基于HPLC指纹图谱结合化学模式识别评价侧柏叶的质量

目的 建立不同产地侧柏叶的HPLC指纹图谱,并采用化学模式识别评价侧柏叶质量。方法 采用HPLC法。以ZORBAX Eclipse plus-C18为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波... 目的 建立不同产地侧柏叶的HPLC指纹图谱,并采用化学模式识别评价侧柏叶质量。方法 采用HPLC法。以ZORBAX Eclipse plus-C18为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:254 nm。利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)建立24批侧柏叶HPLC指纹图谱并进行相似度评价,结合混合对照品图谱确定共有峰。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行聚类分析。采用Simca-P软件进行主成分分析和偏最小二乘法-判别分析,并筛选影响侧柏叶质量的差异性成分。结果 侧柏叶指纹图谱中共有13个共有峰,与对照指纹图谱相比,除S2一批外,其余23批药材的相似度均高于0.92。并指认了杨梅苷、槲皮苷、异槲皮苷、穗花双黄酮4个共有峰。聚类分析结果显示24批药材聚为两类,S1、S3-S24聚为一类,同一产地的药材有较大差异,不同产地药材也有相似性;S2聚为一类为圆柏叶。主成分分析结果表明6类主成分的累计方差贡献率为88.412%,可以反映原始色谱峰大部分信息。偏最小二乘法判别分析筛选出5种成分,是24批药材产生质量差异的标志性成分。结论 所建HPLC指纹图谱方法操作简便、准确,结合化学模式识别可用于侧柏叶的质量控制。峰8等5个成分为影响侧柏叶质量的差异性成分。 展开更多

The feasibility of aluminum recovery from secondary aluminum dross by extraction with NaOH solution and the subsequent synthesis of MgAl_2O_4 spinel by sintering the extracted slag were studied. The extraction percentage of soluble aluminum from the dross reached 80% at a temperature of 353 K, liquid-to-solid ratio of 12 mL·g^(-1), stirring speed of 300 r·min^(-1), and an extraction time of 15 min; the hydrolysis percentage of AlN reached 40% with an extraction time of 30 min. The activation energies of the soluble aluminum and AlN extracted from the dross were 7.15 and 8.98 kJ·mol^(-1), respectively, indicating that their kinetics were controlled by outer diffusion without a product layer. The extracted slag was sintered in the temperature range 1373–1773 K; MgAl_2O_4 spinel with a compressive strength as high as 69.4 MPa was produced in the sample sintered at 1673 K for 3 h. This value exceeds the threshold(40 MPa) prescribed by the National Standard for the Magnesia and Magnesia-alumina Refractory Bricks of China(GB/T 2275-2007). These results establish the effectiveness of aluminum recovery from secondary aluminum dross and subsequent MgAl_2O_4 spinel synthesis. 展开更多

The effects of aluminium nitride(AlN)hydrolysis on fractal geometry characteristics of residue from secondary aluminium dross were studied using response surface methodology.The results show that the fractal dimensions of the residue can be significantly influenced by the AlN hydrolysis from secondary aluminium dross.The hydrolysis of AlN in the dross was spontaneous under temperatures of303-373K.The actual fractal dimensions of residue were significantly affected by the liquid-solid ratio(p<0.05)and changed from1.16to1.80,which accurately aligned with those from the calculations.Moreover,the fractal dimensions of residue were significantly affected by the interactions between hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time,liquid-solid ratio and hydrolysis time,respectively(p<0.01).The minimum fractal dimensions of the residue reached1.15under the optimized conditions,which included a hydrolysis temperature of30℃,liquid-solid ratio of5mL/g and hydrolysis time of10min.The results suggest that response surface methodology can guide in optimizing the conditions of AlN hydrolysis in order to obtain the minimum fractal dimensions of residue for improving the reutilization of the dross. 展开更多

The pyrolysis of phytoremediated giant reed(Arundo donax)biomass could cause secondary pollution of heavy metals.The stabilization of heavy metals in the pyrolysis process with external materials such as Al2O3,CaCO3,FeCl3and NaOH,wasstudied.The results showed that37%As and97%Cd in biochar were stabilized when giant reed powder was pyrolyzed at250°Cwith5%Al2O3for2h.Furthermore,59%Pb in biochar was stabilized at400°C with5%CaCO3for1h.Under biochar produced inoptimized pyrolysis conditions,Cd mainly existed in a residual fraction,while Pb and As mainly existed in oxidizable fraction inBCR analysis.In XRD analysis,As was only found in Ca2As2O7;Cd in biochar mainly existed in Cd(AlCl4)2,CdPbO3or CdSO3;and Pb mainly existed as Pb3O2SO4. 展开更多

Ammonia borane(NH_(3)BH_(3),AB)has been regarded as a promising chemical hydrogen storage material owing to its high hydrogen density and superior stability.Thus,the development of low-cost and high-efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the dehydrogenation of AB has attracted considerable scholarly attention.In this study,heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)catalysts containing oxygen vacancy(V_(o))with different Co/Sn atomic ratios(designated as V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:x))were synthesized via a simple coprecipitation-calcination method under mild reaction conditions.The catalyst containing an optimized Co/Sn atomic ratio of 5:2(V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:2))exhibited robust catalytic performance with a turnover frequency value of 17.6mol_(H2)·mol^(-1)_(metal)·min^(-1).Moreover,82.6%of the original activity of the catalyst was retained after 14 catalytic cycles,indicating the high stability of the catalyst.Diversified characterization combined with the density functional theory(DFT)calculation confirmed the transfer of electrons from Co_(3)O_(4)to Sn O_(2)and the distribution of the separated charges on SnO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)interface.The transfer of electrons and the distribution of charges facilitated the adsorption and activation of water on the catalyst,thus accelerating the dissociation of H_(2)O molecule(the ratedetermining step of AB hydrolysis).It was found that the V_(o)adjusted the electron structure of the catalysts rather than acted as active sites.These findings will provide researchers with useful information for designing cheap and highly efficient catalysts for catalytic AB hydrolysis. 展开更多

