Reactive oxygen species(ROS)plays important roles in living organisms.While ROS is a double-edged sword,which can eliminate drug-resistant bacteria,but excessive levels can cause oxidative damage to cells.A core–shel...Reactive oxygen species(ROS)plays important roles in living organisms.While ROS is a double-edged sword,which can eliminate drug-resistant bacteria,but excessive levels can cause oxidative damage to cells.A core–shell nanozyme,Ce O_(2)@ZIF-8/Au,has been crafted,spontaneously activating both ROS generating and scavenging functions,achieving the multifaceted functions of eliminating bacteria,reducing inflammation,and promoting wound healing.The Au Nanoparticles(NPs)on the shell exhibit high-efficiency peroxidase-like activity,producing ROS to kill bacteria.Meanwhile,the encapsulation of Ce O_(2) core within ZIF-8 provides a seal for temporarily limiting the superoxide dismutase and catalase-like activities of Ce O_(2) nanoparticles.Subsequently,as the ZIF-8 structure decomposes in the acidic microenvironment,the Ce O_(2) core is gradually released,exerting its ROS scavenging activity to eliminate excess ROS produced by the Au NPs.These two functions automatically and continuously regulate the balance of ROS levels,ultimately achieving the function of killing bacteria,reducing inflammation,and promoting wound healing.Such innovative ROS spontaneous regulators hold immense potential for revolutionizing the field of antibacterial agents and therapies.展开更多

