目的探讨超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后镇痛的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月佛山市第一人民医院行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者60例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和竖脊肌平面阻滞组(阻滞组),每组30例。阻滞组... 目的探讨超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后镇痛的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月佛山市第一人民医院行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者60例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和竖脊肌平面阻滞组(阻滞组),每组30例。阻滞组麻醉诱导前在双侧T8横突行单次竖脊肌平面阻滞,对照组不行阻滞,然后在静吸复合麻醉下行直肠癌根治术。术毕两组均采用静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)。记录气管导管拔管后即刻(T0)、术后3 h(T1)、6 h(T2)、12 h(T3)、24 h(T4)、36 h(T5)和48 h(T6)时静态VAS评分,记录T4~T6时动态VAS评分(患者在病床上翻身和坐起时)。统计术后0~24 h和>24~48 h舒芬太尼用量。记录患者镇痛泵首次按压时间、需要补救性镇痛的比例、肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间和停留尿管时间,记录患者术后恶心呕吐、瘙痒、呼吸抑制和低氧血症发生率。术后48 h评估两组患者总体满意度。结果与对照组患者比较,阻滞组患者在T0~T6时静态VAS评分和T4~T6时动态VAS评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组患者比较,阻滞组患者首次按压镇痛泵的时间延长,术后24和48 h内舒芬太尼用量减少(P<0.05),需要补救性镇痛的例数减少(P<0.05);与对照组患者比较,阻滞组患者术后恶心呕吐发生率降低(P<0.05),而两组瘙痒、呼吸抑制和低氧血症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,阻滞组患者术后肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间和停留尿管时间均缩短(P<0.05);阻滞组患者术后48 h总体满意度评分为(3.8±1.1)分,高于对照组患者的(1.8±0.7)分(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞能够为腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者提供良好的术后镇痛。 展开更多

Donghua steel continuous casting-rolling(DSCCR)production line is an endless rolling production line independently integrated and developed by a Chinese enterprise.To solve the problem of out-of-control shape caused by insufficient adjustment ability of work roll bending force of DSCCR finishing mills,the backup roll contours of the finishing mill were optimized considering multi-objectives,and varying contact length backup roll(VCR)contours matching the concave work rolls were designed based on the rapid rolls-strip deformation calculation model,which integrated the elastic deformation of the rolls and the fast plastic deformation of the rolled strip.The simulation results showed that VCR configuration can significantly enhance the control efficiency of the work roll bending force and increase the transverse stiffness of rolling mill compared with the conventional roll configuration.In addition,VCR backup roll can improve the contact state between backup roll and work roll.The industrial production showed that the bending force setup value was more reasonable and the strip crown control accuracy was improved. 展开更多

Luminescent spin crossover(SCO) materials have attracted significant interest owing to their potential applications in magneto-optical switches. However, the majority of previously reported FeII-based SCO complexes are adversely affected by fluorescence quenching in the solid-state. Here, we have constructed the first mononuclear FeIIcomplex decorated with an aggregation-induced emission(AIE) luminophore(i.e., tetraphenylethylene) that exhibits synergistic SCO and fluorescence behavior. Intriguingly, we obtained two types of crystals in different solvent systems, both displaying distinct magnetic bistability and fluorescence properties. The fluorescence intensity was observed to track the magnetic susceptibility, which confirmed that SCO and solid-state fluorescence operate synergistically. We introduce a novel approach for the construction of luminescent SCO compounds using an AIEgen as a luminophore, which leads to fluorescence emission in the solid-state, thus allowing us to study the synergy between SCO and fluorescence. 展开更多

In this paper, a thin calcium phosphate layer was prepared on the surface of Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14 bulk metallic glasses(BMGs). All samples were dipped in HNO3 aqueous solution and boiled in 1.2 moláL-1Na OH aqueous solution. After the two preliminary treatment steps, they were soaked in simulated body fluid(SBF) to form an apatite layer on the surface. After immersion for12 days, a coating composed mainly of Ca–P particles was rapidly deposited on the surface of Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14 bulk metallic glasses. The surfaces of chemically treated samples and the samples after immersion in SBF were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy(XPS), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). Analysis results indicate that this apatite coating consists of Ca–P particles with different diameters. In addition, the Ca/P ratio of the apatite coatings immersed for 14 days is 1.62, which is close to that of hydroxyapatite(HA). 展开更多

