近年来光催化研究的兴起极大地促进了传统自由基化学的发展.在光照下,被激发的光催化剂会与底物发生电荷转化,从而在非常温和的条件下产生自由基中间体.自由基物种非常活泼,可快速地发生各类C–C偶联或者断键反应,但自由基的高活性同时... 近年来光催化研究的兴起极大地促进了传统自由基化学的发展.在光照下,被激发的光催化剂会与底物发生电荷转化,从而在非常温和的条件下产生自由基中间体.自由基物种非常活泼,可快速地发生各类C–C偶联或者断键反应,但自由基的高活性同时意味着难以实现其可控的转化.特别是在多相光催化体系中,实现自由基物种的定向转化仍非常困难.光照条件下,半导体光催化剂的光生电子或空穴可以活化底物产生各种活泼的自由基物种,但往往在随后的自由基转化反应中扮演着旁观者的角色.即产生的自由基中间体可以自由地扩散和反应,它们会彼此碰撞发生自由基-自由基偶联反应,与表面活性氢物种反应,或者进一步被氧化为相应的碳正离子进而转化为一系列复杂的产物.因此,多相光催化剂表面不受控的自由基反应限制了其在很多重要领域(例如合成化学以及生物质转化等)的进一步应用.本文提出在半导体催化剂表面构建特定的金属位点,利用金属-自由基相互作用来调控在半导体表面产生的自由基物种的定向转化.以苯乙酸在金属/TiO_(2)催化剂上的光催化脱羧为模型反应进行研究.光照条件下,苯乙酸在TiO_(2)上被光生空穴氧化发生脱羧反应,产生苄基自由基.若该自由基物种能被稳定在负载的金属颗粒表面,就会优先与金属上光生电子还原质子产生的活性氢物种反应,选择性地生成甲苯,否则将会自由地碰撞反应,得到联苄和甲苯的混合物.结果表明,Pd/TiO_(2)能高选择性地催化苯乙酸脱羧产生甲苯,得到与其它金属/TiO_(2)催化剂截然不同的产物分布.同时,利用瞬态吸收光谱可原位地观测产生的苄基自由基在金属/TiO_(2)催化剂上转化.研究发现,苄基自由基的Pd/TiO_(2)催化剂上的转化遵循准一级的反应动力学行为,而非完全自由的自由基转化路径.基于以上结果,推测Pd纳米颗粒能够将在TiO_(2)上产生的自由基稳定在其表面,并调控自由基的后续转化.DFT计算表明,Pd与自由基物种存在强电子相互作用,使其对自由基具有很强的亲和力.这种强金属-自由基相互作用为高效自由基转化体系的设计提供了可能.在催化剂表面构建特定的金属位点,例如Pd纳米颗粒,可将在半导体光催化剂上产生的自由基物种稳定在表面,避免其发生无序的自由基反应,同时进一步修饰金属位点,即可促进表面稳定的自由基物种的定向转化. 展开更多