The data covers the inner Milky Way within the longitude ran...In this study, we present a catalog of molecular clumps extracted from ^(13)CO(J=1-0) emission data of the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting(MWISP) project. The data covers the inner Milky Way within the longitude range10°≤l≤20° and the latitude strip of |b|≤ 5°. 25. The workflow for the extraction of clumps, namely Facet-SS-3DClump, consists of two parts: the identification of clump candidates and their verification. First, Facet-SS-3DClump employs FacetClumps to identify clump candidates. Subsequently, high-confidence clumps are obtained by cross-matching with the clumps detected by other algorithms, such as dendrogram. Second, these high-confidence clumps are used as prior knowledge to train a semi-supervised deep clustering approach, SS-3D-Clump, which is applied to verify clump candidates detected by FacetClumps, providing confidence levels for the molecular clumps. Finally, the catalog comprising 18,757 molecular clumps was obtained using Facet-SS-3D-Clump, and the catalog is 90% complete above 37 K km s^(-1). We observe a significant deviation of the mean Galactic latitude for clumps within |b|≤ 2° from the midplane, with b=-0°.110. We found that 82.3% of the dust clumps correspond to ^(13)CO clumps by matching with Herschel infrared dust clumps. In the future, Facet-SS-3D-Clump will be applied to detect ^(13)CO clumps in the entire MWISP data.展开更多
It has been reported that C-type lectins(CTLs),which are pattern recognition receptors of the insect innate immunity response,may compete with Cry toxin for the receptor alkaline phosphatase to decrease its toxicity i...It has been reported that C-type lectins(CTLs),which are pattern recognition receptors of the insect innate immunity response,may compete with Cry toxin for the receptor alkaline phosphatase to decrease its toxicity in insects.However,to date,which CTLs affect larval susceptibility to Bt in Spodoptera exigua is not clear.In this study,33 CTL genes were identified from S.exigua.Based on the number of carbohydrate-recognition domains(CRDs)and the domain architectures,they were classified into three groups:(1)nineteen CTL-S(single-CRD),(2)eight immulectin(dual-CRD)and(3)six CTL-X(CRD with other domains).RT-qPCR analysis revealed that expression levels of SeCTL-S15,IML-4 and CTL-X6 were upregulated after challenge with Bt and Cry1Ab.Tissue and developmental stage expression analysis showed that only SeCTL-S15 was mainly expressed in the midgut and larva,respectively.Knockdown of SeCTL-S15 significantly increased Bt susceptibility,as indicated by reduced survival and larval weight.These results suggest that CTL-S15 might play a vital role in the low susceptibility of larvae to Bt in S.exigua.Our results provide new insights into CTL function in insects.展开更多
Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase OsBSK1-2 was reported to play an important role in regulation of response to rice blast,but the signaling pathway remained unknown.In this study,we identified OsMAPKKK18 and previously...Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase OsBSK1-2 was reported to play an important role in regulation of response to rice blast,but the signaling pathway remained unknown.In this study,we identified OsMAPKKK18 and previously uncharacterized MAPKKKs OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK19 that interact with OsBSK1-2.Expression of all three MAPKKKs was induced by Magnaporthe oryzae infection,and all three induced cell death when transiently expressed in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves.Knockout of OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK18 compromised blast resistance and overexpression of OsMAPKKK19 increased blast resistance,indicating that all three MAPKKKs are involved in regulation of rice blast response.Furthermore,both OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK19 interacted with and phosphorylated OsMKK4 and OsMKK5,and chitin-induced MAPK activation was suppressed in osmapkkk16 and osbsk1-2 mutants.OsMAPKKK18 was earlier reported to interact with and phosphorylate OsMKK4 and affect chitin-induced MAPK activation,suggesting that OsBSK1-2 is involved in regulation of immunity through multiple MAPK signaling pathways.Unlike BSK1 in Arabidopsis,OsBSK1-2 was not involved in response to avirulent M.oryzae strains.Taken together,our results revealed important roles of OsMAPKKK16/18/19 and a OsBSK1-2-OsMAPKKK16/18/19-OsMKK4/5 module in regulating response to rice blast.展开更多
We have started a systematic survey of molecular clumps with infall motions to study the very early phase of star formation.Our first step is to utilize the data products by MWISP to make an unbiased survey for blue a...We have started a systematic survey of molecular clumps with infall motions to study the very early phase of star formation.Our first step is to utilize the data products by MWISP to make an unbiased survey for blue asymmetric line profiles of CO isotopical molecules.Within a total area of~2400 square degrees nearby the Galactic plane,we have found 3533 candidates showing blue-profiles,in which 3329 are selected from the^(12)CO&^(13)CO pair and 204 are from the^(13)CO&C^(18)O pair.Exploration of the parametric spaces suggests our samples are in the cold phase with relatively high column densities ready for star formation.Analysis of the spatial distribution of our samples suggests that they exist virtually in all major components of the galaxy.The vertical distribution suggest that the sources are located mainly in the thick disk of~85 pc,but still a small part are located far beyond Galactic midplane.Our follow-up observation indicates that these candidates are a good sample to start a search for infall motions,and to study the condition of very early phase of star formation.展开更多
Wireless body area networks(WBANs)are an emerging technology for the real-time monitoring of physiological signals.WBANs provide a mechanism for collecting,storing,and transmitting physiological data to healthcare pro...Wireless body area networks(WBANs)are an emerging technology for the real-time monitoring of physiological signals.WBANs provide a mechanism for collecting,storing,and transmitting physiological data to healthcare providers.However,the open wireless channel and limited resources of sensors bring security challenges.To ensure physiological data security,this paper provides an efficient Certificateless Public Key Infrastructure Heterogeneous Ring Signcryption(CP-HRSC)scheme,in which sensors are in a certificateless cryptosystem(CLC)environment,and the server is in a public key infrastructure(PKI)environment.CLC could solve the limitations of key escrow in identity-based cryptography(IBC)and certificate management for public keys in PKI.While PKI is suited for the server because it is widely used on the Internet.Furthermore,this paper designs a ring signcryption method that allows the controller to anonymously encrypt physiological data on behalf of a set of sensors,but the server does not exactly know who the sensor is.The construction of this paper can achieve anonymity,confidentiality,authentication,non-repudiation,and integrity in a logically single step.Under the computational Diffie-Hellman(CDH)problem,the formal security proof is provided in the random oracle model(ROM).This paper demonstrates that this scheme has indistinguishability against adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks(IND-CCA2)and existential unforgeability against adaptive chosen message attacks(EUF-CMA).In terms of computational cost and energy usage,a comprehensive performance analysis demonstrates that the proposed scheme is the most effective.Compared to the three existing schemes,the computational cost of this paper’s scheme is reduced by about 49.5%,4.1%,and 8.4%,and the energy usage of our scheme is reduced by about 49.4%,3.7%,and 14.2%,respectively.展开更多
Barley(Hordeum vulgare L.)is an important economic crop for food,feed and industrial raw materials.In the present research,112 barley landraces from the Shanghai region were genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing(GB...Barley(Hordeum vulgare L.)is an important economic crop for food,feed and industrial raw materials.In the present research,112 barley landraces from the Shanghai region were genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS),and the genetic diversity and population structure were analyzed.The results showed that 210,268 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms(SNPs)were present in total,and the average poly-morphism information content(PIC)was 0.1642.Genetic diversity and population structure analyses suggested that these barley landraces were differentiated and could be divided into three sub-groups,with morphological traits of row-type and adherence of the hulls the main distinguishing factors between groups.Genotypes with similar or duplicated names were also investigated according to their genetic backgrounds and seed appearances.This study provided valuable information on barley landraces from the Shanghai region,and showed that all these barley landraces should be protected and used for future breeding programs.展开更多
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and safety of personalized nursing in improving thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods:80 lymphoma patients with thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy i...Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and safety of personalized nursing in improving thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods:80 lymphoma patients with thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy in the Department of Hematology of our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an experimental group and reference group by random drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received individualized nursing,and the reference group received routine nursing.The platelet count,platelet-related indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in platelet count between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the platelet count in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the reference group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the duration for platelet decline and the time for platelets to normalize were notably shorter compared to the reference group(P<0.05).Moreover,the personality group displayed a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions than the reference group(P<0.05).Prior to the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the life scores between the two groups,such as functional condition,symptom manifestation,and health scores among the groups.However,post-intervention,the personality group exhibited a significant improvement in those scores compared to the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can optimize the platelet level in thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy,improve symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.展开更多
The detection and parameterization of molecular clumps are the first step in studying them.We propose a method based on the Local Density Clustering algorithm while physical parameters of those clumps are measured usi...The detection and parameterization of molecular clumps are the first step in studying them.We propose a method based on the Local Density Clustering algorithm while physical parameters of those clumps are measured using the Multiple Gaussian Model algorithm.One advantage of applying the Local Density Clustering to the clump detection and segmentation,is the high accuracy under different signal-to-noise levels.The Multiple Gaussian Model is able to deal with overlapping clumps whose parameters can reliably be derived.Using simulation and synthetic data,we have verified that the proposed algorithm could accurately characterize the morphology and flux of molecular clumps.The total flux recovery rate in 13CO(J=1-0)line of M16 is measured as 90.2%.The detection rate and the completeness limit are 81.7%and 20 K km s-1 in 13CO(J=1-0)line of M16,respectively.展开更多
Layered Ni-rich cathode materials,LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622),are synthesized via solid reaction assisted with a plasma milling pretreatment,which is resulted in lowering sintering temperatures for solid p...Layered Ni-rich cathode materials,LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622),are synthesized via solid reaction assisted with a plasma milling pretreatment,which is resulted in lowering sintering temperatures for solid precursors.The plasma milling pretreated NCM622 cathode material sintered at 780℃(named as PM-780)demonstrates good cycling stability at both room and subzero temperatures.Specifically,the PM-780 cathode delivers an initial discharge capacity of 171.2 mAh g^(-1) and a high capacity retention of 99.7%after 300 cycles with current rate of 90 mA g^(-1) at 30℃,while stable capacities of 120.3 and 94.0 m Ah g^(-1) can be remained at-10℃and-20℃in propylene carbonate contained electrolyte,respectively.In-situ XRD together with XPS and SEM reveal that the NCM622 cycled at-10℃presented better structural stability and more intact interface than that of cathodes cycled at 30℃.It is also found that subzero temperatures only limit the discharge potential of NCM622 without destroying its structure during cycling since it still exhibits high discharge capacity at 30℃after cycled at subzero temperatures.This work may expand the knowledge about the low-temperature characteristics of layered cathode materials for Li-ion batteries and lay the foundation for its further applications.展开更多
Zero‐dimensional carbon dots(0D C‐dots)and one‐dimensional sulfide cadmium nanowires(1D CdS NWs)were prepared by microwave and solvothermal methods,respectively.A series of heterogeneous photocatalysts that consist...Zero‐dimensional carbon dots(0D C‐dots)and one‐dimensional sulfide cadmium nanowires(1D CdS NWs)were prepared by microwave and solvothermal methods,respectively.A series of heterogeneous photocatalysts that consisted of 1D CdS NWs that were modified with 0D C‐dots(C‐dots/CdS NWs)were synthesized using chemical deposition methods.The mass fraction of C‐dots to CdS NWs in these photocatalysts was varied.The photocatalysts were characterized using X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy.Their photocatalytic performance for the spitting of water and the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB)under visible light irradiation were investigated.The photocatalytic performance of the C‐dots/CdS NWs was enhanced when compared with that of the pure CdS NWs,with the 0.4%C‐dots/CdS NWs exhibiting the highest photocatalytic activity for the splitting of water and the degradation of RhB.The enhanced photocatalytic activity was attributed to a higher carrier density because of the heterojunction between the C‐dots and CdS NWs.This heterojunction improved the electronic transmission capacity and promoted efficient separation of photogenerated electrons and holes.展开更多
Early-B stars,much less energetic than O stars,may create an HⅡregion that appears as radio-quiet.We report the identification of new early-B stars associated with the radio-quiet HⅡregion G014.645–00.606 in the M1...Early-B stars,much less energetic than O stars,may create an HⅡregion that appears as radio-quiet.We report the identification of new early-B stars associated with the radio-quiet HⅡregion G014.645–00.606 in the M17 complex.The radio-quiet HⅡregion G014.645–00.606 is adjacent to three radio-quiet WISE HⅡregion candidates.The ionizing sources of the radio-quiet HⅡregions are expected to be later than B1 V,given the sensitivity about 1–2 m Jy of the MAGPIS 20 cm survey.The stars were first selected if their parallaxes of Gaia EDR3 match that of the 22 GHz H2 O maser source within the same region.We used the color–magnitude diagram made from the Zwicky Transient Facility photometric catalog to select the candidates for massive stars because the intrinsic g-r colors of massive stars change little from B-type to O-type stars.Five stars lie in the areas of the color–magnitude diagram where either reddened massive stars or evolved post-main sequence stars of lower masses are commonly found.Three of the five stars,sources 1,2,and 3,are located at the cavities of the three IR bubbles,and extended Hαemission is detected around the three IR bubbles.We suggest that sources 1,2,and 3 are candidates for early-B stars associated with the radio-quiet region G014.645–00.606.Particularly,source 1 is an EW type eclipsing binary with a short period of 0.825 day,while source 2 is an EA type eclipsing binary with a short period of 0.919 day.The physical parameters of the two binary systems have been derived through the PHOEBE model.Source 1 is a twin binary of two stars with Teff≈23,500 K,and source 2 contains a hotter component(T_(eff)≈20,100 K)and a cooler one(T_(eff)≈15,500 K).The O-C values of source 1 show a trend of decline,implying that the period of the source is deceasing.Source 1 is likely a contact early-B twin binary,for which mass transfer might cause its orbit to shrink.展开更多

