Ti/PbO_(2)电极与Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系降解酸性大红染料废水的比较研究

为比较Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系降解酸性大红(GR)染料废水的处理效果,并确定体系最佳工艺参数。分别对Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系内初始pH、染料初始浓度、电流密度、电解质浓度... 为比较Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系降解酸性大红(GR)染料废水的处理效果,并确定体系最佳工艺参数。分别对Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系内初始pH、染料初始浓度、电流密度、电解质浓度对GR染料降解率的影响进行了探索,比较工艺参数优化后两催化体系的GR降解率、电极形貌及TOC去除率。结果表明,工艺参数优化后(初始pH 6.38,染料初始浓度100 mg/L,电流密度50 mA/cm^(2),电解质浓度0.1 mg/L),Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系GR去除率分别可达98.3%和61.1%,TOC去除率为25.4%和13.5%;结合电极表面形貌分析,Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极表面损毁较明显,而Ti/PbO_(2)电极表面变化不大。因此,Ti/PbO_(2)电极催化体系GR降解率、TOC去除率均较高,且电极稳定性较好。研究结果为进一步推动电催化法在染料废水处理实际应用领域提供了理论参考。 展开更多

Many design engineers have employed PDM tools to coordinate and control access to documented versions of product designs. But it is still a focus of research efforts in industry and academic how to further build an efficient and effective integrated product/process development environments (IPDEs) based on PDM to meet requirements of enterprises. This paper introduces the approach to design and implementation of an integrated CAD/CAPP system (IC2S) based on PDM. This system is an important compent of computer integrated manufacturing system in KELON Inc(Kelon-CIMS). 目的了解本市孕龄女性4种性病病原体感染情况和特点,为优生优育提供参考依据。方法收集2012年2月-2018年10月来丽水市人民医院体检的1145例孕龄女性生殖道标本,采用分子杂交导流技术进行HPV分型检测,采用荧光PCR技术进行NG、CT和UU检测... 目的了解本市孕龄女性4种性病病原体感染情况和特点,为优生优育提供参考依据。方法收集2012年2月-2018年10月来丽水市人民医院体检的1145例孕龄女性生殖道标本,采用分子杂交导流技术进行HPV分型检测,采用荧光PCR技术进行NG、CT和UU检测,并统计分析。结果1145例女性检出831例性病病原体感染,检出率为72.58%。HPV感染238例,检出率为20.78%;高危型182例,检出率为15.90%,以HPV52为主;低危型58例,检出率为5.07%,以CP8304为主;单一亚型感染检出177例,检出率为15.46%,双重亚型感染检出48例,检出率为4.19%,三重或以上亚型感染检出13例,检出率为1.13%。CT感染52例,检出率为4.54%;UU感染764例,检出率为66.72%;无NG检出。不同年龄组、年份性病病原体检出率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),秋季HPV和夏季UU检出率最高(P<0.05)。结论本市孕龄女性4种性病病原体检出率较高,需加强孕前检测,普及性卫生知识,重视性病病原体防控。 展开更多

目的对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的果蝇zeste基因增强子同源物2(enhancer of zeste homo-log 2,EZH2)基因进行沉默并对其侵袭和转移功能研究,探索干扰EZH2是否是结肠癌细胞的治疗潜在靶点。方法设计并合成针对人EZH2基因的shRNA引物,并将其基因... 目的对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的果蝇zeste基因增强子同源物2(enhancer of zeste homo-log 2,EZH2)基因进行沉默并对其侵袭和转移功能研究,探索干扰EZH2是否是结肠癌细胞的治疗潜在靶点。方法设计并合成针对人EZH2基因的shRNA引物,并将其基因连接至pLVX-shRNA2质粒载体上,通过脂质体Lipodfectine2000转染人结肠癌LoVo细胞,通过免疫印迹鉴定EZH2的表达。并用Transwell方法研究干扰人EZH2基因对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的侵袭结果,细胞划痕实验研究干扰人EZH2基因对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的迁移结果。结果成功构建干扰人EZH2表达的p LVX-shRNA2质粒载体,有效抑制EZH2基因的表达。功能研究初步证明,干扰EZH2基因表达可抑制人结肠癌LoVo细胞的侵袭及细胞迁移。结论沉默EZH2基因显著下调人结肠癌LoVo细胞的侵袭和转移功能,可作为结肠癌治疗的潜在靶点之一。 展开更多
