【目的】从国家级畜禽资源保护品种茶花鸡中分离乳酸菌,研究其益生特性,以期为禽用益生菌制剂研发奠定基础。【方法】采集散养茶花鸡新鲜粪便,使用MRS培养基分离乳酸菌,采用生理生化试验和16S r DNA基因序列分析法鉴定,并研究其胃肠道...【目的】从国家级畜禽资源保护品种茶花鸡中分离乳酸菌,研究其益生特性,以期为禽用益生菌制剂研发奠定基础。【方法】采集散养茶花鸡新鲜粪便,使用MRS培养基分离乳酸菌,采用生理生化试验和16S r DNA基因序列分析法鉴定,并研究其胃肠道耐受性、抑菌活性、抗生素敏感性和肠上皮细胞黏附能力等益生特性。【结果】分离得到CHF4-1、CHF6-2、CHF7-2和CHF10-2共4株菌株。生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析结果表明:CHF4-1、CHF6-2、CHF7-2和CHF10-2分别为唾液乳杆菌、加氏乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌和约氏乳杆菌;与参考菌株鼠李糖乳杆菌GG相比,CHF6-2和CHF10-2具有较强的胃肠道耐受性和抗菌活性;加氏乳杆菌CHF6-2除对头孢噻肟中度敏感之外,对其余9种抗生素均敏感,且其细胞黏附水平为(13.07±0.22)个/细胞,黏附能力最强。【结论】从散养茶花鸡粪便中分离得到唾液乳杆菌、加氏乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌和约氏乳杆菌4株乳酸菌,其中加氏乳杆菌CHF6-2具有显著胃肠道耐受性、抑菌活性、抗生素敏感性和肠上皮细胞黏附能力等益生特性,可作为微生态制剂候选菌株进一步开展深层次研究。展开更多
