Monoclinicα-MoP_(2),with the OsGe2-type structure(space group C2/m,Z=4)and lattice parameters a=8.7248(11)Å,b=3.2322(4)Å,c=7.4724(9)Å,andβ=119.263°,was synthesized under a pressure of 4~GPa at a temperature between 1100℃and 1200℃.The structure ofα-MoP_(2) and its relationship to other transition metal diphosphides are discussed.Surprisingly,the ambient pressure phase orthorhombicβ-MoP_(2)(space group Cmc21)is denser in structure thanα-MoP_(2).Room-temperature high-pressure x-ray diffraction studies exclude the possibility of phase transition fromβ-MoP_(2) to α-MoP_(2),suggesting thatα-MoP_(2) is a stable phase at ambient conditions;this is also supported by the total energy and phonon calculations. 展开更多

The van der Waals(vdW)MnSb4Te7is a newly synthesized antiferromagnetic(AFM)topological insulator hosting a robust axion insulator state irrelative to the specific spin structure.However,the intrinsic hole doped character of MnSb_4Te_7makes the Fermi level far away from the Dirac point of about 180 meV,which is unfavorable for the exploration of exotic topological properties such as the quantum anomalous Hall effect(QAHE).To shift up the Fermi level close to the Dirac point,the strategy of partially replacing Sb with Bi as Mn(Sb_(1-x)Bi_(x))_(4)Te_(7)was tried and the magnetotransport properties,in particular,the anomalous Hall effect,were measured and analyzed.Through the electron doping,the anomalous Hall conductanceσAH changes from negative to positive between x=0.3 and 0.5,indicative of a possible topological transition.Besides,a charge neutrality point(CNP)also appears between x=0.6 and 0.7.The results would be instructive for further understanding the interplay between nontrivial topological states and the magnetism,as well as for the exploration of exotic topological properties. 展开更多

The acute toxicity of 4 drugs, dipterex, potassium permanganate, copper sulfate and formaldehyde to larvae of black-spot hybrid snakehead was tested with the semi hydrostatic test method under water temperature of (28.3± 1.5)℃, pH of(8.01 ±0.12) and dissolved oxygen of (4.6 ±0.5) mg/L. The results showed that 96 h median-lethal concentration (LCso) of copper sulphate was the lowest, 1. 586 mg/L, while 96 h LC50 of formaldehyde was the highest, 115. 159 mg/L. The toxicity of the 4 drugs ranked in the order of copper sulphate, dipterex, potassium permanganate and formaldehyde from high to low. The safe concentrations(SCs) of the 4 drugs were in order of formaldehyde (35. 529 mg/L), potassium permanganate ( 1. 277 mg/L), dipterex ( 1. 450 mg/L) and copper sulphate (0.882 mg/L). According to the rosults,the SCs of dipterex, formaldehyde and copper sulphate were higher than the conventional dosage, they were safe to be used for control of corresponding diseases of Channa argus by the conventional dosage. The SC of potassium permanganate was in the conventional dosage range, so it could be used for control of diseases in accordance with the SC of C. argus to the drug in production. 展开更多

目的探讨急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后心电图与心功能的变化情况。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月间潍坊市临朐县第二人民医院收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者,所有患者均行溶栓治疗,以溶栓情况为依据将患者分为再通组(98例)和未通组(22例)。... 目的探讨急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后心电图与心功能的变化情况。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月间潍坊市临朐县第二人民医院收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者,所有患者均行溶栓治疗,以溶栓情况为依据将患者分为再通组(98例)和未通组(22例)。比较两组患者溶栓治疗后心电图及功能变化情况。结果溶栓治疗后,再通组患者心律失常发生率为10.2%,未通组为40.9%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);再通组与未通组患者QT间期离散度(QT dispersion,QTD)比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);门电心脏血池显像(gated blood pool imaging,GBPI)显示再通组患者心脏舒张功能损害程度明显低于未通组(P〈0.05);两组患者左心室收缩功能(left ventricular systolic function,LVEF)间无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论给予急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗可有效减少QTD,改善患者心功能,减少心律失常发生,临床价值显著,可推广应用。 展开更多

We report the nontrivial topological states in an intrinsic type-Ⅱ superconductor BaSn_(5)(T_(c)∼4.4 K)probed by measuring the magnetization,specific heat,de Haas–van Alphen(dHvA)effect,and by performing first-principles calculations.The first-principles calculations reveal a topological nodal ring structure centered at the H point in the k_(z)=πplane of the Brillouin zone,which could be gapped by spin-orbit coupling(SOC),yielding relatively small gaps below and above the Fermi level of about 0.04 eV and 0.14 eV,respectively.The SOC also results in a pair of Dirac points along theΓ–A direction,located at∼0.2 eV above the Fermi level.The analysis of the dHvA quantum oscillations supports the calculations by revealing a nontrivial Berry phase originating from the hole and electron pockets related to the bands forming the Dirac cones.Thus,our study provides an excellent avenue for investigating the interplay between superconductivity and nontrivial topological states. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the feeding intensity of different sizes of grass carp on water hyacinth.[Methods]Grass carp of 10 sizes,i.e.,50,100,150,200,250,300,350,400,450 and 500 g,were put in cages.Thirty grass carp were stocked in each cage,and only water hyacinth was fed.The grass carp were caught after 120 d,and the food intake and growth of the grass carp were analyzed.[Results]The body weight of all sizes of grass carp increased significantly,and the overall length of grass carp increased significantly.Compared with feeding feed,the body length and body weight in the experimental treatments were lower,and they were more slender;and the feed coefficient of small-sized grass carp was slightly larger than that of large-sized grass carp.When the stocking size was above 414.7 g,the net weight gain of grass carp increased rapidly,and the total food intake also increased.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for achieving an ideal purification effect of water hyacinth on aquaculture water by maintaining the growth of grass carp and the biomass and coverage of water hyacinth within suitable ranges. 展开更多

目的分析低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状、心电图的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2015年1月间潍坊市临朐县第二人民医院收治的88例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者... 目的分析低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状、心电图的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2015年1月间潍坊市临朐县第二人民医院收治的88例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上联合低分子肝素治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状及心电图改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.7%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后观察组患者心绞痛发作时间及频率、T波倒置度、T波倒置导联数、ST段下移程度均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛有显著治疗效果,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善心电图检查结果,值得推广。 展开更多

ALKBH5 is a master regulator of N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification,which plays a crucial role in many biological processes.Here,we show that ALKBH5 is required for breast tumor growth.Interestingly,PRMT6 directly methylates ALKBH5 at R283,which subsequently promotes breast tumor growth.Furthermore,arginine methylation of ALKBH5 by PRMT6 increases LDHA RNA stability via m6A demethylation,leading to increased aerobic glycolysis.Moreover,PRMT6-mediated ALKBH5 arginine methylation is confirmed in PRMT6-knockout mice.Collectively,these findings identify a PRMT6-ALKBH5-LDHA signaling axis as a novel target for the treatment of breast cancer. 展开更多