We searched the literature related to in...The research of infall motion is a common means to study molecular cloud dynamics and the early process of star formation. Many works had been done in-depth research on infall. We searched the literature related to infall study of molecular cloud since 1994, summarized the infall sources identified by the authors. A total of 456 infall sources are cataloged. We classify them into high-mass and low-mass sources, in which the high-mass sources are divided into three evolutionary stages: prestellar, protostellar and H II region. We divide the sources into clumps and cores according to their sizes. The H2 column density values range from 1.21 × 10^(21) to 9.75 × 10^(24) cm^(-2), with a median value of 4.17 × 10^(22) cm^(-2). The H_(2) column densities of high-mass and low-mass sources are significantly separated. The median value of infall velocity for high-mass clumps is 1.12 km s^(-1), and the infall velocities of lowmass cores are virtually all less than 0.5 km s^(-1). There is no obvious difference between different stages of evolution. The mass infall rates of low-mass cores are between 10^(-7) and 10^(-4) M⊙yr^(-1), and those of high-mass clumps are between 10^(-4 )and 10-1 M⊙yr^(-1) with only one exception. We do not find that the mass infall rates vary with evolutionary stages.展开更多
Phytohormones play important roles in plant growth and development,and polyploids are thought to be an important method for plant breeding.However,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone is still unclear.In t...Phytohormones play important roles in plant growth and development,and polyploids are thought to be an important method for plant breeding.However,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone is still unclear.In this study,barley at three ploidy levels were produced by microspore culture.Therefore,we further analyzed the phytohormone content in the shoots and roots of the three kinds of barley materials to study the effect of ploidy on phytohormones accumulation and distribution.The results showed that Abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellin(GA),jasmonic acid(JA),auxin(IAA),salicylic acid(SA)and cytokinin(CTK)were successfully determined in shoots and roots using LC-MS(liquid chromatography mass spectrometry).By comparing the shoots of the haploid and diploid plants,it was found that the distribution trend of the six phytohormones was consistent,and another consistent trend was found in the roots of the diploid and tetraploid plants.In addition,we further analyzed the shoot/root ratio of the different phytohormones to identify the potential differences for haploid,diploid and tetraploid.Here,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone we provided would provide new insights into understanding the new phenotypes that occur in polyploid species.展开更多
We report on the near-infrared polarimetric observations of RCW 120 with the 1.4 m IRSF telescope.The starlight polarization of the background stars reveals for the first time the magnetic field of RCW 120.The global ...We report on the near-infrared polarimetric observations of RCW 120 with the 1.4 m IRSF telescope.The starlight polarization of the background stars reveals for the first time the magnetic field of RCW 120.The global magnetic field of RCW 120 is along the direction of 20°,parallel to the Galactic plane.The field strength on the plane of the sky is 100 ± 26 μG.The magnetic field around the eastern shell shows evidence of compression by the H Ⅱ region.The external pressure(turbulent pressure+ magnetic pressure) and the gas density of the ambient cloud are minimum along the direction where RCW 120 breaks out,which explains the observed elongation of RCW 120.The dynamical age of RCW 120,depending on the magnetic field strength,is~1.6 Myr for field strength of100 μG,older than the hydrodynamic estimates.In direction perpendicular to the magnetic field,the density contrast of the western shell is greatly reduced by the strong magnetic field.The strong magnetic field in general reduces the efficiency of triggered star formation,in comparison with the hydrodynamic estimates.Triggered star formation via the "collect and collapse" mechanism could occur in the direction along the magnetic field.Core formation efficiency(CFE) is found to be higher in the southern and eastern shells of RCW 120 than in the infrared dark cloud receiving little influence from the H Ⅱ region,suggesting increase in the CFE related to triggering from ionization feedback.展开更多
Background:Chondrosarcoma(CS)is the second most common primary bone tumor,accounting for approximately30%of all malignant bone tumors.Unfortunately,the efficacy of currently available drug therapies is limited.Therefo...Background:Chondrosarcoma(CS)is the second most common primary bone tumor,accounting for approximately30%of all malignant bone tumors.Unfortunately,the efficacy of currently available drug therapies is limited.Therefore,this study aimed to explore drug therapies for CS using novel computational methods.Methods:In this study,text mining,Gene Codis STRING,and Cytoscape were used to identify genes closely related to CS,and the Drug Gene Interaction Database(DGIdb)was used to select drugs targeting the genes.Drug-target interaction prediction was performed using Deep Purpose,to finally obtain candidate drugs with the highest predicted binding affinities.Results:Text-mining searches identified 168 genes related to CS.Gene enrichment and protein-protein interaction analysis generated 14 genes representing 10 pathways using Gene Codis,STRING,and Cytoscape.Seventy drugs targeting genes closely related to CS were analyzed using DGIdb.Deep Purpose recommended 25 drugs,including integrin beta 3 inhibitors,hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha inhibitors,E1A binding protein P300 inhibitors,vascular endothelial growth factor A inhibitors,AKT1 inhibitors,tumor necrosis factor inhibitors,transforming growth factor beta 1 inhibitors,interleukin 6 inhibitors,mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 inhibitors,and protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors.Conclusion:Drug discovery using in silico text mining and Deep Purpose may be an effective method to explore drugs targeting genes related to CS.展开更多
SiBCN ceramic aerogel is an ideal potential candidate for ultra-high temperature thermal insulation due to its unique microscopic pore structure combined with the excellent thermal stability of SiBCN ce-ramic.Here,red...SiBCN ceramic aerogel is an ideal potential candidate for ultra-high temperature thermal insulation due to its unique microscopic pore structure combined with the excellent thermal stability of SiBCN ce-ramic.Here,reduced graphene oxide(rGO)modified SiBCN aerogels(rGO/SiBCN)were prepared through solvothermal,freeze-casting and pyrolysis,and the dimension of the aerogel is up toΦ130 mm×28 mm.The density of the rGO/SiBCN aerogel is as low as 0.024 g/cm^(3) and the microstructural regulation is achieved by controlling the rGO content in the aerogel.The hierarchical cellular structure endows the aerogel with a high specific surface area(148.6 m^(2)/g)and low thermal conductivity(0.057 W m^(-1) K^(-1)).The 10 mm-thick sample exhibits excellent thermal insulation and ablation resistance,as evidenced by its ability to reduce the temperature from~1100℃to~180℃under the intense heat of a butane flame.Moreover,benefiting from the ultrahigh-temperature stability of SiBCN,the rGO/SiBCN aerogel exhibits good thermal stability up to 1200℃in argon and short-oxidation resistance at 800℃in air.There-fore,the rGO/SiBCN aerogel with superior overall performance could expand its practical application in high-temperature thermal insulation under extreme environments.展开更多

