It is not clear whether there are clinical and histological differences in patients with HL involving different extranodal sites. This is the first study to analyze Chinese patients with HL involving different extranodal sites. We selected 22 HL patients with extranodal involvement from more than 250 previously untreated HL patients. Most patients were young males, and 20 of the 22 patients had stage IV disease. The major pathologic types were nodular sclerosis classical HL (NSCHL) and mixed cellularity classical HL(MCCHL). At diagnosis, the most commonly involved extranodal sites were the liver and lung, followed by the bones. There was no significant association between the international prognostic score(IPS) and survival in patients with different extranodal sites. Our data showed the overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) rates of low-risk group (IPS = 0-2) were relatively higher than those of high-risk group (IPS ≥ 3), but the IPS did not show predictive power for survival. Although HL with extranodal involvement is rare, it should be considered as a unique form of HL.展开更多

Residual stresses were also analyzed by X-ray diffraction technique. Results show that the equiatomic FeMnCoCrNi HEAs with a relatively stable single-phase face-centered cubic(FCC) structure suffered from micro-cracking with residual tensile stress after laser melting. In contrast, the metastable non-equiatomic Fe MnCoCr HEAs with reduced stacking fault energy are free of micro-cracks with residual compressive stress at various volumetric energy densities(VEDs). The displacive transformation from the FCC matrix to the hexagonal close-packed(HCP) phase during cooling prevents the micro-cracking via consuming thermal stress related internal energy. Further, the displacive transformation during tensile deformation contributes to the higher strength and ductility of the metastable dual-phase HEA compared to that of the stable single-phase HEA. These findings provide useful guidance for the design of strong, ductile, and crack-free alloys for additive manufacturing by tuning phase stability.展开更多

This retrospective study aimed to determine when and how to use I-PET/CT in DLBCL. A total of 197 patients treated with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone(R-CHOP) were enrolled between October 2005 and July 2011; PET/CT was performed at the time of diagnosis(PET/CT0), after 2 and 4 cycles of chemotherapy(PET/CT2 and PET/CT4, respectively), and at the end of treatment(F-PET/CT). According to the International Harmonization Project for Response Criteria in Lymphoma, 110 patients had negative PET/CT2 scans, and 87 had positive PET/CT2 scans. The PET/CT2-negative patients had significantly higher 3-year progression-free survival rate(75.8% vs. 38.2%) and 3-year overall survival rate(93.5% vs. 55.6%) than PET/CT2-positive patients. All PET/CT2-negative patients remained negative at PET/CT4, but 3 were positive at F-PET/CT. Among the 87 PET/CT2-positive patients, 57 remained positive at F-PET/CT, and 32 progressed during chemotherapy(15 at PET/CT4 and 17 at F-PET/CT). Comparing PET/CT4 with PET/CT0, 7 patients exhibited progression, and 8 achieved partial remission. Comparing F-PET/CT with PET/CT0, 10 patients exhibited progression, and 7 achieved partial remission. In conclusion, our results indicate that I-PET/CT should be performed after 2 rather than 4 cycles of immunochemotherapy in DLBCL patients. There is a limited role for subsequent PET/CT in the detection of relapse in PET/CT2-negative patients, but repeat PET/CT is required if the PET/CT2 findings are positive.展开更多

The 2 at.% and 4 at.% Cr were added into the alloy,(respectivel named 2 Cr and 4 Cr compared to the Cr-free ternary alloy, 0 Cr alloy). The alloys' microstructure and compositio as well as the composition distribution of the oxidation scale were analyzed by means of Scanning Electro Microscopy(SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS), and X-Ray Diffractometry(XRD). The results show that the addition of Cr decreases the grain size of the Nb-TiAl alloy and leads to a transformation from a full lamellar structure to a nearly fully lamellar structure. When oxidized at 1,073 K for 200 h, the oxidized mass gai of the alloy increases with an increase in Cr addition amount in the first 100 h and decreases in the last 100 h With the increase of Cr content, the oxidation surface turns compact but uneven in morphology, which may affec the oxidation resistance of the alloy by increasing the peeling off risk of the oxidation layer at friction conditions.展开更多

Based on the flow curves from the experiment, the effects of temperature and strain rate on the dynamic recrystallization behavior were analyzed. The flow stress decreased with increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate. With the assistance of the process parameters, constitutive equations were used to obtain the activation energy and hot working equation. The hot deformation activation energy of HSLA steel in this work was 351.87 kJ/mol. The work hardening rate was used to determine the critical stress(strain) or the peak stress(strain). The dependence of these characteristic values on the Zener-Hollomon parameter was found. A dynamic recrystallization kinetics model of the tested HSLA steel was constructed, and the validity of the model was confirmed by the experimental results. Observation of the microstructures indicated that the grain size increased with increasing deformation temperature, which led to a lowered corrosion resistance of the specimens.展开更多