仲胺转化为甲酰胺的接力催化

甲酰胺是重要的化工原料,广泛应用于农药和医药生产中,其合成方法备受关注.目前,主要通过胺与不同甲酰化试剂(甲酸、甲酸盐、甲酰胺和CO_(2)等)的N-甲酰化反应合成甲酰胺.但由于转酰化反应生成的副产物不可避免,原子经济性100%的直接甲... 甲酰胺是重要的化工原料,广泛应用于农药和医药生产中,其合成方法备受关注.目前,主要通过胺与不同甲酰化试剂(甲酸、甲酸盐、甲酰胺和CO_(2)等)的N-甲酰化反应合成甲酰胺.但由于转酰化反应生成的副产物不可避免,原子经济性100%的直接甲酰化成为更理想的合成路径.典型的甲酰胺代表是N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),工业上通过CH3OH-NaOCH3催化剂催化二甲胺和CO直接甲酰化生成DMF.近年研究者发展了多种直接甲酰化的催化体系,例如N-杂环卡宾、KOH、K2CO3和Co@N掺杂碳催化剂和PdCo双金属催化剂等.本课题组也报道了Ru修饰的氧化铈(Ru/CeO_(2))和羟基磷灰石(Ru-HAP)催化的胺直接甲酰化(Green Chem.,2017,19,88-92和ChemCatChem,2021,13,41594163).然而,相较于伯胺,仲胺的直接甲酰化合成甲酰胺更加困难.因此,开发一种新的仲胺转化策略进而合成高附加值的甲酰胺非常必要.本文发展了一种基于羟基磷灰石负载的钌基催化剂(Ru-HAP)的接力催化策略,以实现仲胺转化为甲酰胺.并以二甲胺为例,研究了仲胺比伯胺难活化的原因.测试了甲胺和二甲胺的直接甲酰化活化能,结果表明,二甲胺与CO甲酰化反应的活化能(67.2 kJ·mol^(-1))高于甲胺与CO反应的活化能(47.6 kJ·mol^(-1)).而甲基甲酰胺与二甲胺转酰化合成DMF的活化能仅为29.9 kJ·mol^(-1)因此该反应更很容易进行.设计接力催化策略,首先甲胺与CO的进行甲酰化反应,生成的甲基甲酰胺可以作为甲酰化试剂再参与二甲胺的转酰化过程生成DMF.为实现上述接力策略,要求催化剂具有双重功能,即在第一步作为甲酰化活性位点,在第二步促进转酰化过程,进而获得DMF.利用过渡金属催化剂对甲酰化反应进行研究,结果表明,酸碱催化剂可有效催化转酰化反应.Ru-HAP由表面的RuOx和具有酸碱性质的载体HAP组成,是实现接力催化二甲胺高效转化的良好候选材料.红外光谱结果表明,Ru-HAP的RuOx物种可以同时激活胺和CO,是甲酰化反应的活性位点.结合实验结果,推测载体HAP是转酰化的活性位点.基于以上结果,提出了Ru-HAP接力催化促进二甲胺转化为DMF的机理.由于甲胺的甲酰化反应活化能较低,可以优先在RuOx物种上反应,随后,生成的甲基甲酰胺(MF)作为甲酰化试剂参与HAP催化的与二甲胺的转酰化合成DMF.在接力催化路径下,DMF的产率高达82%,远高于二甲胺直接甲酰化的产率(32%).此外,环境影响因子分析表明,新的合成DMF的接力策略比直接甲酰化过程对环境更友好,产生更少的废弃物.本文提出了一种以甲胺为促进剂,通过羟基磷灰石负载的Ru基催化剂(Ru-HAP)进而降低二甲胺生成DMF活化能的接力催化策略.利用该接力催化策略实现了二甲胺高效转化为甲酰胺.相比于直接甲酰化,接力催化策略减少了DMF进一步转化生成的副产物,并为仲胺转化为甲酰胺提供了新思路. 展开更多

Conventional mechanical machining of a composite material comprising an aluminum matrix reinforced with a high volume fraction of SiC particles(hereinafter referred to as an SiCp/Al composite)faces problems such as rapid tool wear,high specific cutting force,and poor surface integrity.Instead,a promising method for solving these problems is laser-induced oxidation-assisted milling(LOAM):under laser irradiation,the local workpiece material reacts with oxygen,thus forming loose and porous oxides that are easily removed.In the present work,the oxidation mechanism of SiCp/Al irradiated by a nanosecond pulsed laser is studied to better understand the laser-induced oxidation behavior and control the characteristics of the oxides,with laser irradiation experiments performed on a 65%SiCp/Al composite with various laser parameters and auxiliary gases(oxygen,nitrogen,and argon).With increasing laser pulse energy density,both the ablated groove depth and the width of the heat-affected zone increase.When oxygen is used as the auxiliary gas,an oxide layer composed of SiO_(2)and Al2O3 forms,and CO_(2)is produced and escapes from the material,thereby forming pores in the oxides.However,when nitrogen or argon is used as the auxiliary gas,a recast layer is produced that is relatively difficult to remove.Under laser irradiation,the sputtered material reacts with oxygen to form oxides on both sides of the ablated groove,and as the laser scanning path advances,the produced oxides accumulate to form an oxide layer.LOAM and conventional milling are compared using the same milling parameters,and LOAM is found to be better for reduced milling force and tool wear and improved machined surface quality. 展开更多

We investigate the single-pulse emission variations of two pulsars,PSRs J0211+4235 and J0553+4111,observed with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope at the 1.25 GHz central frequency.The observation sessions span from 2020 December to 2021 July,with 21 and 22 observations for them respectively.The integrated pulse profile of PSR J0211+4235 shows that there is a weak pulse component following the main component,and PSR J0553+4111 displays a bimodal profile with a bridge component in the middle.PSR J0211+4235 presents significant nulling phenomenon with nulling duration lasting from 2 to 115 pulses and burst duration lasting from 2 to 113 pulses.The NF of each observation is determined to be 45%-55%.No emission greater than threeσis found in the mean integrated profile of all nulling pulses.In most cases,the pulse energy changes abruptly during the transition from null to burst,while in the transition from burst to null there are two trends:abrupt and gradual.We find that the nulling phenomenon of PSR J0211+4235 is periodic by the Fourier transform of the null and burst state.In addition,the single-pulse modulation characteristics of these two pulsars are investigated,and the distributions of modulation index,LRFS and 2DFS are analyzed with PSRSALSA.The left peak of PSR J0553+4111 has intensity modulation.Finally,the polarization properties of these two pulsars are obtained through polarization calibration,and their characteristics are analyzed.The possible physical mechanisms of these phenomena are discussed. 展开更多

