基于Matlab App Designer与AnyBodyTMModeling System设计开发一款App,实现针对不同身高、体重和百分位的人体模型,在人体外部不同位置、不同质量的负载环境下,探究人体肌骨系统生物力学响应。应用虚拟人模型仿真分析法,在负重环境下进... 基于Matlab App Designer与AnyBodyTMModeling System设计开发一款App,实现针对不同身高、体重和百分位的人体模型,在人体外部不同位置、不同质量的负载环境下,探究人体肌骨系统生物力学响应。应用虚拟人模型仿真分析法,在负重环境下进行步态分析。应用Matlab编程语言输入人体参数和外部负载环境参数,驱动Anybody软件运行以及输出生物力学分析结果。其结果与前人研究结果相比基本吻合[1]。上述App可视化界面具体直观、交互性强特点,能够为仿真分析提供便利、减少重复性工作,节省工作量,提高工作效率,也为后续应用开发及扩展提供参考。 展开更多

为研究砖石古塔的动力特性及地震响应机制,以渭南慧照寺塔为对象,采用块体-灰浆分区离散方法,分别建立刚性地基条件与考虑地基-结构相互作用条件下古塔的数值模型,计算比较了塔体的动力特性;并分别按9度小震、中震和大震输入El-Centro波... 为研究砖石古塔的动力特性及地震响应机制,以渭南慧照寺塔为对象,采用块体-灰浆分区离散方法,分别建立刚性地基条件与考虑地基-结构相互作用条件下古塔的数值模型,计算比较了塔体的动力特性;并分别按9度小震、中震和大震输入El-Centro波、Taft波和兰州人工波,计算了结构的位移和加速度反应,与相互作用系统进行比较。结果表明,考虑土-结构相互作用后,古塔结构的一阶自振频率降低5.7%,二阶频率降低45%;El-Centro波和Taft波作用下,位移和加速度响应显著增大,大震作用时,与不考虑土-结构相互作用对比,主拉应力峰值显著增加,古塔从灰浆开裂发展为砖与灰浆同时开裂;兰州人工波作用下,考虑土-结构相互作用后,主拉应力和结构开裂变形反而降低。研究结果可为古塔抗震计算与性能评估提供参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨PI3K抑制剂ZSTK474对人白血病细胞U937抗白血病的活性。方法:采用MTT、软琼脂克隆形成、流式细胞术、Western blot检测ZSTK474对U937细胞增殖、致瘤性、周期分布、凋亡、PI3K/AKT信号通路中重要因子磷酸化水平的影响;采用Chou-... 目的:探讨PI3K抑制剂ZSTK474对人白血病细胞U937抗白血病的活性。方法:采用MTT、软琼脂克隆形成、流式细胞术、Western blot检测ZSTK474对U937细胞增殖、致瘤性、周期分布、凋亡、PI3K/AKT信号通路中重要因子磷酸化水平的影响;采用Chou-Talalay法检测ZSTK474与Cytarabine或Homoharringtonine药物联合的作用。结果:ZSTK474能抑制U937细胞增殖和致瘤性,诱导细胞G1期阻滞及凋亡,引起胞内活性氧的产生、线粒体膜电位下降,下调蛋白Cyclin D1、p-Rb、BCL-2,上调p27、caspase-9、caspase-3、PARP、BAX,此外,还可下调p-PDK1、p-AKT、p-GSK3β和p-mTOR。ZSTK474与Homoharringtonine联用具有协同作用。结论:ZSTK474能够抑制PI3K/AKT通路,单用或与Homoharringtonine联用对U937细胞具有潜在的抗白血病活性。 展开更多

Effect of Sleep Deprivation on Eye Movement Behavior in Flight Simulation

To examine the effect of sleep deprivation (SD) on eye movement be- havior in flight task, four subjects who were skilled in flight simulator participated in the experiment, which were asked to perform a level flight task in a flight simulator. Eye movement data and flight performance data were measured at the following hours: 11:00, 15:00, 04:00, 11:00, 15:00. The subjects workload and fatigue were assessed with the method of national aeronautics and space administration-task load index (NASA-TLX) and rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Eye movement indices of average pupil area, av- erage saceade amplitude and average saccade velocity decreased during the 32 h of SD and they all showed significantly change in the final SD while the index of average fixa- tion time increased in the final SD. Flight performance deteriorated during the 32 h of SD, but not significantly. The feeling of fatigue and workload reported by subjects both increased during the 32 h of SD. Daily rhythm effects on the measured indices were also found, there were a obviously change at the hour of 04:00. 32 h of SD has obvious effect on eye movement behaviors which have close relation to fatigue because of SD. The eye movement measurement can be served as a tool to continually monitor fatigue online. 展开更多

China's evaluation on plateau soldier's performance mainly focuses on the valuation of physical ability.Comparatively, few attention is paid on the changes of individual neuropsychological function, which refer to the changes of soldiers' emotion, psychological activity, and cognitive function, including perception, memory, thinking ability and attention.Therefore, when setting the criterion to evaluate the performance of plateau soldiers,impacts from both neuropsychological and physical elements should be involved. 展开更多

To investigate the relationship between surface electromyography and subjective assessment of muscle fatigue, 20 young male volunteers participated in the experiment of pistol holding and aiming. sE MG of the anterior deltoid was recorded during the entire process, while fatigue assessments(Borg scale) were collected every 30 s. We divided the signal into several parts and then octave band method was used to calculate mean energy of each part, an equation was derived based on the relationship between the mean energy of sE MG and Borg scale. The results showed that the degree of local muscle fatigue could be described by a cubic curve, and could be used to evaluate and monitor muscle fatigue. 展开更多

This paper summarizes the characteristics of virtual human's fatigue evaluation, such as undeterminable, invisible, the constraint conditions can been used. The study sampled data of 843 Chinese young males all over the country. Back force, hand twisting force and arm force of four different exerting directions(pull, push, adduction and abduction)were measured Comparisons were made between the results of this study and those from other documents. Different types of the strength were also compared. The factors of stature and weight influenced on muscle force were analyzed There are obvious difference of arm strength in four directions, which can be ordered as push, pull, adduction and abduction, the push force is the largest and the abduction force is the least The significant correlation exists between different types force. Weight has an obvious influence on one's force among above three factors. Chinese young males database is established at the first time. Results of the study can provide help for the ergonomists, the workers of occupation health and the researchers ofrehabilitation. 展开更多