Contradiction between ultrafast nucleation and deposition rates of lithium(Li)crystals at high rate and heterogeneity of Li^(+)flux resulting from concentration polarization has compromised the performance of Li metal...Contradiction between ultrafast nucleation and deposition rates of lithium(Li)crystals at high rate and heterogeneity of Li^(+)flux resulting from concentration polarization has compromised the performance of Li metal anodes especially at high areal capacity and current density.Here,multifunctional protective layer consisting of MoO_(3) nanobelt films(MoO_(3)-NF)is introduced on the surface of Li by a simple rolling method.The strong binding energy between Li and MoO_(3) guides the homogeneous nucleation and deposition of Li,while the nanobelt networks provide effective ion channels for uniform distribution of the Li+flux.Because of the novel multifunctional protective layer,the MoO_(3)-NF@Li anodes demonstrate a remarkable stability for 800 h with ultralow overpotential of 159 mV at extreme harsh conditions of 60 mA·h/cm^(2) and 60 mA/cm^(2).MoO_(3)-NF@Li||LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2) full-cells can run 100 cycles with a superior capacity retention of 84.2%under practical test conditions,demonstrating great potential for high output and energy-density metal batteries.展开更多
Background and Aims:SARS-CoV-2 vaccines-associated autoimmune liver diseases have been reported in several case reports.However,the safety and immunogenicity after primary and booster inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccinatio...Background and Aims:SARS-CoV-2 vaccines-associated autoimmune liver diseases have been reported in several case reports.However,the safety and immunogenicity after primary and booster inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in patients with autoimmune liver diseases(AILD)is still unknown.Methods:Eighty-four patients with AILD were prospectively followed up after the second dose(primary)of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.Some of them received the third dose(booster)of inactivated vaccine.Adverse events(AEs),autoimmune activation,and liver inflammation exacerbation after primary and booster vaccination were recorded.Meanwhile,dynamics of antireceptor-binding-domain IgG(anti-RBD-IgG),neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)and RBD-specific B cells responses were evaluated.Results:The overall AEs in AILD patients after primary and booster vaccination were 26.2%and 13.3%,respectively.The decrease of C3 level and increase of immunoglobulin light chain K andλlevels were observed in AILD patients after primary vaccination,however,liver inflammation was not exacerbated,even after booster vaccination.Both the seroprevalence and titers of anti-RBD-IgG and NAbs were decreased over time in AILD patients after primary vaccination.Notably,the antibody titers were significantly elevated after booster vaccination(10-fold in anti-RBD-IgG and 7.4-fold in NAbs,respectively),which was as high as in healthy controls.Unfortunately,the inferior antibody response was not enhanced after booster vaccination in patients with immunosuppressants.Changes of atypical memory B cells were inversely related to antibody levels,which indicate that the impaired immune memory was partially restored partly by the booster vaccination.Conclusions:The well tolerability and enhanced humoral immune response of inactivated vaccine supports an additional booster vaccination in AILD patients without immunosuppressants.展开更多

