三峡库区独特的地质条件孕育了大量堆积层滑坡,在降雨等强烈外部因素影响下易发生失稳,对库区人民生命财产安全构成威胁;开展对堆积层滑坡的变形机制及稳定性研究对滑坡防治具有较强的指导作用。在对滑坡点进行工程地质分析的基础上,采... 三峡库区独特的地质条件孕育了大量堆积层滑坡,在降雨等强烈外部因素影响下易发生失稳,对库区人民生命财产安全构成威胁;开展对堆积层滑坡的变形机制及稳定性研究对滑坡防治具有较强的指导作用。在对滑坡点进行工程地质分析的基础上,采用GEO-STUDIO数值模拟软件中SLOPE/W模块对偏松树滑坡所选取的3条纵剖面进行变形机制及稳定性评价。结果表明:①滑坡体在暴雨作用下,土体内部抗剪强度参数降低导致自身稳定性降低,加之变形区域斜坡坡度相对较陡,土体在自身重力作用下,向下发生拉裂变形,导致边坡失稳破坏;②偏松树滑坡稳定性计算结果与变形迹象基本一致,滑坡变形呈现中间强两边逐渐减弱的演变趋势;③研究区工程地质条件是滑坡发育的重要影响因素,采用定性与定量评价相结合的稳定性评价方法可为滑坡的防治提供参考。 展开更多

为了探明电流频率、干密度、含水率、金属离子含量等因素对电阻率的影响规律及对电阻率的敏感性,以广泛分布于三峡库区的非饱和紫色土为研究对象,借助二电极法开展电阻率测试试验,并借助SPSS进一步分析电阻率与影响参数间的相关关系。... 为了探明电流频率、干密度、含水率、金属离子含量等因素对电阻率的影响规律及对电阻率的敏感性,以广泛分布于三峡库区的非饱和紫色土为研究对象,借助二电极法开展电阻率测试试验,并借助SPSS进一步分析电阻率与影响参数间的相关关系。结果表明:紫色土的交流电阻率随电流频率、含水率、干密度、锌含量的增大而降低,且降低速度逐渐减缓,最后趋于稳定。紫色土的电阻率及其影响因素的数列都符合正态分布,即显著性均大于0.05。电流频率、锌含量与电阻率之间呈显著或极显著相关。干密度、含水率和电阻率之间呈显著负相关。研究成果能反映出各因素对电阻率的影响程度,从而提高电阻率的测定精度。 展开更多

通过采用稀土元素镨掺杂铟锡锌氧化物半导体作为薄膜晶体管沟道层,成功实现了基于铝酸的湿法背沟道刻蚀薄膜晶体管的制备.研究了N_(2)O等离子体处理对薄膜晶体管背沟道界面的影响,对其处理功率和时间对器件性能的影响做了具体研究.结果... 通过采用稀土元素镨掺杂铟锡锌氧化物半导体作为薄膜晶体管沟道层,成功实现了基于铝酸的湿法背沟道刻蚀薄膜晶体管的制备.研究了N_(2)O等离子体处理对薄膜晶体管背沟道界面的影响,对其处理功率和时间对器件性能的影响做了具体研究.结果表明,在一定的功率和时间处理下能获得良好的器件性能,所制备的器件具有良好的正向偏压热稳定性和光照条件下负向偏压热稳定性.高分辨透射电镜结果显示,该非晶结构的金属氧化物半导体材料可以有效抵抗铝酸的刻蚀,未发现明显的成分偏析现象.进一步的X射线光电能谱测试表明,N_(2)O等离子体处理能在界面处形成一个富氧、低载流子浓度的界面层.其一方面可以有效抵抗器件在沉积氧化硅钝化层时等离子体对背沟道的损伤;另一方面作为氢的钝化体,抑制了低能级施主态氢的产生,为低成本、高效的薄膜晶体管性能优化方式提供了重要参考. 展开更多

OLED电视在使用过程中会出现OLED显示屏因驱动电路的阈值电压漂移和寿命不足而导致性能退化的问题,进而使显示屏出现残影(烧屏)现象。本文提出了采用像素补偿和电流补偿两种方案来消除或者减弱OLED显示屏的残影,通过加速老化实验的方法,验证了该两种方案能够有效消除或缓解OLED电视屏幕残影的产生,可以使显示屏出现残影的时间点延后13340 h,将其正常使用时间延长近80%,有效提高了OLED电视屏幕使用寿命。 展开更多

金属氧化物薄膜晶体管(TFT)属于耗尽型器件,其集成的TFT的行驱动电路一般采用双负电源方案,存在与外围驱动芯片的匹配困难和功耗较大的不足。本文设计了一种新型耦合电路结构,可以产生比负电源更低的电压从而完全关闭输出模块的下拉晶体... 金属氧化物薄膜晶体管(TFT)属于耗尽型器件,其集成的TFT的行驱动电路一般采用双负电源方案,存在与外围驱动芯片的匹配困难和功耗较大的不足。本文设计了一种新型耦合电路结构,可以产生比负电源更低的电压从而完全关闭输出模块的下拉晶体管,防止氧化物TFT耗尽模式引起的电流泄露问题,并由此设计了新型氧化物TFT行驱动电路拓扑。由于只采用一个负电源,其电源电压范围比采用双负电源方案的小,从而节省了功耗且有利于与外围驱动芯片的匹配连接。实验结果表明,基于刻蚀阻挡层(ESL)结构的氧化物TFT工艺,在玻璃衬底上成功制备了该行驱动电路,在电阻负载R L=3 kΩ和容性负载C L=30 pF下,所设计的行驱动电路在33.3 kHz时钟频率下实现脉宽10μs的全摆幅输出,每级功耗仅为160μW。基于新型耦合电路结构的行驱动电路能够满足60 Hz的刷新频率的1980×1080分辨率的显示需求。 展开更多

