The stress/strain distribution across the interface between the whisker and the matrix shows that the thermal stress/strain field in the matrix extends to a large area from the interface. The effect of surface relaxation on the strain/stress was investigated. The displacement field calculated with 3-D FEM was used in the simulation of LACBED pattern. Good fit was found between the simulated pattern and the experimental one.展开更多

The variations of intensity distribution in CBED pattern with the amplitude and phase of the structure factor of quasicrystal are calculated with dynamical theory.
