子宫内膜癌组织microRNA-944的表达及临床意义 被引量:6

目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织micro RNA-944(mi R-944)的表达及其与子宫内膜癌(EC)患者临床病理特征及预后的关系,并分析mi R-944对患者的早期诊断价值。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)检测EC癌组织(80例)和正常子宫内膜组织(30... 目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织micro RNA-944(mi R-944)的表达及其与子宫内膜癌(EC)患者临床病理特征及预后的关系,并分析mi R-944对患者的早期诊断价值。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)检测EC癌组织(80例)和正常子宫内膜组织(30例)中mi R-944的表达情况,分析mi R-944表达与EC患者临床病理特征之间的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线法分析mi R-944表达与EC患者预后的关系,并采用受试者操作特征曲线(ROC)分析mi R-944对EC的早期诊断价值。结果 q RT-PCR结果显示,mi R-944在EC癌组织中的表达水平高于正常子宫内膜组织(P <0.05)。在EC癌组织中,mi R-944表达水平与肿瘤肌层浸润深度、有无淋巴转移、有无远处转移及国际妇产联盟(FIGO)分期相关(P <0.05),而与患者年龄、绝经状态、病理分型和组织分级无关(P>0.05)。Log-rank检验结果显示,mi R-944高表达组患者的生存时间较mi R-944低表达组降低(P <0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,mi R-944的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.784。结论EC癌组织中mi R-944呈高表达,且其高表达与EC患者不良预后密切相关,mi R-944可作为EC早期诊断和预后预测的潜在靶点。 展开更多

LSECs not only forms a barrier in the hepatic sinusoid,but also has important physiological and immunological functions,including filtration,endocytosis,antigen presentation and leukocyte recruitment. It has been clear that LSECs play an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis in the liver and delaying the immune response to acute and chronic liver injury. In this review,we summarize how LSECs affect the immune microenvironment in the liver,and discuss their role in immune-mediated chronic liver disease,carcinogenesis,inflammation and aging process. 展开更多

RhoA is a small GTPase protein.Its downstream effector protein Rho kinase(ROCK)regulates a variety of cell functions,including cell growth,gene expression and cytoskeleton recombination.Studies have demonstrated that this pathway plays an important pathophysiological role in diabetic nephropathy and other complications,hypertension,stroke,tumor,osteoarthritis,acute lung injury and other diseases.The occurrence and development of diabetes-related disease is closely related to the activation or up-regulation of RhoA/ROCK pathway.As a key target of drug development,ROCK inhibitors have been widely concerned by scholars.This article reviews the relationship between RhoA/ROCK pathway and diabetesrelated disease,and offers a new and effective strategy for the prevention and treatment of this series of diseases. 展开更多