文摘Reactive oxygen species(ROS)plays important roles in living organisms.While ROS is a double-edged sword,which can eliminate drug-resistant bacteria,but excessive levels can cause oxidative damage to cells.A core–shell nanozyme,Ce O_(2)@ZIF-8/Au,has been crafted,spontaneously activating both ROS generating and scavenging functions,achieving the multifaceted functions of eliminating bacteria,reducing inflammation,and promoting wound healing.The Au Nanoparticles(NPs)on the shell exhibit high-efficiency peroxidase-like activity,producing ROS to kill bacteria.Meanwhile,the encapsulation of Ce O_(2) core within ZIF-8 provides a seal for temporarily limiting the superoxide dismutase and catalase-like activities of Ce O_(2) nanoparticles.Subsequently,as the ZIF-8 structure decomposes in the acidic microenvironment,the Ce O_(2) core is gradually released,exerting its ROS scavenging activity to eliminate excess ROS produced by the Au NPs.These two functions automatically and continuously regulate the balance of ROS levels,ultimately achieving the function of killing bacteria,reducing inflammation,and promoting wound healing.Such innovative ROS spontaneous regulators hold immense potential for revolutionizing the field of antibacterial agents and therapies.

文摘In this study, we present a catalog of molecular clumps extracted from ^(13)CO(J=1-0) emission data of the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting(MWISP) project. The data covers the inner Milky Way within the longitude range10°≤l≤20° and the latitude strip of |b|≤ 5°. 25. The workflow for the extraction of clumps, namely Facet-SS-3DClump, consists of two parts: the identification of clump candidates and their verification. First, Facet-SS-3DClump employs FacetClumps to identify clump candidates. Subsequently, high-confidence clumps are obtained by cross-matching with the clumps detected by other algorithms, such as dendrogram. Second, these high-confidence clumps are used as prior knowledge to train a semi-supervised deep clustering approach, SS-3D-Clump, which is applied to verify clump candidates detected by FacetClumps, providing confidence levels for the molecular clumps. Finally, the catalog comprising 18,757 molecular clumps was obtained using Facet-SS-3D-Clump, and the catalog is 90% complete above 37 K km s^(-1). We observe a significant deviation of the mean Galactic latitude for clumps within |b|≤ 2° from the midplane, with b=-0°.110. We found that 82.3% of the dust clumps correspond to ^(13)CO clumps by matching with Herschel infrared dust clumps. In the future, Facet-SS-3D-Clump will be applied to detect ^(13)CO clumps in the entire MWISP data.

文摘It has been reported that C-type lectins(CTLs),which are pattern recognition receptors of the insect innate immunity response,may compete with Cry toxin for the receptor alkaline phosphatase to decrease its toxicity in insects.However,to date,which CTLs affect larval susceptibility to Bt in Spodoptera exigua is not clear.In this study,33 CTL genes were identified from S.exigua.Based on the number of carbohydrate-recognition domains(CRDs)and the domain architectures,they were classified into three groups:(1)nineteen CTL-S(single-CRD),(2)eight immulectin(dual-CRD)and(3)six CTL-X(CRD with other domains).RT-qPCR analysis revealed that expression levels of SeCTL-S15,IML-4 and CTL-X6 were upregulated after challenge with Bt and Cry1Ab.Tissue and developmental stage expression analysis showed that only SeCTL-S15 was mainly expressed in the midgut and larva,respectively.Knockdown of SeCTL-S15 significantly increased Bt susceptibility,as indicated by reduced survival and larval weight.These results suggest that CTL-S15 might play a vital role in the low susceptibility of larvae to Bt in S.exigua.Our results provide new insights into CTL function in insects.

文摘Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase OsBSK1-2 was reported to play an important role in regulation of response to rice blast,but the signaling pathway remained unknown.In this study,we identified OsMAPKKK18 and previously uncharacterized MAPKKKs OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK19 that interact with OsBSK1-2.Expression of all three MAPKKKs was induced by Magnaporthe oryzae infection,and all three induced cell death when transiently expressed in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves.Knockout of OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK18 compromised blast resistance and overexpression of OsMAPKKK19 increased blast resistance,indicating that all three MAPKKKs are involved in regulation of rice blast response.Furthermore,both OsMAPKKK16 and OsMAPKKK19 interacted with and phosphorylated OsMKK4 and OsMKK5,and chitin-induced MAPK activation was suppressed in osmapkkk16 and osbsk1-2 mutants.OsMAPKKK18 was earlier reported to interact with and phosphorylate OsMKK4 and affect chitin-induced MAPK activation,suggesting that OsBSK1-2 is involved in regulation of immunity through multiple MAPK signaling pathways.Unlike BSK1 in Arabidopsis,OsBSK1-2 was not involved in response to avirulent M.oryzae strains.Taken together,our results revealed important roles of OsMAPKKK16/18/19 and a OsBSK1-2-OsMAPKKK16/18/19-OsMKK4/5 module in regulating response to rice blast.

