Depression has become a major health threat around the world,especially for older people,so the effective detection method for depression is a great public health challenge.Electroencephalogram(EEG)can be used as a biomarker to effectively explore depression recognition.Motivated by the studies that multiple smaller scale kernels could increase nonlinear expression compared to a larger kernel,this article proposes a model named the three-dimensional multiscale kernels convolutional neural network model for the depression disorder recognition(3DMKDR),which is a three-dimensional convolutional neural network model with multiscale convolutional kernels for depression recognition based on EEG signals.A three-dimensional structure of the EEG is built by extending one-dimensional feature sequences into a two-dimensional electrode matrix to excavate the related spatiotemporal information among electrodes and the collected electrode matrix.By the major depressive disorder(MDD)and the multi-modal open dataset for mental-disorder analysis(MODMA)datasets,the experiment shows that the accuracies of depression recognition are up to99.86%and 98.01%in the subject-dependent experiment,and 95.80%and 82.27%in the subjectindependent experiment,which are higher than alternative competitive methods.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed 3DMKDR is potentially useful for depression recognition in older persons in the future. 展开更多

Different from the traditional railway trains,the combined levitation and guidance EDS maglev train is more likely to rotate after being disturbed.Therefore,the rotational electromagnetic stiffnesses are significant operating parameters for the train.In this paper,the different effects of each translational offset generated in the rotational motion on the corresponding rotational electromagnetic stiffnesses in the EDS maglev train are analyzed and calculated.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of the maglev train is established.Then,based on the space harmonic method and the equivalent circuit of the levitation and guidance circuits,the formulas of rolling,pitching and yawing stiffness are presented.Finally,by comparing with the three-dimensional finite element simulation results,the key translational displacements in the rotational motion which has a great impact on the stiffness are obtained.Hence,the three-dimensional analytical formula can be simplified and the computation can be reduced.In addition,the accuracy of the calculation results is verified by comparing with the experimental data of Yamanashi test line. 展开更多

Dynamic stability analysis of superconducting electro-dynamic maglev train under lateral and yawing motion condition is the key research content.The novel three-dimensional electromagnetic model of integrated linear synchronous motor in electro-dynamic maglev train with yawing operation condition is proposed,which can not only simultaneously achieve the propulsion,levitation and guidance performances of maglev vehicle,but also analyze the dynamic stability performance of train with yawing condition.The three-dimensional analytical method is introduced for analyzing the electromagnetic force characteristics of the linear synchronous motor with the yawing operation condition.Firstly,the topology structure and operation principle of the linear synchronous motor with yawing attitude are proposed.Secondly,the three-dimensional analytical model and expressions of electromagnetic characteristics are obtained by equivalent circuit method and Fourier decomposition method,such as levitation force,guidance force,propulsion force and yawing torque,etc.Finally,the three-dimensional electromagnetic characteristics of the linear synchronous motor are calculated under yawing operation conditions of maglev train,and the correctness of the analytical theory is verified by the finite element analysis and measured data on the test line. 展开更多

目的应用经皮肝穿刺多支架置入术治疗BismuthⅡ型及以上肝门部胆管癌,评估该方法的有效性及安全性,分析支架通畅期及患者生存期。方法回顾性收集2019年1月至2021年9月,于南京医科大学附属苏州医院血管介入科收治并接受多支架置入的Ⅱ型... 目的应用经皮肝穿刺多支架置入术治疗BismuthⅡ型及以上肝门部胆管癌,评估该方法的有效性及安全性,分析支架通畅期及患者生存期。方法回顾性收集2019年1月至2021年9月,于南京医科大学附属苏州医院血管介入科收治并接受多支架置入的Ⅱ型及以上肝门部胆管癌患者的临床资料。分析手术技术成功率、临床成功率、肝功能变化、术后并发症、支架通畅期及患者生存期。结果共纳入108例患者,年龄38~92岁,平均(66.8±10.6)岁。手术技术成功率100%,临床成功率84.3%(91/108)。术后血清总胆红素水平由(266.23±108.87)μmol/L降至(153.08±98.63)μmol/L;其余直接胆红素、谷丙转移酶、谷草转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶水平差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),但白蛋白水平未见明显变化(P=0.252)。术后并发症发生率12.0%,无严重并发症发生。中位支架通畅时间122 d(17~833 d),中位生存时间151 d(17~915 d)。结论经皮多支架置入治疗BismuthⅡ型及以上肝门部胆管癌有良好的安全性与有效性,可以一定程度上解决黄疸,恢复患者肝功能。 展开更多

介入引流治疗不可切除肝门部胆管癌的预后因素研究

目的研究影响介入引流治疗肝门部胆管癌(hilarcholangiocarcinoma,HCCA)预后的相关因素。方法回顾性收集2019年1月—2022年1月,于南京医科大学附属苏州医院接受介入引流治疗的HCCA患者的临床资料。选择年龄、性别、BMI、吸烟、高血压病... 目的研究影响介入引流治疗肝门部胆管癌(hilarcholangiocarcinoma,HCCA)预后的相关因素。方法回顾性收集2019年1月—2022年1月,于南京医科大学附属苏州医院接受介入引流治疗的HCCA患者的临床资料。选择年龄、性别、BMI、吸烟、高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病或心功能不全、脑梗史、Bismuth-Corlett分型、术前感染、术前梗阻时间、癌胚抗原、糖类抗原199、肝硬化、乙型肝炎、Child-Pugh分级、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白、肌酐、血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、引流方式及肿瘤治疗作为研究因素,运用Log-Rank检验及Cox回归进行单因素及多因素分析,确定影响患者预后的独立风险因素。结果本研究共计纳入182例HCCA患者,中位生存期162 d。多因素分析显示:Child-Pugh分级(OR:1.939;95%CI:1.36~2.77;P<0.001)及肿瘤治疗(OR:1.752;95%CI:1.26~2.44;P=0.001)是影响预后的独立风险因素。结论患者Child-Pugh分级及肿瘤治疗是影响介入引流治疗HCCA预后的独立风险因素。 展开更多