Neither seed nor catalyst layer is necessary for the growth of hierarchical ZnO film. Three kinds of nucleation process were found, and the influences of growth time, growth electrolyte, growth temperature on the morphology of ZnO film were evaluated. Hierarchical ZnO film can absorb more than 97% of incident photons with wavelength shorter than 380 nm. Such hierarchical ZnO film would be a promising scaffold for photoelectrochemical application. 展开更多

Molybdenum phosphide (MoP) flakes were synthesized by the reduction of hexaammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. The flakes are porous and constructed by MoP nanoparticles with ca. 100 nm diameters. The lateral size of flakes ranges from less than 1 μm to larger than 5 μm, and the thickness of MoP fakes is ca. 200 nm. The mixture of MoP flakes and carbon black exhibits effective catalytic activity in the hydrogen evolution reaction. The optimal overpotential required for 20 mA·cm﹣2 current density is 155 mV in acidic solution and 184 mV in basic solution. The mixture can work stably in long-term hydrogen generation in both acidic and basic solution. The faradaic yield of mixture in hydrogen evolution reaction is nearly 100% in both acidic and basic solution. The Mo and P species in MoP flakes are found to have small positive and negative charge, respectively. The catalytic activity of MoP flakes is likely to be correlated with this charged nature. 展开更多

Using principle and method of the system dynamics,this paper takes a qualitative analysis on the inventory of supply chain of supermarket-oriented agricultural products,and compares with the supply chain of wholesale-oriented agricultural products. Two inventory models are established for these two different modes of supply chain. Through simulation of two models in the case of random demand and quantitative analysis of results,it is found that the inventory of supply chain of supermarket-oriented agricultural products has smaller fluctuation than that of wholesaler-oriented agricultural products. [Objectives]To establish a non-toxic and efficient method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts and laying a solid foundation for the molecular biology study of peanuts.[Methods]Based on the principle and method of purifying nucleic acids by silica gel adsorption at high salt and low pH condition,a non-toxic and efficient method to extract peanut DNA and total RNA using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)extraction solution was designed.The quality and purity of nucleic acids were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and nucleic acids protein analyzer,respectively.The quality of DNA was further verified by enzyme digestion and PCR amplification using molecular marker techniques.The quality of total RNA was further verified by reverse transcription(RT)-PCR of actin gene and cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Results]The agarose gel electrophoresis test showed that the peanut DNA extracted by a low-toxic and effective method is free of contamination and degradation.Through the detection by the nucleic acid protein analyzer,the DNA concentration,yield,A260/A280 and A260/A230 of 5 peanut varieties were 419.6-498.2 ng/μL,20.98-24.91μg/g,1.89-1.96 and 2.03-2.28,respectively.The DNA was of high quality and can be completely digested by EcoRI restriction enzymes,and also can be used for SCoT and SRAP molecular marker technology analysis.The RNA extracted from different tissues of peanuts showed no visible DNA bands by non-denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis.The separated 28S bands were brighter than 18S.The ratio of A260/A280 and A260/A230 showed that the RNA quality was good and can be used for reverse transcription,RT-PCR of actin gene and amplification of cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Conclusions]This experiment established a low-toxic and effective method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts.Compared with traditional methods,this method is more time-saving and cheaper than commercial kits.The most important point is that this method does not use toxic reagents such as phenol,chloroform and isopropanol.Thus,it is expected to be widely applied in molecular biology research. 展开更多

Co9S8 Nanotubes as an Efficient Catalyst for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction in Alkaline Electrolyte

