Molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIP) for monocrotophos have been prepared by precipitation polymerization in acetonitrile (ACN) 60℃,24 h,using methacrylic acid (MAA),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) and 2, 2-azobisiobutyronitrile (AIBN) as functional monomer,cross-linker and initiator,respectively.The recognition mechanism was elucidated by UV-vis spectra and computer modeling.Equilibrium binding experiment was employed to investigate the rebinding properties,Scatchard analysis showed that specific binding sites formed in the imprinted microspheres,and there were two kinds of binding sites,one was high binding sites,the other was low binding sites.This microspheres can be useful affinity absorbent used for organophosphorus pesticides separation and purification in food and environmental analysis. 展开更多

Adsorption of Nin(n=1-4)clusters on perfect and O-defective CuAl2O4 surfaces:A DFT study 被引量:1

The density functional theory was employed to investigate the adsorption of Nin (n=1–4) on the perfect and O-defect CuAl2O4 surfaces. The computational results show that for single Ni atom on the perfect spinel (100) surface, the adsorption energy is-5.30 eV, much larger than Ni on other CuAl2O4 surfaces. The adsorption of Nin (n=1–4) absorbed on the O-defect CuAl2O4 (100) surface is less stable than on the perfect CuAl2O4 (100) surface. However, the adsorption energy for Nin (n=1–4) on the O-defect CuAl2O4 (110) surface is close to on the perfect CuAl2O4 (110) surface. Bader charge and partial density of states (PDOS) analysis revel that the adsorption of Ni on the CuAl2O4 spinel surface is accompanied by charge transfer from the metal to the support. The growth and aggregations analysis show that the general growth and aggregation ability for Nin clusters follow the order:gas phase>γ-Al2O3 (110)>CuAl2O4 (110)>CuAl2O4 (100). This result can give reasonable explanations for the experimental phenomenon that Ni supported on the CuAl2O4 spinel performs much better stability than on the γ-Al2O3. 展开更多

Severe cerebral abscess associated with pulmonary arteriovenous fistula: case report and literature review

Background: A rare case of cerebral abscess concurrent with pulmonary arteriovenous fistula (PAVF), hyperhemoglobinemia, and hypoxemia was reported. Case presentation: A 37-year-old man was admitted with a headache, nausea, vomiting, fever, and numbness of the left cheek and upper limb for 10 days. Cerebral magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows the lesion in his right frontal lobe. Blood gas analysis indicated lower blood oxygen saturation level, and blood routine test showed hemoglobin elevation. Craniotomy for the lesion and decompressive craniotomy were performed. Brain abscess was confirmed by pathology examination. The chest computed tomography angiography (CTA) revealed a pulmonary arteriovenous fistula (PAVF) in his right lower lung. After 1 month, embolization of PAVF was performed. Anoxic symptom improved after surgery. Cranioplasty was performed after 7 months. Conclusion: The author reported a rare case of cerebral abscess associated with pulmonary arteriovenous fistula. Brain abscess, hyperhemoglobinemia, and hypoxemia might be secondary to PAVF. Treatment of patients includes not only craniotomy for abscess removal but also embolization of PAVF which can prevent recurrence of brain abscess. 展开更多

Complete resection of cavernous malformations in the hypothalamus:A case report and review of the literature

Objective: Cavernous malformation(CM) originating from the hypothalamus is extremely rare and the deep location presents a challenge for its neurosurgical management. We report such a case to better understand its clinical features. Methods and Results: A 40-year-old male patient presented with impaired vision in the left eye. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) revealed a regularly shaped round lesion located in the suprasellar cistern, and a clinical diagnosis of hypothalamic CM was made. Complete microsurgical excision was performed via a right pterional craniotomy. The patient showed good recovery with no further visual acuity or field deficits postoperatively. No CM recurrence or rebleeding was seen on follow-up MRI scans performed over the course of two years. Conclusions: For patients with cavernous malformation in the hypothalamus, accurate preoperative diagnosis with complete surgical removal by an appropriate surgical approach can contribute to satisfactory outcomes. 展开更多
