Objective:To investigate the correlation between MSCT grading and the prognosis of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 86 patients with basal ganglia hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage...Objective:To investigate the correlation between MSCT grading and the prognosis of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 86 patients with basal ganglia hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected.The clinical data and imaging data were collected from 86 patients.The MSCT images were observed and summarized by two radiologists.Based on the morphology of cisterna ambiens and brain stem,the correlation of MSCT grading to Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)grading was analyzed by use of Spearman correlation analysis.Results:Among 86 patients,the number of MSCT gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere 29 cases,38 cases,9 cases and 10 cases respectively.There was no significant correlation between MSCT grading and age,sex as well as types of combined underlying diseases in the patients with basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(p>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between MSCT grading and GCS score of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The higher MSCT grade was,the higher GCS score was(r=0.719,p<0.001).There was a positive correlation between MSCT grading and GOS grading of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The higher MSCT grade was,the higher GOS grade was,leading to a poor prognosis(r=0.734,p<0.001).86 cases of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage showed round or quasi-circular high-density shadows in MSCT images,the CT value ranged from 50 Hu to 80 Hu.Low-density bands surrounded the hematoma in the acute stage,and space-occupying effect could be seen in some patients,which resulted in the compression of ventricular sulcus and cistern and the displacement of midline structure.Subacute basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients showed a relative decrease in the density of hematoma,with the extent of edema gradually reduced,the focus showed a high-density shadow in the center;chronic basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage focus showed a cystic low-density shadow.Conclusion:MSCT grading of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is positively correlated to GCS and GOS grading.MSCT grading can contribute to the prognostic evaluation to the patients.展开更多

Macrocycle-induced formation of pure organic supramolecular aggregates is a challenge that has attracted considerable attention from researchers in the fields of chemistry,biology,and materials science.In particular,a...Macrocycle-induced formation of pure organic supramolecular aggregates is a challenge that has attracted considerable attention from researchers in the fields of chemistry,biology,and materials science.In particular,aggregation induced by water-soluble cyclodextrins and calixarenes,which are two classic of macrocycles with a hydrophobic cavity and a hydrophilic external surface,has attracted interest because these host molecules can form aggregates with guest molecules via various noncovalent interactions,including hydrophobic interactions,van der Waals forces,hydrogen bonds,and electrostatic interactions.In this review,we focus mainly on some impressive recent progress,both by our group and other groups,on the construction of cyclodextrin-and calixarene-based organic supramolecular aggregates,control of their topological morphology,and their use for biological applications such as molecular recognition and bioimaging,photodynamic therapy,light-harvesting energy transfer,and targeted drug delivery.We also discuss shortcomings of the current reported results and future prospects for the development of multifunctional organic supramolecular aggregates for use in various fields.展开更多

MYB-related genes,a subclass of MYB transcription factor family,have been documented to play important roles in biological processes such as secondary metabolism and stress responses that affect plant growth and devel...MYB-related genes,a subclass of MYB transcription factor family,have been documented to play important roles in biological processes such as secondary metabolism and stress responses that affect plant growth and development.However,the regulatory roles of MYB-related genes in drought stress response remain unclear in maize.In this study,we discovered that a 1R-MYB gene,ZmRL6,encodes a 96-amino acid protein and is highly drought-inducible.We also found that it is conserved in both barley(Hordeum vulgare L.)and Aegilops tauschii.Furthermore,we observed that overexpression of ZmRL6 can enhance drought tolerance while knock-out of ZmRL6 by CRISPR-Cas9 results in drought hypersensitivity.DAP-seq analyses additionally revealed the ZmRL6 target genes mainly contain ACC GTT,TTA CCA AAC and AGC CCG AG motifs in their promoters.By combining RNA-seq and DAP-seq results together,we subsequently identified eight novel target genes of ZmRL6 that are involved in maize’s hormone signal transduction,sugar metabolism,lignin synthesis,and redox signaling/oxidative stress.Collectively,our data provided insights into the roles of ZmRL6 in maize’s drought response.展开更多
Molecular aggregation or supramolecular aggregation-induced emission is one of the research hotspots in chemistry,biology,and materials.Herein,we report negatively charged sulfato-β-cyclodextrin(SCD)induced cyanoviny...Molecular aggregation or supramolecular aggregation-induced emission is one of the research hotspots in chemistry,biology,and materials.Herein,we report negatively charged sulfato-β-cyclodextrin(SCD)induced cyanovinylene derivatives(DPy-6C)directional aggregation to form regular nanorods(DPy-6C@SCD)through supramolecular multivalent interactions,not only achieves ultravioletvisible absorption redshifted from 453 to 521 nm but also displays near-infrared(NIR)aggregation-induced emission with a large spectral redshift of 135 nm.The DPy-6C monomer presents random nanosheets with weak fluorescence but obtains regular aggregates after assembly with SCD through electrostatic interactions.In the presence of H^(+),the DPy-6C@SCD can further aggregate into elliptical nanosheets without fluorescence changes due to the protonation of secondary amines.In contrast,the morphology of DPy-6C@SCD becomes flexible and sticks together upon the addition of OH^(−)with an emission blue shift of 72 nm and a 90-fold intensity increase because of disrupting the stacking mode of aggregates,thereby achieving acid-base regulated reversible fluorescence behaviors that cannot be realized by DPy-6C monomer.The DPy-6C@SCD can efficiently select the detection of volatile organic amines both in liquid and gas phases within 5 s at the nanomolar level.Taking advantage of RGB analysis and calculation formula application,the DPy-6C@SCD has been successfully used to monitor various organic amines on a smartphone,accompanied by naked-eye visible photoluminescence.Therefore,the present research provides an efficient directional aggregation method through supramolecular multivalent interactions,which not only realizes topological morphology transformation but also achieves reversible NIR luminescent molecular switch and high sensitivity organic amines fluorescent sensing devices.展开更多
