There are many factors affecting the teachers' prejudiced attitudes and behaviors, such as teachers' stereotype, differences between male and female students, gender role expectation, etc. Teachers' bias attitudes and behaviors affect students' studies and development. Solutions are put forward to decline the influence of the teachers' prejudice on students' study and development.展开更多
目的:研究新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者四肢骨骼肌质量的情况。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年9月我院收治的40例新诊断中老年T2DM患者,对照组选取同期在我院进行健康体检的无糖尿病史的相近年龄的健康成年人50例,检测糖尿病组和健康对照组的...目的:研究新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者四肢骨骼肌质量的情况。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年9月我院收治的40例新诊断中老年T2DM患者,对照组选取同期在我院进行健康体检的无糖尿病史的相近年龄的健康成年人50例,检测糖尿病组和健康对照组的四肢骨骼肌质量(ASM),并计算四肢骨骼肌质量与身高平方的比值(ASM/h^(2)),四肢骨骼肌质量与体重的比值(ASM/wt)。结果:无论男性还是女性,新诊断T2DM患者的ASM、ASM/h^(2)及ASM/wt均较健康对照组显著降低(ASM:男性:21.80±2.07kg vs 24.26±2.10kg,女性:16.26±1.52kg vs 18.13±1.94kg;ASM/h^(2):男性:7.59±0.78kg/m^(2) vs 8.44±0.97kg/m^(2),女性:6.43±0.71kg/m^(2) vs 7.13±0.94;ASM/wt:男性:29.24±2.43%vs 32.81±3.56%,女性:25.11±2.38%vs 27.72±3.13%),但握力和步行速度在两组之间无显著性差异(握力:男性32.46±3.32 vs 33.13±2.07,女性:21.70±2.32 vs 22.37±2.23;步速:男性4.11±0.18 vs 4.19±0.21,女性:3.96±0.14 vs 4.01±0.14);对于男性而言,以ASM/wt<29.5%作为四肢骨骼肌质量减少的评价标准,新诊断T2DM组四肢骨骼肌质量减少的发生率明显高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义,而对于女性而言,两组之间无显著性差异。结论:新诊断T2DM患者的四肢骨骼肌质量较健康人群显著降低,男性四肢骨骼肌质量减少发生率显著高于健康对照组。展开更多