Cobalt sulfide (Co<sub>9</sub>S<sub>8</sub>) nanotubes were found to be an electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction under alkaline condition. An electrode comprising of Co<sub>9</sub>S<sub>8</sub> nanotubes on a glass carbon electrode (GCE) (mass loading: 0.855 mg·cm<sup>-2</sup>) produced a cathodic current density of 20 mA·cm<sup>-2</sup> at an overpotential of 320 mV. The Co<sub>9</sub>S<sub>8</sub>/GCE electrode was stable over 20,000 s during potentiostatic electrolysis. Minor degradation of reduction current after 4000 cyclic voltammetric sweeps suggests the long-term viability under operating conditions. The faradaic efficiency of Co<sub>9</sub>S<sub>8</sub> nanotubes is nearly 100% during the electrolysis of water. 展开更多

广东省医学会泌尿外科学分会疑难病例多学科会诊(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)由林天歆主任委员倡导并成功举办了十期。2023年7月5日下午由广东省医学会泌尿外科分会主办、南方医科大学第三附属医院承办的"广东省医学会泌尿... 广东省医学会泌尿外科学分会疑难病例多学科会诊(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)由林天歆主任委员倡导并成功举办了十期。2023年7月5日下午由广东省医学会泌尿外科分会主办、南方医科大学第三附属医院承办的"广东省医学会泌尿外科疑难病例多学科会诊(第11期)"在广州白云宾馆会议中心举行。本次会议由广东医学会泌尿外科学分会副主任委员、南方医科大学第三附属医院泌尿外科主任刘存东教授作为主要负责人,邀请了广东省医学会泌尿外科学分会主任委员林天歆教授及泌尿外科分会所有副主任委员、多名省内泌尿外科学专家和南方医科大学第三附属医院MDT团队出席。本次MDT会议共讨论了5例疑难病例,包括中山大学附属第三医院狄金明教授团队1例、深圳市第二人民医院梅红兵教授团队1例、广州医科大学附属第一医院刘永达教授团队1例及南方医科大学第三附属医院刘存东教授团队2例,具体包括膀胱癌、前列腺癌、肾癌、罕见孤立性促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)综合征等病种。与会的各省内知名泌尿外科专家及南方医科大学第三附属医院影像科周全教授、肿瘤科关小倩教授、病理科魏清柱教授、中山大学附属肿瘤医院放疗科何立儒教授等专家结合自身学科和临床经验对每个病例进行了专业而深入的解析并提出了诊疗建议,本次活动取得了预期的效果,现精选本期经典讨论病例一例进行报道。 展开更多

Electron-donating porphyrins(Por),electron-accepting phthalocyanines(Pcs),and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)were integrated into a multicomponent nanoconjugate(Por-RGO-Pc).The donor-π-acceptor nanoconjugate Por-RGO-Pc was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy.Photoinduced cascading electron/charge transfer from Por to RGO and from RGO to Pc was established from fluorescence,electrochemical,and femtosecond transient absorption(fs-TA)spectroscopy studies.The increased distance between the electron donors and acceptors of the Por-RGO-Pc nanoconjugate compared to the parent materials and the intermediate RGO-Pc results in longlived charge separation,and an enhancement in nonlinear optical(NLO)absorption(a large NLO coefficient of about 827.44 cm/GW)towards nanosecond laser irradiation at 532 nm. 展开更多

Edge-functionalization of graphene is emerging as a powerful chemical method for the construction ofπ-delocalized highlyplanar graphene nanoconjugates that are not accessible through surface-supported syntheses.Herein,a graphene-porphyrin nanoconjugate via a robust pyrazine(pz)linkage has been obtained by condensing 2,3-diamino-5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin(DA-TPP)with ortho-quinone(o-quinone)moieties at edge sites of graphene oxide(GO).The as-prepared GO-pz-TPP exhibits an intense absorption extending from 375 to 900 nm and a high quenching yield(98%)of fluorescence,indicating a strong electronic coupling effect between GO and TPP units.GO-pz-TPP displays strong nonlinear optical(NLO)absorption and giant NLO coefficients with 800 and 1,030 nm fs laser,in sharp contrast to traditional graphene-porphyrin nanohybrids only NLO-active towards ns laser.Such a dramatic NLO performance towards femtosecond pulsed laser has not been achieved in any carbonchromophores nanohybridized materials to date.This work validates theπ-extended edge-functionalization strategy as a means to tune the NLO properties of graphene,thereby providing a new paradigm for the assembly of versatile optoelectronic materials. 展开更多