文摘We have started a systematic survey of molecular clumps with infall motions to study the very early phase of star formation.Our first step is to utilize the data products by MWISP to make an unbiased survey for blue asymmetric line profiles of CO isotopical molecules.Within a total area of~2400 square degrees nearby the Galactic plane,we have found 3533 candidates showing blue-profiles,in which 3329 are selected from the^(12)CO&^(13)CO pair and 204 are from the^(13)CO&C^(18)O pair.Exploration of the parametric spaces suggests our samples are in the cold phase with relatively high column densities ready for star formation.Analysis of the spatial distribution of our samples suggests that they exist virtually in all major components of the galaxy.The vertical distribution suggest that the sources are located mainly in the thick disk of~85 pc,but still a small part are located far beyond Galactic midplane.Our follow-up observation indicates that these candidates are a good sample to start a search for infall motions,and to study the condition of very early phase of star formation.

文摘Wireless body area networks(WBANs)are an emerging technology for the real-time monitoring of physiological signals.WBANs provide a mechanism for collecting,storing,and transmitting physiological data to healthcare providers.However,the open wireless channel and limited resources of sensors bring security challenges.To ensure physiological data security,this paper provides an efficient Certificateless Public Key Infrastructure Heterogeneous Ring Signcryption(CP-HRSC)scheme,in which sensors are in a certificateless cryptosystem(CLC)environment,and the server is in a public key infrastructure(PKI)environment.CLC could solve the limitations of key escrow in identity-based cryptography(IBC)and certificate management for public keys in PKI.While PKI is suited for the server because it is widely used on the Internet.Furthermore,this paper designs a ring signcryption method that allows the controller to anonymously encrypt physiological data on behalf of a set of sensors,but the server does not exactly know who the sensor is.The construction of this paper can achieve anonymity,confidentiality,authentication,non-repudiation,and integrity in a logically single step.Under the computational Diffie-Hellman(CDH)problem,the formal security proof is provided in the random oracle model(ROM).This paper demonstrates that this scheme has indistinguishability against adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks(IND-CCA2)and existential unforgeability against adaptive chosen message attacks(EUF-CMA).In terms of computational cost and energy usage,a comprehensive performance analysis demonstrates that the proposed scheme is the most effective.Compared to the three existing schemes,the computational cost of this paper’s scheme is reduced by about 49.5%,4.1%,and 8.4%,and the energy usage of our scheme is reduced by about 49.4%,3.7%,and 14.2%,respectively.

文摘Barley(Hordeum vulgare L.)is an important economic crop for food,feed and industrial raw materials.In the present research,112 barley landraces from the Shanghai region were genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS),and the genetic diversity and population structure were analyzed.The results showed that 210,268 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms(SNPs)were present in total,and the average poly-morphism information content(PIC)was 0.1642.Genetic diversity and population structure analyses suggested that these barley landraces were differentiated and could be divided into three sub-groups,with morphological traits of row-type and adherence of the hulls the main distinguishing factors between groups.Genotypes with similar or duplicated names were also investigated according to their genetic backgrounds and seed appearances.This study provided valuable information on barley landraces from the Shanghai region,and showed that all these barley landraces should be protected and used for future breeding programs.
文摘Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and safety of personalized nursing in improving thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy.Methods:80 lymphoma patients with thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy in the Department of Hematology of our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an experimental group and reference group by random drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received individualized nursing,and the reference group received routine nursing.The platelet count,platelet-related indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in platelet count between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the platelet count in the experimental group was significantly higher compared to the reference group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the duration for platelet decline and the time for platelets to normalize were notably shorter compared to the reference group(P<0.05).Moreover,the personality group displayed a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions than the reference group(P<0.05).Prior to the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the life scores between the two groups,such as functional condition,symptom manifestation,and health scores among the groups.However,post-intervention,the personality group exhibited a significant improvement in those scores compared to the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can optimize the platelet level in thrombocytopenia after lymphoma chemotherapy,improve symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

文摘The detection and parameterization of molecular clumps are the first step in studying them.We propose a method based on the Local Density Clustering algorithm while physical parameters of those clumps are measured using the Multiple Gaussian Model algorithm.One advantage of applying the Local Density Clustering to the clump detection and segmentation,is the high accuracy under different signal-to-noise levels.The Multiple Gaussian Model is able to deal with overlapping clumps whose parameters can reliably be derived.Using simulation and synthetic data,we have verified that the proposed algorithm could accurately characterize the morphology and flux of molecular clumps.The total flux recovery rate in 13CO(J=1-0)line of M16 is measured as 90.2%.The detection rate and the completeness limit are 81.7%and 20 K km s-1 in 13CO(J=1-0)line of M16,respectively.

文摘Layered Ni-rich cathode materials,LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622),are synthesized via solid reaction assisted with a plasma milling pretreatment,which is resulted in lowering sintering temperatures for solid precursors.The plasma milling pretreated NCM622 cathode material sintered at 780℃(named as PM-780)demonstrates good cycling stability at both room and subzero temperatures.Specifically,the PM-780 cathode delivers an initial discharge capacity of 171.2 mAh g^(-1) and a high capacity retention of 99.7%after 300 cycles with current rate of 90 mA g^(-1) at 30℃,while stable capacities of 120.3 and 94.0 m Ah g^(-1) can be remained at-10℃and-20℃in propylene carbonate contained electrolyte,respectively.In-situ XRD together with XPS and SEM reveal that the NCM622 cycled at-10℃presented better structural stability and more intact interface than that of cathodes cycled at 30℃.It is also found that subzero temperatures only limit the discharge potential of NCM622 without destroying its structure during cycling since it still exhibits high discharge capacity at 30℃after cycled at subzero temperatures.This work may expand the knowledge about the low-temperature characteristics of layered cathode materials for Li-ion batteries and lay the foundation for its further applications.