本文报道了一类面向有机电致磷光器件应用的电子传输材料,其具有易合成纯化、分子量低、玻璃化转变温度高以及经8-羟基喹啉锂(Liq)掺杂,电子迁移率高等优点。通过1,3-亚苯基,4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基单元与10-(萘基-2-基)-蒽-9-基偶... 本文报道了一类面向有机电致磷光器件应用的电子传输材料,其具有易合成纯化、分子量低、玻璃化转变温度高以及经8-羟基喹啉锂(Liq)掺杂,电子迁移率高等优点。通过1,3-亚苯基,4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基单元与10-(萘基-2-基)-蒽-9-基偶联,得到分析纯的NaAN-m-TRZ(m/z=611.73)。残留的含溴中间体可以容易地通过柱层析和/或由CH2Cl2重结晶去除,从而避免了高风险卤代杂质对于OLED稳定性的影响。热分析表明,其Tg为157℃;在失重率为1%时,分解温度为353℃。根据紫外光电子能谱测量,NaAN-m-TRZ的HOMO能级为-5.76 eV,其LUMO估算为-2.84 eV。利用空间电荷限制电流模型,经由质量分数为50%Liq掺杂的NaAN-m-TRZ的电子迁移率高达6.23×10-5~7.19×10-4 cm2·V-1·s-1@E=(2~5)×105V·cm-1,有助于抑制磷光OLED器件中的三重态极化子湮灭。因此,基于LiqNaAN-m-TRZ的单层电子传输层,顶发射绿光磷光器件展现出高稳定性,预计寿命t97约为2567 h@1000 cd·m-2;发光效率、功率效率分别为72.2 cd·A-1、81 lm·W-1@1000 cd·m-2(绿光发光材料为Ir(ppy)2(m-mbppy))。 展开更多

叶天士对痹证的认识,承《黄帝内经》思想,循“风寒湿三气杂至,合而为痹”理论,并卓有创新。在辨证时宗病证结合思想,将痹证分为周痹、行痹、肢痹、筋痹进行论治。周痹主症为一身尽痛,病程较短者多属邪实,治以祛风散寒除湿为主;病程久者... 叶天士对痹证的认识,承《黄帝内经》思想,循“风寒湿三气杂至,合而为痹”理论,并卓有创新。在辨证时宗病证结合思想,将痹证分为周痹、行痹、肢痹、筋痹进行论治。周痹主症为一身尽痛,病程较短者多属邪实,治以祛风散寒除湿为主;病程久者多虚或虚实夹杂,治以扶正为主,兼以祛邪,常选用虫类药搜剔经络。行痹主症为痛势流走,病性有寒热之分,治疗宗“热者寒之,寒者热之”平调之法。肢痹主症为疼痛以四肢为主,根据病变部位不同活用引经药,病在上肢者,予姜黄、羌活、桑枝引药至上肢;病在下肢者,予蚕沙、川萆薢、薏苡仁利下肢湿邪。筋痹主症为“筋纵痛甚”,治法为“补气血之中,必佐宣行通络”,在服用中药同时加用针刺治疗。叶天士根据痹证病因不同,将痹证分为寒湿痹证、风湿痹证、湿热痹证和痰血痹证,其中寒湿痹证分寒湿阻经与寒湿伤阳,分别治以温通经脉和斡旋其阳,使阳气宣通,经气流畅,痹痛自除。风湿痹证又分风湿痹阻与风湿化热,分别治以祛风除湿和宣通清解。湿热痹证治以分利湿邪,凉营清热。痰血痹证多为久病入络,以祛痰浊化败血为法,常用丸药缓缓图之。 展开更多

Objective:To understand the overseas development and legislation status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),find out the current development problems,so as to better promote the development of TCM in the world.Methods:Through the data of CNKI and Wanfang,we searched for the keywords"international Chinese medicine","Chinese medicine legislation","world Chinese medicine"and"Chinese medicine development".A total of more than 60 literatures were searched and finally summarized.Results:At present,TCM in Western countries belongs to alternative medicine or complementary medicine.The spread and influence of TCM in the world is expanding,and the international cooperation and exchange of TCM has also entered a period of rapid development.Many countries and regions in the world have made specific regulations on the medical and educational undertakings of TCM,and many countries and regions have enacted legislation on TCM.Conclusion:At present,many countries and regions in different continents have legalized TCM.However,due to the differences in concepts,cultural backgrounds,laws and regulations in different regions,there are still obstacles to the legislation and development TCM in overseas countries.The overseas legislation and development of TCM have long road,and efforts are still needed. 展开更多
