射频热水联合漂烫对鲜切西兰花过氧化物酶活性的影响

目的研究射频热水联合漂烫对鲜切西兰花过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性的影响。方法采用6 kW,27.12 MHz自由振荡式平行极板射频系统,对500 g不同切割尺寸(50、30和20 mm)的西兰花在不同极板间距(90、95、100、105和110 mm)和不同漂烫... 目的研究射频热水联合漂烫对鲜切西兰花过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性的影响。方法采用6 kW,27.12 MHz自由振荡式平行极板射频系统,对500 g不同切割尺寸(50、30和20 mm)的西兰花在不同极板间距(90、95、100、105和110 mm)和不同漂烫目标温度(70、80、90℃)下进行射频加热,测定射频漂烫速率和均匀性。以愈创木酚、过氧化氢为底物,通过分光光度计法,对单独射频、单独热水、射频热水联合处理后西兰花POD相对酶活进行测定。结果西兰花射频加热后的POD相对酶活是射频加热温度和持续时间的双重作用,针对中间尺寸西兰花,与单独热水漂烫(90℃,120 s)相比,射频(70℃,59 s)和热水(90℃,10 s)联合可将漂烫时间缩短至69s,漂烫时间减少了42.5%,能量效率提高了110%。此时的最佳漂烫条件为:极板间距90 mm,西兰花尺寸30 mm,射频漂烫目标温度70℃,热水温度90℃。结论射频热水联合是一种高效、高品质的漂烫处理方法,能够有效降低西兰花中过氧化物酶活性且获得最佳的能量利用效率。 展开更多

目的通过检测急性脑梗死(ACI)并发幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染者血清血脂、丙二醛(MDA)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,观察Hp感染对血脂水平及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选择ACI组200例(Hp感染139例,非Hp感染61例)和健康对照组80名,检测血清Hp... 目的通过检测急性脑梗死(ACI)并发幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染者血清血脂、丙二醛(MDA)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,观察Hp感染对血脂水平及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选择ACI组200例(Hp感染139例,非Hp感染61例)和健康对照组80名,检测血清Hp-IgG抗体和14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT),检测血清血脂、MDA水平及SOD活性。结果 ACI组Hp感染率(69.5%)显著高于对照组(33.8%)(P<0.01)。Hp感染组血清TC、TG、LDL-C显著高于Hp非感染组,而HDL-C水平显著低于Hp非感染组(均P<0.01)。Hp感染组血清MDA水平高于Hp非感染组,而SOD活性低于Hp非感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Hp非感染组血清MDA水平高于对照组,而SOD活性低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ACI并发Hp感染者,机体内血脂代谢紊乱加剧及氧化应激反应增强,可能是Hp感染加剧ACI病情的原因之一。 展开更多

In the presence of an applied uniform magnetic field Bo, the properties of 2-dimensional (2D) magnetosonic solitary waves of relativistic amplitude in the plasma containing electron, light ions He^+, and heavy ions O+ are presented. In the weakly relativistic limit, a Kadomtsev Petviashvili (KP) equation is derived by reductive perturbation method. We give the N-soliton solution of the KP equation and find dromion solutions of a potential of the physical field. The interaction law of the dromions is obtained, which shows there is no exchange of energy, momentum, and angular momentum before and after interaction of the dromions except for phase shifts. 展开更多

The geometrical structure optimization,band structure,density of states,and charge density contour of potassium niobate(KNbO_(3))in the bulk[100]direction and(100)surface are calculated and analyzed using density functional theory.The elastic constants,which can describe the bonding characteristics and structural stability,are also computed,and the dielectric function,which can be used to calculate all the other optical properties of the material,is evaluated.Local density approximation functional analysis using CASTEP software is also employed.Several similarities and differences are observed in the properties of the KNbO_(3) bulk and surface.Almost all of the calculated results for the bulk sample are twice those of the surface sample.The results are consistent with the experiment. 展开更多

We investigate the luminescence properties of erbium-doped and erbium-ytterbium-codoped potassium lithium tantalate niobate ceramics prepared by the solid phasesyntheses method.The crystalline structure and surface morphology of these ceramics are tested by x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The green,red,and near-infrared upconversion photoluminescence properties are analyzed by the steady-state spectra under 975 nm and 800 nm excitations.These ceramics arewell sintered and tetragonal tungsten type crystalline structure with the 4 mm point group and the P4bm space group.The Er3+upconversion emission integrated intensities increase with theincrease in Er3+ion concentration,while the green emissiondecreases with the increase in Yb^(3+)ion concentration under the 800 nm excitation.An effective energy back transfer process from the Er^(3+)^(4)S_(3/2)state to Yb^(3+)ground state plays an important role in enhancing the red emission and weakening the green emission. 展开更多

The crystal surface properties of potassium tantalite niobate,KTa_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(3) (KTN),are studied with firstprinciples calculation based on the density functional theory (DFT).Generalized gradient approximation (GGA) functional analysis is also employed by using CASTEP software.The explanations for the differences of the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties between the bulk and surface of the material are provided.The DFT with GGA is used to determine the structure and to calculate the electronic and optical properties of the chemically ordered KTa_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(3) crystal (100),(110) and (111) surfaces.The results show that the surface properties are different from the bulk properties.The data obtained agree with the expected values and can serve as guidance for future experimental studies in the fields of photorefraction and nonlinear optics. 展开更多

A slant grating was recorded with two laser beams incident on photorefractive crystal in an external dc electric field.Two-dimensional perturbative analytical solution for the first two-order space-charge field for steady-state photorefractive slant grating recording has been obtained.It is shown that the inclusion of the longitudinal component of the space-charge field during photorefractive two-wave coupling can predict reduction of the fundamental harmonic and enhancement or reduction of the second-order harmonic for various applied field strength and various grating slant angles.The dependence of the first two-order harmonics on the slant angle and on the applied field strength is examined. 展开更多