文摘Zero‐dimensional carbon dots(0D C‐dots)and one‐dimensional sulfide cadmium nanowires(1D CdS NWs)were prepared by microwave and solvothermal methods,respectively.A series of heterogeneous photocatalysts that consisted of 1D CdS NWs that were modified with 0D C‐dots(C‐dots/CdS NWs)were synthesized using chemical deposition methods.The mass fraction of C‐dots to CdS NWs in these photocatalysts was varied.The photocatalysts were characterized using X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy.Their photocatalytic performance for the spitting of water and the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB)under visible light irradiation were investigated.The photocatalytic performance of the C‐dots/CdS NWs was enhanced when compared with that of the pure CdS NWs,with the 0.4%C‐dots/CdS NWs exhibiting the highest photocatalytic activity for the splitting of water and the degradation of RhB.The enhanced photocatalytic activity was attributed to a higher carrier density because of the heterojunction between the C‐dots and CdS NWs.This heterojunction improved the electronic transmission capacity and promoted efficient separation of photogenerated electrons and holes.

文摘Early-B stars,much less energetic than O stars,may create an HⅡregion that appears as radio-quiet.We report the identification of new early-B stars associated with the radio-quiet HⅡregion G014.645–00.606 in the M17 complex.The radio-quiet HⅡregion G014.645–00.606 is adjacent to three radio-quiet WISE HⅡregion candidates.The ionizing sources of the radio-quiet HⅡregions are expected to be later than B1 V,given the sensitivity about 1–2 m Jy of the MAGPIS 20 cm survey.The stars were first selected if their parallaxes of Gaia EDR3 match that of the 22 GHz H2 O maser source within the same region.We used the color–magnitude diagram made from the Zwicky Transient Facility photometric catalog to select the candidates for massive stars because the intrinsic g-r colors of massive stars change little from B-type to O-type stars.Five stars lie in the areas of the color–magnitude diagram where either reddened massive stars or evolved post-main sequence stars of lower masses are commonly found.Three of the five stars,sources 1,2,and 3,are located at the cavities of the three IR bubbles,and extended Hαemission is detected around the three IR bubbles.We suggest that sources 1,2,and 3 are candidates for early-B stars associated with the radio-quiet region G014.645–00.606.Particularly,source 1 is an EW type eclipsing binary with a short period of 0.825 day,while source 2 is an EA type eclipsing binary with a short period of 0.919 day.The physical parameters of the two binary systems have been derived through the PHOEBE model.Source 1 is a twin binary of two stars with Teff≈23,500 K,and source 2 contains a hotter component(T_(eff)≈20,100 K)and a cooler one(T_(eff)≈15,500 K).The O-C values of source 1 show a trend of decline,implying that the period of the source is deceasing.Source 1 is likely a contact early-B twin binary,for which mass transfer might cause its orbit to shrink.

文摘The research of infall motion is a common means to study molecular cloud dynamics and the early process of star formation. Many works had been done in-depth research on infall. We searched the literature related to infall study of molecular cloud since 1994, summarized the infall sources identified by the authors. A total of 456 infall sources are cataloged. We classify them into high-mass and low-mass sources, in which the high-mass sources are divided into three evolutionary stages: prestellar, protostellar and H II region. We divide the sources into clumps and cores according to their sizes. The H2 column density values range from 1.21 × 10^(21) to 9.75 × 10^(24) cm^(-2), with a median value of 4.17 × 10^(22) cm^(-2). The H_(2) column densities of high-mass and low-mass sources are significantly separated. The median value of infall velocity for high-mass clumps is 1.12 km s^(-1), and the infall velocities of lowmass cores are virtually all less than 0.5 km s^(-1). There is no obvious difference between different stages of evolution. The mass infall rates of low-mass cores are between 10^(-7) and 10^(-4) M⊙yr^(-1), and those of high-mass clumps are between 10^(-4 )and 10-1 M⊙yr^(-1) with only one exception. We do not find that the mass infall rates vary with evolutionary stages.

文摘Phytohormones play important roles in plant growth and development,and polyploids are thought to be an important method for plant breeding.However,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone is still unclear.In this study,barley at three ploidy levels were produced by microspore culture.Therefore,we further analyzed the phytohormone content in the shoots and roots of the three kinds of barley materials to study the effect of ploidy on phytohormones accumulation and distribution.The results showed that Abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellin(GA),jasmonic acid(JA),auxin(IAA),salicylic acid(SA)and cytokinin(CTK)were successfully determined in shoots and roots using LC-MS(liquid chromatography mass spectrometry).By comparing the shoots of the haploid and diploid plants,it was found that the distribution trend of the six phytohormones was consistent,and another consistent trend was found in the roots of the diploid and tetraploid plants.In addition,we further analyzed the shoot/root ratio of the different phytohormones to identify the potential differences for haploid,diploid and tetraploid.Here,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone we provided would provide new insights into understanding the new phenotypes that occur in polyploid species.

文摘We report on the near-infrared polarimetric observations of RCW 120 with the 1.4 m IRSF telescope.The starlight polarization of the background stars reveals for the first time the magnetic field of RCW 120.The global magnetic field of RCW 120 is along the direction of 20°,parallel to the Galactic plane.The field strength on the plane of the sky is 100 ± 26 μG.The magnetic field around the eastern shell shows evidence of compression by the H Ⅱ region.The external pressure(turbulent pressure+ magnetic pressure) and the gas density of the ambient cloud are minimum along the direction where RCW 120 breaks out,which explains the observed elongation of RCW 120.The dynamical age of RCW 120,depending on the magnetic field strength,is~1.6 Myr for field strength of100 μG,older than the hydrodynamic estimates.In direction perpendicular to the magnetic field,the density contrast of the western shell is greatly reduced by the strong magnetic field.The strong magnetic field in general reduces the efficiency of triggered star formation,in comparison with the hydrodynamic estimates.Triggered star formation via the "collect and collapse" mechanism could occur in the direction along the magnetic field.Core formation efficiency(CFE) is found to be higher in the southern and eastern shells of RCW 120 than in the infrared dark cloud receiving little influence from the H Ⅱ region,suggesting increase in the CFE related to triggering from ionization feedback.

