发育,具体功能有待进一步研究。 展开更多
