The contents of rutin, quercetin and kaempferol in powders of tartary buckwheat of different parts were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The results showed that the contents of the three kinds of flavonoids differed greatly in the powders of tartary buckwheat of different parts. The contents of rutin and quercetin in the powder of tartary buckwheat sprouts were significantly higher than those in the powders of tartary buckwheat leaves and seeds. The content of kaempferol was highest in the powder of tartary buckwheat seeds. It indicates that high-performance liquid chromatography can be used for quality control of tartary buckwheat powder for its time saving, cost saving and accurate and reliable results. The content of rutin in the powder of tartary buckwheat sprouts was highest, suggesting that it is more suitable for the development of various foods based on tartary buckwheat powder. 展开更多

Cancers and chronic diseases have always been global health problems. The occurrence and development of such diseases are closely related to the abnormalities of proteins, nucleic acids, ions or small molecules in the body. Nowadays, nanopores/nanochannels have emerged as a powerful platform for detecting these biomolecules based on the electrical signal variation caused by biomolecules passing. However, detection relied on the electrical signal easily suffered from the clogging defects, low throughput, and strong background signals. Fortunately, the emergence of designing nanopores/nanochannels based on electrical and optical dual signal response has brought innovative impetus to biological detection, which can also identify the chemical compositions and conformations of the biomolecules. In this review, we summarize the reasonable preparation of nanopores/nanochannels with electrical and optical dual signal response and their application in biological detection. According to different biomolecules, we divide the targets into four types, including nucleic acids, small molecules, ions and proteins. In each section, the design of representative examples and the principle of dual signal generation are introduced and discussed. Finally, the prospects and challenges of nanopores/nanochannels based on electrical and optical dual signal response are also discussed. 展开更多

Social-Emotional Competency(SEC),regarded as a critical psychological resource for individuals to adapt to social environments,is an effective protective factor for students’mental health, impacting their future success and well-being.Analyzing the impact of SEC on university students’mental health can offer valuable insights for nurturing talents with healthy psychological and physical development.Based on data from two large-scale surveys of Chinese university students, this study designed two comprehensive Multiple Mediation Models involving SEC,stress, coping strategies, and stress reaction to explore the pathway of emotion nurturing mentality.Study 1 utilized a parallel mediation model to examine the relationships between SEC,academic stress, interpersonal stress, and stress reactions. The results indicated that SEC negatively predicted academic stress, interpersonal stress, and stress reactions.Additionally, academic and interpersonal stress mediated the relationships between SEC and stress reactions in parallel.Extending these findings,Study 2 further investigated the role of coping strategies.By constructing a multiple-chain mediation model,it examined the predictive relationships among SEC,academic stress, interpersonal stress, three types of coping strategies, and stress reactions. The findings indicated that SEC negatively predicted stress, problemavoiding strategy, and stress reactions, while positively predicting problem-solving and assistant-seeking strategies.Furthermore, the two stress types and three coping strategies significantly mediated the relationship between SEC and stress reactions. This indicated that higher SEC was associated with reduced stress and more adaptive coping strategies and subsequently contributed to more favorable stress reactions. This research explored the impact of university students’SEC on mental health and its relational mechanisms, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical insights for future efforts in cultivating SEC among university students to adjust academic and interpersonal stress,to enhance problem-solving and stress resistance capabilities, and to maintain their mental health. 展开更多

Objectives:To explore the relationship between college students’self-esteem(SE)and their social phobia(SP),as well as the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation(FNE)and the moderating effect of perfectionism. Methods:A convenience sampling survey was carried out for 1020 college students from Shandong Province of China, utilizing measures of college students’self-esteem,fear of negative evaluation, perfectionism, and social phobia.Data analysis was performed using the SPSS PROCESS macro.Results:(1)college students’self-esteem significantly and negatively predicts their social phobia(β=−0.31,t=−10.10,p<0.001);(2)fear of negative evaluation partially mediates the relation between self-esteem and social phobia among college students, with the mediating effect accounting for 48.97%of the total effect(TE);(3)the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation is moderated by perfectionism(β=0.18,t=7.75,p<0.001),where higher levels of perfectionism strengthen the mediating effect of fear of negative evaluation. Conclusions:Perfectionism moderates the mediating effect that fear of negative evaluation plays, establishing a moderated mediating model. 展开更多

Micro-supercapacitors (MSCs) as important on-chip micropower sources have attracted considerable attention because of their unique and advantageous design for optimized maximum functionality within a minimized sized chip and excellent mechanical flexibility/stability in miniaturized portable electronic device applications. In this work, we report a novel, high-performance flexible integrated on-chip MSC based on hybrid nanostructures of reduced graphene oxide/Fe2O3 hollow nanospheres using a microelectronic photo-lithography technology combined with plasma etching technique. The unique structural design for on-chip MSCs enables high-performance enhancements compared with graphene-only devices, exhibiting high specific capacitances of 11.57 F·cm^-3 at a scan rate of 200 mV·s^-1 and excellent rate capability and robust cycling stability with capacitance retention of 92.08% after 32,000 charge/discharge cycles. Moreover, the on-chip MSCs exhibit superior flexibility and outstanding stability even after repetition of charge/discharge cycles under different bending states. As-fabricated highly flexible on-chip MSCs can be easily integrated with CdS nanowire-based photodetectors to form a highly compacted photodetecting system, exhibiting comparable performance to devices driven by conventional external energy storage units. 展开更多

Environmentally friendly biomimetic materials with good deformability, high pressure-sensitive performance, and excellent biocompatibility are highly attractive for health monitoring, but to simultaneously meet these requirements is a formidable challenge. In this study, biocompatible MXene quantum dot(MQD)/watermelon peel(WMP)aerogels were obtained by immersing freeze-dried fresh watermelon peel into the quantum dot dispersion. The resulting bio-aerogels with a three-dimensional(3D)porous network structure exhibited a low in elasticity modulus(0.03 MPa)and limit of detection(0.4 Pa)and it showed biocompatibility. With a maximum pressure-sensitive response of 323 kPa^(-1),the 3D porous MQD/WMP aerogels exhibited good stability. In addition, the sensing signals could be displayed on mobile phones through a Bluetooth module to monitor human motion(pulse, sound, and walking)in real time.More importantly, the MQD/WMP aerogels exhibited excellent biocompatibility in a cytotoxicity test, thus decreasing the safety risk when they are applied to human skin. The finding in this study will facilitate the fabrication of high-performance biomimetic MXene active matrices, which are derived from natural biological materials, for flexible electronics. 展开更多