文摘Background:Chondrosarcoma(CS)is the second most common primary bone tumor,accounting for approximately30%of all malignant bone tumors.Unfortunately,the efficacy of currently available drug therapies is limited.Therefore,this study aimed to explore drug therapies for CS using novel computational methods.Methods:In this study,text mining,Gene Codis STRING,and Cytoscape were used to identify genes closely related to CS,and the Drug Gene Interaction Database(DGIdb)was used to select drugs targeting the genes.Drug-target interaction prediction was performed using Deep Purpose,to finally obtain candidate drugs with the highest predicted binding affinities.Results:Text-mining searches identified 168 genes related to CS.Gene enrichment and protein-protein interaction analysis generated 14 genes representing 10 pathways using Gene Codis,STRING,and Cytoscape.Seventy drugs targeting genes closely related to CS were analyzed using DGIdb.Deep Purpose recommended 25 drugs,including integrin beta 3 inhibitors,hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha inhibitors,E1A binding protein P300 inhibitors,vascular endothelial growth factor A inhibitors,AKT1 inhibitors,tumor necrosis factor inhibitors,transforming growth factor beta 1 inhibitors,interleukin 6 inhibitors,mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 inhibitors,and protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors.Conclusion:Drug discovery using in silico text mining and Deep Purpose may be an effective method to explore drugs targeting genes related to CS.

文摘SiBCN ceramic aerogel is an ideal potential candidate for ultra-high temperature thermal insulation due to its unique microscopic pore structure combined with the excellent thermal stability of SiBCN ce-ramic.Here,reduced graphene oxide(rGO)modified SiBCN aerogels(rGO/SiBCN)were prepared through solvothermal,freeze-casting and pyrolysis,and the dimension of the aerogel is up toΦ130 mm×28 mm.The density of the rGO/SiBCN aerogel is as low as 0.024 g/cm^(3) and the microstructural regulation is achieved by controlling the rGO content in the aerogel.The hierarchical cellular structure endows the aerogel with a high specific surface area(148.6 m^(2)/g)and low thermal conductivity(0.057 W m^(-1) K^(-1)).The 10 mm-thick sample exhibits excellent thermal insulation and ablation resistance,as evidenced by its ability to reduce the temperature from~1100℃to~180℃under the intense heat of a butane flame.Moreover,benefiting from the ultrahigh-temperature stability of SiBCN,the rGO/SiBCN aerogel exhibits good thermal stability up to 1200℃in argon and short-oxidation resistance at 800℃in air.There-fore,the rGO/SiBCN aerogel with superior overall performance could expand its practical application in high-temperature thermal insulation under extreme environments.

文摘A practical method for the construction of difluoromethylene-containing 1,4-thiazine moieties using readily available diethyl bromodifluoromethanephosphonate(BrCF_(2)PO(OEt)_(2))as difluorocarbene precusor has been developed.This transformation features the efficient capture of difluorocarbene by pyridinium 1,4-zwitterionic thiolates.A series of structurally novel and functionalized difluoromethylene-containing 1,4-thiazine derivatives were thus synthesized in good yields.

文摘Contradiction between ultrafast nucleation and deposition rates of lithium(Li)crystals at high rate and heterogeneity of Li^(+)flux resulting from concentration polarization has compromised the performance of Li metal anodes especially at high areal capacity and current density.Here,multifunctional protective layer consisting of MoO_(3) nanobelt films(MoO_(3)-NF)is introduced on the surface of Li by a simple rolling method.The strong binding energy between Li and MoO_(3) guides the homogeneous nucleation and deposition of Li,while the nanobelt networks provide effective ion channels for uniform distribution of the Li+flux.Because of the novel multifunctional protective layer,the MoO_(3)-NF@Li anodes demonstrate a remarkable stability for 800 h with ultralow overpotential of 159 mV at extreme harsh conditions of 60 mA·h/cm^(2) and 60 mA/cm^(2).MoO_(3)-NF@Li||LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2) full-cells can run 100 cycles with a superior capacity retention of 84.2%under practical test conditions,demonstrating great potential for high output and energy-density metal batteries.

文摘Background and Aims:SARS-CoV-2 vaccines-associated autoimmune liver diseases have been reported in several case reports.However,the safety and immunogenicity after primary and booster inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in patients with autoimmune liver diseases(AILD)is still unknown.Methods:Eighty-four patients with AILD were prospectively followed up after the second dose(primary)of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.Some of them received the third dose(booster)of inactivated vaccine.Adverse events(AEs),autoimmune activation,and liver inflammation exacerbation after primary and booster vaccination were recorded.Meanwhile,dynamics of antireceptor-binding-domain IgG(anti-RBD-IgG),neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)and RBD-specific B cells responses were evaluated.Results:The overall AEs in AILD patients after primary and booster vaccination were 26.2%and 13.3%,respectively.The decrease of C3 level and increase of immunoglobulin light chain K andλlevels were observed in AILD patients after primary vaccination,however,liver inflammation was not exacerbated,even after booster vaccination.Both the seroprevalence and titers of anti-RBD-IgG and NAbs were decreased over time in AILD patients after primary vaccination.Notably,the antibody titers were significantly elevated after booster vaccination(10-fold in anti-RBD-IgG and 7.4-fold in NAbs,respectively),which was as high as in healthy controls.Unfortunately,the inferior antibody response was not enhanced after booster vaccination in patients with immunosuppressants.Changes of atypical memory B cells were inversely related to antibody levels,which indicate that the impaired immune memory was partially restored partly by the booster vaccination.Conclusions:The well tolerability and enhanced humoral immune response of inactivated vaccine supports an additional booster vaccination in AILD patients without immunosuppressants.