The daily life of people in the intelligent age is inseparable from electronic device,and a number of bacteria on touch screens are increasingly threatening the health of users.Herein,a photocatalytic TiO_(2)/Ag thin film was synthesized on a glass by atomic layer deposition and subsequent in situ reduction.Ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectra showed that this film can harvest the simulated solar light more efficiently than that of pristine TiO_(2).The antibacterial tests in vitro showed that the antibacterial efficiency of the TiO_(2)/Ag film against S.aureus and E.coli was 98.2%and 98.6%,under visible light irradiation for 5 min.The underlying mechanism was that the in-situ reduction of Ag on the surface of TiO_(2)reduced the bandgap of TiO_(2)from 3.44 to 2.61 eV due to the formation of Schottky heterojunction at the interface between TiO_(2)and Ag.Thus,TiO_(2)/Ag can generate more reactive oxygen species for bacterial inactivation on the surface of electronic screens.More importantly,the TiO_(2)/Ag film had great biocompatibility with/without light irradiation.The platform not only provides a more convenient choice for the traditional antibacterial mode but also has limitless possibilities for application in the field of billions of touch screens. 展开更多

Pathogenic bacteria have been threatening the daily life of human beings.More effective methods without causing drug-resistance of bacteria need to be developed to fight against these pathogens.Herein,flower-like CuS/-graphene oxide(GO)hybrids have been successfully synthesized via simple one-pot hydrothermal process.GO worked as an excellent electron acceptor to transport the photogenerated electrons from CuS,which can suppress the recombination of hole–electron pairs efficiently,thus enhancing the photocatalytic property.In addition,the morphology of CuS and GO with high specific surface area and the increased defect in GO also improved photocatalytic performance of the hybrid.Owing to the synergy of photothermal,enhanced photocatalytic effect and released Cu ions,CuS/GO exhibited outstanding antibacterial efficacy under visible light irradiation for 15 min.Additionally,the hybrid showed great biocompatibility to L929 cell.Hence,the synthesized CuS/GO would be a promising antibacterial material for daily life including rapid water disinfection and wounds sterilization. 展开更多

Controlling the corrosion rate is critical for practical applications of Mg-based alloys. In this work, we constructed a protective coating of hybrid polycaprolactone(H-PCL)/indocyanine green(ICG) on AZ31 Mg alloy,whose degradation rate was controlled by 808-nm nearinfrared(NIR) light irradiation. The corrosion behaviors of H-PCL/ICG coated Mg alloys were systematically investigated by potentiodynamic polarization tests, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and hydrogen evolution experiments. The results disclosed that the H-PCL/ICG composite coating could effectively protect Mg alloy from corroding without NIR light irradiation. In contrast, under 808-nm NIR light irradiation, the corrosion resistance of this composite coating was decreased significantly, i.e., the corrosion current density(i_(corr))increasedfrom(8.81 ± 1.068) 9 10^(-8) to(1.22 ± 0.545) 9 10^(-6) A·cm^(-2). This is because the component of ICG in the coating was excited to produce heat locally, which triggered the glass transition temperature(T_(g)) of H-PCL in the coating, resulting in the motion of the molecular chain segment. Consequently, the electrolytes penetrated the coating and corroded the Mg substrate. In vitro biological experiment indicated that the synthesized coating exhibited good cytocompatibility.Hence, these findings will provide a new strategy for designing novel photoresponsive coatings to remotely adjust the degradation rate of biodegradable metals for biomedical applications. 展开更多

