目的:探讨基于风险管理的全院“一张床”管理模式的构建及运行成效。方法:2023年8月我院上线了基于病人信息管理系统、床位调配系统优化后的全院“一张床”管理系统,建立全院“一张床”管理模式,包括相关政策制定、人员培训和技术支持等... 目的:探讨基于风险管理的全院“一张床”管理模式的构建及运行成效。方法:2023年8月我院上线了基于病人信息管理系统、床位调配系统优化后的全院“一张床”管理系统,建立全院“一张床”管理模式,包括相关政策制定、人员培训和技术支持等,并出台了保证病人安全的举措。比较实施前(2022年8月—12月)与实施后(2023年8月—12月)全院收住院病人数量、手术病人数量、平均住院日及满意度评价指标变化。结果:全院2023年8月—12月接收住院病人数量较2022年同比上升27.91%,接收手术病人数量较2022年同比上升38.71%,平均住院日较2022年同比下降11.93%,平均床位使用率较2022年同比上升9.01%,满意度评分较2022年同比上升1.40%。结论:基于风险管理的全院“一张床”管理模式,提升了医院住院病人、手术病人的收治能力,缩短了平均住院时间,提高了病人满意度。 展开更多

枣幼胚培养后代新品种晚脆蜜的选育

晚脆蜜是六月鲜枣品种的控制杂交后代经幼胚培养技术选育而成的鲜食枣新品种。该品种树体矮化,树冠紧凑,枣头枝节间短,适宜密植栽培。果实长椭圆形,果型较大,平均单果质量为14.7 g。果实硬度大,肉质致密,耐贮性较强。鲜枣可食率95.20%,... 晚脆蜜是六月鲜枣品种的控制杂交后代经幼胚培养技术选育而成的鲜食枣新品种。该品种树体矮化,树冠紧凑,枣头枝节间短,适宜密植栽培。果实长椭圆形,果型较大,平均单果质量为14.7 g。果实硬度大,肉质致密,耐贮性较强。鲜枣可食率95.20%,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)为28.4%,总糖含量27.5%,酸含量0.383%,维生素C含量3580 mg·kg^(-1)。在山西太谷地区,4月中旬开始萌芽,6月上旬进入盛花期,9月下旬果实成熟,果实生育期110 d左右,属于晚熟类型。早果丰产性能较强,2~3年生枝的枣吊平均结果1.0个,3~5年生树产量6250 kg·hm^(-2)。果实抗裂果能力强,裂果率仅为3.8%。该品种是一个树体矮化、早果丰产、抗裂耐贮、晚熟优质的鲜食品种,具有良好的产业发展前景。 展开更多

目的:观察针刺联合中药熏洗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年6月就诊于甘肃省中医院针灸一科的50例KOA患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者行普通针刺常规治疗,观察... 目的:观察针刺联合中药熏洗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年6月就诊于甘肃省中医院针灸一科的50例KOA患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者行普通针刺常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药熏洗治疗,通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及膝关节HSS评分比较两组患者治疗前后的效果。结果:两组患者治疗前后VAS与HSS评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分均有所降低,HSS评分则均升高,且观察组患者的VAS与HSS评分变化幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)。结论:相比于单纯针刺治疗KOA,联合中药熏洗法疗效更为显著,且对患者的关节活动功能起到改善作用,可延缓患者病情发展,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

目的:观察鼻渊通窍颗粒联合地氯雷他定片治疗慢性鼻窦炎不合并息肉患者的临床疗效。方法:收治80例慢性鼻窦炎不合并息肉的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加... 目的:观察鼻渊通窍颗粒联合地氯雷他定片治疗慢性鼻窦炎不合并息肉患者的临床疗效。方法:收治80例慢性鼻窦炎不合并息肉的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗,2组均治疗30 d。比较2组临床疗效,鼻塞、头面部胀痛、黏浊涕、嗅觉减退症状评分,鼻窦CT Lund-Mackay及鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分,炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-37水平。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组90.0%,对照组67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组鼻塞、头面部胀痛、黏浊涕、嗅觉减退症状评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、头面部胀痛、黏浊涕、嗅觉减退症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组鼻窦CT Lund-Mackay及鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鼻窦CT Lund-Mackay评分及鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清IL-2、IL-6表达水平均较治疗前降低,IL-37水平均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-37水平分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:鼻渊通窍颗粒联合地氯雷他定片可以调节IL-2、IL-6及IL-37表达水平,缓解慢性鼻窦炎不伴息肉患者临床症状,降低CT Lund-Mackay及鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分。 展开更多

