Thermal residual stress/strain field in the vicinity of interface in the thin foil specimen of a whisker reinforced metallic composite was studied with 3--dimensional finite element method (3-D FEM) for the first time. The stress/strain distribution across the interface between the whisker and the matrix shows that the thermal stress/strain field in the matrix extends to a large area from the interface. The effect of surface relaxation on the strain/stress was investigated. The displacement field calculated with 3-D FEM was used in the simulation of LACBED pattern. Good fit was found between the simulated pattern and the experimental one. 展开更多

The variations of intensity distribution in CBED pattern with the amplitude and phase of the structure factor of quasicrystal are calculated with dynamical theory. 针对SMC高压变频模块在砂石路汽车运输过程中的随机振动工况,先后开展模块的随机振动疲劳仿真分析和试验考核。首先建立了预测模块随机振动响应及其疲劳损伤的数值分析模型,随后开展了相关振动试验,以各测点的ASD响应谱为评价指标,仿真... 针对SMC高压变频模块在砂石路汽车运输过程中的随机振动工况,先后开展模块的随机振动疲劳仿真分析和试验考核。首先建立了预测模块随机振动响应及其疲劳损伤的数值分析模型,随后开展了相关振动试验,以各测点的ASD响应谱为评价指标,仿真与试验的对标结果显示两者整体趋势一致,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性。通过仿真与试验的迭代验证,进一步修正确定了该类SMC模块结构的准确阻尼比大小。最终仿真和试验结果均表明,模块在砂石路运输工况下不会发生壳体的疲劳破坏以及电气部件的损坏失灵。 展开更多