Spin crossover(SCO)is commonly accompanied by a synchronous phase transition.A few phase transitioncoupled SCO compounds have been reported,yet the synergy between SCO and phase transition on different time scales has not been explored.Herein,we report an[Fe(H-5-Cl-thsa-Et)(5-Cl-thsa-Et)]·H2O(1·H2O;H2-5-Cl-thsa-Et=5-chloro-salicylaldehyde ethylthiosemicarbazone)Fe(III)complex that displays a two-dimensional supramolecular structure and SCO behavior above room temperature.Its dehydrated form1 exhibits a two-step spin transition with aplateau in the temperature-dependent magnetization(M−T)curve at room temperature and a 51 K thermal hysteresis loop(Tc↑↓=299/248 K)at a rate of 5 K/min.The improved SCOperformance in 1 could be attributed to the stronger intralayer but weaker interlayer interactions,which is supported by single-crystal structural analysis and density functional theory calculations.Remarkably,complex 1 displays an unusual scan rate-dependent SCO behavior at rates of 0.5−30 K/min,in whichM−T curveplateaus appear at lower scan rates(<10 K/min)but vanish at faster scan rates(≥10 K/min).Scan rate-dependent differential scanning calorimetry,powder X-ray diffractometry,timedependent magnetic moment decays,and infrared spectroscopy consistently reveal that the slow structural relaxation is coupled with a slowcrystallographic phase transition,which is the mechanism for the unusual scan rate-dependent SCO. 展开更多

Water splitting is an environment friendly and efficient way to produce hydrogen.Highly efficient and low-cost non-noble metal catalysts play an important role in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Dealloying is a simple method to prepare three-dimensional self-supporting nanoporous materials without conductive supports and binders.In this work,we prepared self-supporting nanoporous CoBP electrocatalyst by dealloying method.The influence of the synergistic effect of nonmetallic elements on catalytic activity was investigated.The synergistic electronic effect of Co,B and P atoms on the surface optimizes the H atoms desorption and results in superior HER activity.The bi-continuous structure of nanoporous CoBP provides more active area and favors of electron and electrolyte transfer.The nanoporous CoBP with the B/P atomic ratio of 1/3 exhibits low overpotential of 42 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2),small Tafel slope of 39.8 mV·dec-1 and good long-term stability with no performance decrease for 20 h in alkaline solution. 展开更多

NiMo-based materials have been identified as potential candidates of Pt/C electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)due to appropriate binding energy to hydrogen,and good resistance to corrosive environments.However,little work has been carried out to enhance the catalytic performance in large-scale water-alkali electrolysis.The NoMo amorphous coating,as a highefficient and cost-effective catalyst toward HER,was synthesized by a facile electrodeposition strategy in this study.The effects of the pH value of electrolyte on the structure and HER activity of NiMo coating were investigated.The as-prepared NiMo_((pH10))exhibited the highest HER activity with overpotentials of 63.9 and 157.1 mV(vs.RHE,with 80%potential drop due to electrical resistance(iR)compensation)at the current density of-10 mA·cm^(-2)and-100 mA·cm^(-2).This NiMo_((pH10))coating also had excellent long-term durability of up to100 h stable operation under the constant current density of-100 mA·cm^(-2).The rapid HER kinetics and outstanding endurance can be ascribed to the NiMo compact coating with amorphous structures as well as good contact between NiMo coating and Ni foam substrate,endowing it grand feasibility in practical industrial applications. 展开更多

Proton-conductive metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted great attention for their promising application in membrane fuel cells.To explore proton-conductive MOFs with high performance,here we present four lanthanide-hypophosphite frameworks with distinct amine guests.These complexes possess a general formula[AH][Gd_(2)(H_(2)PO_(2))_(7)(AH=protonated amines)].Due to the rich hydrogen bond networks,complex 1 with guanidinium as guest shows high proton conductivity of 1.75×10^(-2) S·cm^(-1) at a relative humidity of 97%(368 K).We also studied the magnetic properties of complex 1 and reveal that the hypophosphite ligand transfers weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Gd^(3+)ions. 展开更多

In this work,amorphous Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)alloy thin film was prepared on D36 steel substrate by magnetron sputtering method.The film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),hardness tester and nano indentation.Corrosion behavior of the film was investigated in 3.5%NaCl aqueous solutions by an electrochemical method.At room temperature,the amorphous alloy film was formed completely after sputtering for 5 h.The surface morphology of the amorphous alloy film was uniform and smooth.Formation of the amorphous alloy film improved the microhardness and corrosion resistance of the D36 substrate.The amorphous alloy film(prepared at room temperature for 5 h)exhibited good adhesion strength with the substrate.The as-sputtered sample exhibited a crevice corrosion trend when the sputtering time was too short(1 h)or too long(10 h). 展开更多