文摘Background:The prognostic values of interim and post-therapy fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG) positron emission tomography(PET) and PET/computed tomography(CT) scanning have been confirmed in several subtypes of lymphoma. However, its prognostic value in Burkitt's lymphoma has not been clearly defined. The aim of the present study was to assess the prognostic value of PET/CT scanning during different treatment processes of Burkitt's lymphoma. Methods:A total of 29 adult patients with newly diagnosed Burkitt's lymphoma were retrospectively involved in this study;of them,23 patients underwent baseline PET/CT,15 patients underwent mid-therapy PET/CT after 1-4 cycles of chemotherapy, and 17 patients underwent post-therapy PET/CT after all planned first-line chemotherapy cycles.Mid-therapy and post-therapy PET/CT results(positive vs.negative) were visually interpreted according to the criteria of the International Harmonization Project. The reduction in the maximum standardizes uptake values(ASUVmax)of 25%,50%,and 75%were regarded as cutoff points.Overall survival(OS) and progression-free survival(PFS) were regarded as the major endpoints. Results:The median OS and PFS were 27.6 months(range 6.5-78.3 months) and 27.2 months(range 3.0-78.3 months),respectively. The median SUVmax of the baseline PET/CT was 18.3(range 1.6-35.9),whereas the median SUVmax of the mid-therapy and post-therapy PET/CT decreased to 4.0(range 0-17.6) and 3.0(range 0-14.5),respectively.The patients' Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG) scores(<2 vs.≥2) were significantly associated with the baseline PET/CT SUVmax. The mid-therapy and post-therapy PET/CT results(positive vs.negative) showed no significant association with OS or PFS.The optimal cutoff ASUVmax from the baseline to the post-therapy PET/CT that could predict a change in OS in patients with Burkitt's lymphoma was 50%(P = 0.019).Conclusions:^(18)F-FDG uptake was intense in Burkitt's lymphoma, and there was a significant reduction in SUVmax during the interim and post-therapy PET/CT procedures.A ASUVmax of greater than 50%was a favorable cutoff point to predict the OS of Burkitt's lymphoma patients.

文摘Three novel multi-microalloying TiAl-based alloys containing high Nb were designed and fabricated Thermogravimetric method was applied to investigate the influence of Cr on the oxidation behavior of high Nb TiAl alloy at 1,073 K for 200 h in laboratory air. When oxidized at 1,073 K for 200 h, the oxidized mass gai of the alloy increases with an increase in Cr addition amount in the first 100 h and decreases in the last 100 h With the increase of Cr content, the oxidation surface turns compact but uneven in morphology, which may affec the oxidation resistance of the alloy by increasing the peeling off risk of the oxidation layer at friction conditions.

文摘Developing mathematical models for high Knudsen number(Kn)flow for isotopic gas fractionation in tight sedimentary rocks is still challenging. In this study, carbon isotopic reversals(δ^(13)C_(1)>δ^(13)C_(2))were found for four Longmaxi shale samples based on gas degassing experiments.Gas in shale with higher gas content exhibits larger reversal. Then,a mathematical model was developed to simulate the carbon isotopic reversals of methane and ethane. This model is based on these hypotheses:(i)diffusion flow is dominating during gas transport process;(ii)diffusion coefficients are nonlinear depending on concentration gradient. Our model not only shows a good agreement with isotopic reversals, but also well predicts gas production rates by selecting appropriate exponents m and m^(*) of gas pressure gradient, where m is for ^(12)C and m^(*)is for ^(13)C.Moreover,the(m−m^(*))value has a positive correlation with fractionation level.(m1−m1^(*))of methane are much higher than that of ethane. Finally, the predicted carbon isotopic reversal magnitude(δ^(13)C_(1)−δ^(13)C_(2))exhibits a positive relationship with total gas content since gas in shale with higher gas content experiences a more extensive high Kn number diffusion flow.As a result, our model demonstrates an impressive agreement with the experimental carbon isotopic reversal data.

文摘Thermal maturation in the shale oil/gas system is inherently complex due to the competitive interplays between hydrocarbon generation and retention processes. To study hydrocarbon generation characteristics from shales within different stages of thermal maturation under the influence of retained oil,we performed Micro-Scale Sealed Vessels(MSSV)pyrolysis on a set of artificially matured lacustrine shale s amples from the Shahejie Formation in the Dongpu Depression in Bohai B ay Basin,China.Experimental results show that hydrocarbon yields of shale samples with or without retained oil at various thermal maturities follow different evolution paths.Heavy components(C15+)in samples crack at high temperatures and generally follow a sequence, where they first transform into C6-14 then to C2-5 and C1.Methane accounts for most of the gaseous products at high temperatures in all samples, with different origins. The cracking of C2-5 is the main methane-generating process in samples with retained oil, whereas the source of methane in samples without retained oil is kerogen. In the studied shales, retained oils at early-mature stage retard the transformation of liquid to gaseous hydrocarbon and prompt the cracking of C2-5 to C1 to some extent.TSR reaction related to gypsum in the studied samples is the primary reason that can explain the loss of hydrocarbon yields, especially at high temperatures. In addition, transformation of volatile hydrocarbons to gas and coke also accounts for the loss of generated hydrocarbon,as a secondary factor.