Effects of low-melting Pr-Cu alloy addition on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the hot-deformation Nd-Fe-B magnets were investigated.A small amount of Pr-Cu addition enhances the coercivity of the hot-deformation Nd-Fe-B magnets obviously.The coercivity of the hotdeformation Nd-Fe-B magnets with 4.0 wt%Pr_(85)Cu_(15)addition increases to 1271 kA·m^(-1),75.69%higher than that of Pr-Cu-free magnet(723 kA·m^(-1)),and then decreases with5 wt%Pr_(85)Cu_(15)addition.It is observed that there a uniform RE-rich phase is formed wrapping the Nd2Fe14B main phase in the sample with 4.0%Pr_(85)Cu_(15)addition by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),which promotes the coercivity.The angular dependence of coercivity for the hot-deformation Nd-Fe-B magnets indicates that the coercivity mechanism is nucleation combined with domain wall pinning.The domain wall pinning is weakened,while the nucleation is enhanced after Pr-Cu addition.Theremanence,intrinsic coercivity,and maximum magnetic energy product of the original Nd-Fe-B magnet are 1.45 T,723 kA·m^(-1),and 419.8 kJ·m^(-3),respectively,and those of the sample with 4.0%Pr_(85)Cu_(15)alloy addition are 1.30 T,1271 kA·m^(-1),and 330.0 kJ·m^(-3),respectively. 展开更多

Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.245)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.02))7.8(at%)sintered magnets with high remanence(B_(r)~1.15 T)were prepared using a traditional powder metallurgy method.Tunable magnetic properties,especially intrinsic coercivity(H_(cj)),were obtained through adjusting isothermal procedure parameters.H_(cj)of the magnets increases from 305 to 752 kA·m^(-1)with isothermal annealing time increasing from 3 to 20 h,while B_(r) of the magnets almost keeps constant.From the bright field transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images,it is found that:(1)there is dispersed precipitated phase with very small size in the magnet annealed for 3 h,while the magnets annealed for 20 h have distinct and intact cellular structure;(2)the number density of Z-phase in magnet annealed for 20 h is bigger than that for 3 h.Besides,the finer microstructures were studied with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM). 展开更多

The energy homeostasis-associated(Enho) gene encodes a secreted protein, adropin, which regulates the expression of hepatic lipogenic genes and adipose tissue peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ, a major regulator of lipogenesis. In the present study, the porcine(Sus scrofa) homologue of the Enho gene, which was named p Enho, was amplified by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) using oligonucleotide primers derived from in silico sequences. The gene sequence was submitted into the Gen Bank of NCBI, and the access number is GQ414763. The p Enho encodes a protein of 76 amino acids which shows 75% similarity to Homo sapiens adropin. The expression profile of p Enho in tissues(liver, muscle, anterior jejunum, posterior jejunum, and ileum) was determined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. p Enho was localized on porcine chromosome 10 and no introns were found. In conclusion, p Enho was cloned and analysed with the aim of increasing knowledge about glucose and lipid metabolism in piglets and helping to promote the health and growth of piglets through adropin regulation. 展开更多

Sm(CoFeCuZr)zsintered permanent magnet has been attracting a great deal of attention by virtue of its high-temperature magnetic properties,low temperature coefficient and good corrosion and oxidation resistance.The microstructures and magnetic properties of Sm(Co_(ba1)Fe_(0.245)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.02))_(7.8)sintered permanent magnet prepared by a traditional powder metallurgy method were investigated.Tunable magnetic properties,especially the maximum magnetic energy product,(BH)max,were obtained through adjusting solution-treated temperatures.With solution-treated temperature increasing from 1155 to 1195℃,remanence(Br)almost keeps constant and knee point coercivity(Hk),magnetic induction coercivity(H_(cb))and(B_(H))maxfirst increase and then decrease.The intrinsic coercivity(H_(cj))of magnet solution-treated at 1195℃is 738 kA·m^(-1),which is less than 2/5 that of magnet solution-treated at 1183℃(>1927 kA·m^(-1)).The reason that magnet solution-treated at 1195℃shows lower Hcjthan magnet solution-treated at 1183℃is considered to be mainly related to the fact that there are a lot of cells with abnormally small size.In addition,the lattice constant of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.245)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.02))_(7.8)sintered permanent magnet solution-treated at 1195℃,given by indexing highresolution transition electron microscope(HRTEM)results,is considered to be related to the formation of cells with abnormally small size which decreases H_(cj). 展开更多

Structure, magnetic properties, and thermal stability of ternary Sm1-xTmxCo5 compounds were studied via X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal magnetic analysis(TMA), and magnetic measurements. XRD results show that all the compounds have a main phase of hexagonal CaCu5-type crystal structure with small amount of impurity phases; increasing Tm content is associated with contraction of the hexagonal unit cell in the direction of the c axis and expansion of the a and b parameters. TMA results indicate that the Curie temperature(TC) of Sm1-xTmxCo5 compounds gets higher with the increase in Tm content.Magnetic measurements show that both the magnetic anisotropy field(HA) and the magnetization at an applied field of 7 T(M7 T) decrease with the increase of Tm content. However, the thermal stability of both the HAand M7 Tof all the Tm doped compounds is remarkably improved compared with that of the pure SmCo5 compound, leading to the result that both the M7 Tand HAof Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5 .2are higher than those of SmCo5 compound at 473 K, which indicates the good potential of Tm doped compound in the practical applications at elevated temperature. 展开更多