Axially coordinated metal-porphyrin-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanohybrids were prepared via two different synthetic approaches (a one-pot 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction and a stepwise approach that involved 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition followed by nucleophilic substitution), and characterized through spectroscopic techniques. Attachment of the tin porphyrins to the surface of the MWCNTs significantly improves their solubility and ease of processing. These axially coordinated (5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinato)tin(Ⅳ) (SnTPP)- MWCNTs exhibit significant fluorescence quenching. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of the resultant nanohybrids were studied by using the Z-scan technique at 532 nm with both nanosecond and picosecond laser pulses. The results show that the nanohybrids exhibit significant reverse saturable absorption or saturable absorption when nanosecond or picosecond pulses, respectively, are employed. Improvement in the nanosecond regime nonlinear absorption is observed on proceeding to the nanohybrids and is ascribed to a combination of the outstanding properties of MWCNTs and the chemically attached metal-porphyrins. 展开更多

Functional materials displaying large ultrafast third-order optical nonlinearities across a wide spectral region and broad temporal domain are required for all-optical signal processing.Particularly desirable is nonlinear optical(NLO)activity at near-infrared(NIR)wavelengths with femtosecond pulses.Herein the first triply-fused porphyrin dimer(TFP)-functionalized single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)nanohybrid was successfully constructed by covalently grafting TFPs onto SWCNT.The results of Z-scan techniques demonstrate that the newly obtained TFP-SWCNT nanohybrid was found with a strong NLO performance under both nanosecond and femtosecond irradiation.In the nanosecond regime,an enhancement in optical limiting(OL)of the TFP-SWCNT nanohybrid is seen at 532 nm when compared with the performance of porphyrin monomer-functionalized SWCNT nanohybrid Por-SWCNT.Under femtosecond irradiation,the TFP-SWCNT nanohybrid exhibits a particularly strong OL effect with a giant two-photon absorption(TPA)cross section value(ca.15,500 GM)at 800 nm pulses that mainly stems from intense TPA of TFP,in sharp contrast to the Por-SWCNT nanohybrid which exhibits only saturable absorption under identical irradiation.These results demonstrate that the newly-developed TFP-SWCNT nanohybrid is a very promising OL candidate for practical applications across wide spectral and temporal domains,and that covalently functionalizing carbon-based materials with triply-fused chromophores may be a useful approach to engineering adaptable photonic devices with broad-ranging NLO activity. 展开更多

The on-demand modulation of defects in materials for the effective modulation of optical nonlinearity is desirable,while it remains a great challenge.In this work,we demonstrate that electrochemical activation is a facile and convenient approach to modulating the broadband third-order nonlinear absorption of nanoporous tungsten oxide(WO3-x)thin film.The film does not exhibit optical nonlinearity at the initial state,while shows a distinct saturable absorption under an applied voltage of-2.5 V with the excitation of 515,800,and 1,030 nm laser.The nonlinear absorption coefficient(β_(eff))is-766.38±6.67 cm·GW^(-1) for 1,030 nm laser,-624.24±17.15 cm·GW-1 for 800 nm laser,and-120.70±11.49 cm·GW^(-1) for 515 nm laser,and the performance is competitive among inorganic saturable absorbers.The activation is accomplished in 2 min.The performance enhancement is ascribed to the formation of abundant in-gap defect states because of the reduction of the tungsten atoms,and a Pauli-blocking effect occurs during the excitation of in-gap defect states.The small feature size of WO_(3-x)(-12 nm)enables the effective and fast introduction and removal of the defects in porous film,and accordingly the fast and broadband modulation of optical nonlinearity.Our results suggest a controllable,effective,and convenient approach to tuning the nonlinear absorption of materials. 展开更多

Stent placement is an effective palliation therapy for malignant colorectal obstruction.However,recurrent obstruction is a common severe complication caused by tumor ingrowth into the stent lumen.Conventional covered stents play a part in preventing the tumor from growing inward but at the expense of significantly increasing the risk of stent migration.Therefore,there is an urgent demand to develop stents with sustained antitumor and antimigration abilities.Herein,we propose a facile method for fabricating multifunctional bioinspired colorectal stents using 3D printing technology.Inspired by high-adhesion biological structures(gecko feet,tree frog toe pads,and octopus suckers)in nature,different types of bioinspired colorectal stents are designed to reduce migration.After functionalization with graphene oxide(GO),bioinspired colorectal stents show excellent and controllable photothermal performance,which is validated by effective ablation of colon cancer cells in vitro and tumors in vivo.Besides,the bioinspired colorectal stents demonstrate the feasibility of transanal placement and opening of the obstructed colon.More importantly,the facile manufacturing process of multifunctional bioinspired colorectal stents is appealing for mass production,Hence,the developed multifunctional bioinspired colorectal stents exhibit a highly promising potential in clinical applications. 展开更多