文摘The conjugate addition of in-situ generated(aza-)quinone methides(QMs)and indole imine methides(IIMs)emerged as a powerful protocol to access densely functionalized benzenes and indoles.Hydroxybenzyl alcohols, aminobenzhydryl alcohols, and varied indolylmethanols served as most effective precursors for the in-situ generation of such reactive species under acid conditions. The relevant propargylic alcohol has proven to be an elegant precursor to generate the propargylic-QMs and-IIMs via the acid promoted dehydration process, thus enabling diverse challenging remote activation to proceed conjugate1,6-and 1,8-additions.Moreover,the heteroarene has proven to be workable to transfer the LUMO of the p-QMs and 2-IIMs,thus inducing the remote nucleophilic dearomative additions. The conjugate additions of(aza-)p-QMs and varied IIMs has made significant contribution in the field of remote activation chemistry in past decade. This review summarizes the latest advances of the remote conjugate additions of the in-situ generated QMs and IIMs.

文摘A surface plasmon(SP)is a fundamental excitation state that exists in metal nanostructures.Over the past several years, the performance of optoelectronic devices has been improved greatly via the SP enhancement effect. In our previous work, the responsivity of GaN ultraviolet detectors was increased by over 30 times when using Ag nanoparticles. However, the physics of the SP enhancement effect has not been established definitely because of the lack of experimental evidence. To reveal the physical origin of this enhancement,Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM)was used to observe the SP-induced surface potential reduction in the vicinity of Ag nanoparticles on a GaN epilayer.Under ultraviolet illumination, the localized field enhancement induced by the SP forces the photogenerated electrons to drift close to the Ag nanoparticles, leading to a reduction of the surface potential around the Ag nanoparticles on the GaN epilayer. For an isolated Ag nanoparticle with a diameter of~200 nm,the distribution of the SP localized field is located within 60 nm of the boundary of the Ag nanoparticle. For a dimer of Ag nanoparticles, the localized field enhancement between the nanoparticles was the strongest. The results presented here provide direct experimental proof of the localized field enhancement. These results not only explain the high performance of GaN detectors observed with the use of Ag nanoparticles but also reveal the physical mechanism of SP enhancement in optoelectronic devices, which will help us further understand and improve the performance of SP-based optoelectronic devices in the future.

文摘Low-carbon steel is widely used for household appliance and automotive panel steel because of its excellent plasticity.Unfortunately, yield point phenomena easily appear in the low-carbon steel produced by a continuous annealing process and cause degradation to the surface quality during processing. The effect of the coiling temperature(600-750℃)and annealing temperature(740-820℃)on the yield point behavior is studied.Tensile tests show that coiling temperature has a greater effect on yield point elongation(YPE)and aging index(AI)than the annealing temperature.Microstructure observations show that coiling temperature at 750℃would make the micron-sized carbides appearing at the grain boundary disappear and a number of dispersed nanoscale carbides precipitate in grain interior, corresponding to the highest solid solution carbon content in the matrix of 750℃coiled sample. The experimental results suggest that AI rather than YPE has a positive relationship with the solid solution carbon content of the low-carbon steel. And YPE has a positive relationship with the upper/lower yield strength.

文摘The hot deformation characteristics and the corrosion behavior of a high-strength low-alloy(HSLA) steel were investigated at deformation temperatures ranging from 800 to 1100 ℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.1 to 10 s-1 using an MMS-200 thermal simulation testing machine. Observation of the microstructures indicated that the grain size increased with increasing deformation temperature, which led to a lowered corrosion resistance of the specimens.

文摘It is proposed that ratios of the sixth order to the second order cumulant(C_(6)/C_(2))of conserved quantities are sensitive to the chiral crossover transition.Recently, the negative C_(6)/C_(2) was obtained in both theoretical Lattice QCD and experiments at■.In this study,we investigate the behavior of net-proton C_(6)/C_(2) in statistical Binomial distribution(BD)at■in Au+Au collisions. With the BD parameters extracted from RHIC/STAR,it is found that C_(6)/C_(2) can be negative.Furthermore, the obtained C_(6)/C_(2) becomes smaller when applying the same magnitude of experimental statistics and calculation method to simulations. In 0-10%centrality,there is a significant difference between the simulated result and theoretical expectation.Based on the extracted parameters and experimentally collected statistics, the baseline of net-proton C_(6)/C_(2) in BD is presented.