目的采用改良组织块贴壁法建立小鼠气道平滑肌细胞体外培养模型。方法用I型胶原酶消化小鼠气道平滑肌组织块后再贴壁,培养出的小鼠原代气道平滑肌细胞经过细胞免疫荧光技术鉴定。结果相比单纯组织块贴壁法,改良组织块贴壁法获得的原代... 目的采用改良组织块贴壁法建立小鼠气道平滑肌细胞体外培养模型。方法用I型胶原酶消化小鼠气道平滑肌组织块后再贴壁,培养出的小鼠原代气道平滑肌细胞经过细胞免疫荧光技术鉴定。结果相比单纯组织块贴壁法,改良组织块贴壁法获得的原代平滑肌细胞的纯度更高[(93.0%±1.8%)vs(96.1%±1.8%),P<0.01],酶消化法获得的平滑肌细胞的纯度(90.8%±1.9%)最低,与改良组织块贴壁法相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果还显示P5代细胞与P1代细胞相比,平滑肌细胞生长形态较前改变,呈不规则形,且α⁃SMA阳性表达减弱,Vimentin阳性表达增强,标志着平滑肌细胞的纯度会随传代次数增加而逐渐降低。酶消化法获得的ASMCs的增殖速度较单纯组织块贴壁法和改良组织块贴壁法获得的ASMCs的增殖速度慢(P<0.01)。结论改良组织块贴壁法经济稳定,可在短期内培养出数量多、纯度高、活性好的小鼠气道平滑肌细胞,此法成功建立了体外培养小鼠气道平滑肌细胞的模型。 展开更多

【目的】对观赏枣的开花生物学特性进行研究,以期为提高观赏枣开花坐果管理技术及为观赏枣推广适栽范围的规划提供理论依据。【方法】以食用兼观赏品种葫芦枣、磨盘枣和普通品种壶瓶枣为试材,采用定株、定枝、定花、定时观察法,开展观... 【目的】对观赏枣的开花生物学特性进行研究,以期为提高观赏枣开花坐果管理技术及为观赏枣推广适栽范围的规划提供理论依据。【方法】以食用兼观赏品种葫芦枣、磨盘枣和普通品种壶瓶枣为试材,采用定株、定枝、定花、定时观察法,开展观赏枣开花生物学特性的调查研究,并运用生长度时数模型(GDH℃)和有效积温模型(D℃)对其开花所需积热量进行估算。【结果】3个枣品种开花均为昼开型。在子房膨大期壶瓶枣柱头形状发育为三角形,磨盘枣为平顶圆形,而葫芦枣为细长圆锥形出现溢痕雏形,表现差异明显。枣吊花序着花率从高到低排序为葫芦枣>磨盘枣>壶瓶枣,着花率越高的品种、蕾裂时间越晚,而且花面积越小蜜盘占比越大。运用生长度时数模型估算3个品种花朵开放所需生长度时数在19288.5~19426.5 GDH℃,与蕾裂时间、蕾裂温度及初花期均呈显著负相关,说明枣树开花所需积热量较其他果树品种要高。有效积温模型估算3个品种开花所需积热量由高到低排序为葫芦枣(55.23 D℃)>磨盘枣(42.25 D℃)>壶瓶枣(39.39 D℃),积热量高的枣品种开花相对较晚。【结论】运用有效积温模型估算观赏枣开花积热量更加切合田间实际,且简便快捷。 展开更多
