The results show that the outstanding diffusion and redistribution of carbon occur in isothermally reacted specimens. This leads to the formation of carbon-poor regions (CPR) near austenite grain boundaries and in austenite grains. The carbon content in CPR exceeds the equilibrium carbon composition of ferrite. Furthermore, it is indicated that the existence of CPR is thermodynamically possible.展开更多

The sixth-order solution shows good agreement with the FEM results in [11]. The results in this paper are applied to investigate the buckling and growth of pressed thin film delamination in the film/substrate system. Under a certain residual pressure in the thin film, two characteristic blister radii R(c) and R(g), the critical radius and growing radius respectively, are obtained. The numerical result shows that the growth criterion of delamination in [9,10] is not perfect. In variant residual stress or interface toughness, the conditions of no growth, stable growth and unstable growth of the delamination are obtained by comparing the driving force at the interface crack tip with the interface toughness.展开更多

With the rise in crystallinity, the Curie point decreases and the dielectric constant increases in the region of ferroelectric-to-paraelectric phase transition. The frequency spectra of the copolymer below room temperature consist of low-frequency component ascribed to the micro-Brownian motions of molecular segments in the noncrystalline regions and high-frequency component associated with the local motions of small-scale segments. By using the fitting results with one or two Cole-Cole functions, and calculating with WLF equation acid Arrhenius formula, the glass transition temperature and the activation energy of local relaxation are obtained. the distribution of relaxation time in the molten and ferroelectric phases is located at a Same line, acid complies with Arrhenius rule, which suggests that the elementary motions are of same type for molecular motions provided by the high-temperature process and the low-temperature local mode process.展开更多

The Piontelli's type of Luggin-Haber capillary was inserted from the backward of working electrode. The results show that. cathodic process on Cu is mainly affected by the thickness of the electrolyte film of 0.5 mol/L HCl+1 mol/LNa2SO4 aqueous solution and its anodic dissolution changed from Tafel region to limiting diffusion current. Moreover, the corrosion potential of Cu in due media will increase with decrease of the thickness of the film.展开更多
