Simulation and Analysis of Hydrogen Production by Dimethyl Ether Steam Reforming for PEMFC

Energy crisis has become a serious global problem, and Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) has played an important role in the solution of the energy crisis. The hydrogen production process by dimethyl ether steam reforming for PEMFC was studied. The yield of H<sub>2</sub> and energy efficiency of system with different mass ratios (0.3:0.7, 0.35:0.65, 0.4:0.6) of dimethyl ether (DME) and steam were analyzed, and both of yield of H<sub>2</sub> and energy efficiency of system increased with the increase of the mass ratio of DME and steam. The energy efficiency of hydrogen production system using reactor as heat source and hydrogen production system using engine exhaust gas as heat source is compared, and energy efficiency of using reactor as heat source (57.96117%, 63.89651%, 69.0002%) is higher than that using engine exhaust gas as heat source (54.4913%, 60.11311%, 66.25342%). 展开更多

Insomnia is one of the most common clinical health problems,which can lead to a variety of complications and seriously affect human physical and mental health.Acupuncture has been used for treating insomnia for thousands of years,and is currently widely used as an alternative thehere is still a lack of up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture for insorapy for insomnia all over the world.However,the mechanism of acupuncture for insomnia is still unclear,the mechanism research is relatively discrete,and tmnia.After summary and analysis in this study,it is found that acupuncture may improve sleeping by adjusting central neurotransmitter,insomnia-related hormone,circadian rhythm,sleep structure,and brain function.How to scientifically explain the scientific mechanism of acupuncture in treating insomnia has great challenges.I hope this study can provide reference for future research on the mechanism of acupuncture for insomnia. 展开更多

Influence of magnetic field on nitric oxide and neuropeptide Y in rat adrenal gland

We have investigated the effects of magnetic fields on nitric acid (NO) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) on adrenal glands of the rat using NO nitric acid reductase-spec-trophotometry and histochemistry techniques. We found that all cellular layers of the adrenal cortex, including zona glomerulosa, zona fasciculata and zona reticularis were stained by NADPH-d, and some chromaffin cells of the medulla were positive for NPY. Furthermore, magnetic fields increased NO so strongly that high NO levels could be maintained for several hours, as well as some neuroganglion cells in medulla that were double-stained for NPY and NADPH-d. Our data showed that the magnetic field can regulate endocrine and neuroendocrine directly by some action on parenchyma cells, or indirectly by action to NO-ergic, NPY-ergic neurons in the adrenal gland. 展开更多
