Most of the existing studies on blade rubbing in the shaft-disk-blade-casing(SDBC) system have overlooked the elastic deformation of the blade, while some only consider the whirl of the rotor, neglecting its spin. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a dynamic model with large rotation for the SDBC system. The model incorporates the spin and whirl of the rotor, enabling the realistic reproduction of multiblade rubbing faults. To verify the accuracy of the SDBC model with large rotation and demonstrate its capability to effectively consider the rotational effects such as the centrifugal stiffening and gyroscopic effects, the natural characteristics and dynamic responses of the proposed model are compared with those obtained from reported research and experimental results. Furthermore, the effects of the rotating speed, contact stiffness,and blade number on the dynamic characteristics of the SDBC system with multi-blade rubbing are investigated. The results indicate that the phase angle between the rotor deflection and the unbalance excitation force increases with the increasing rotating speed,which significantly influences the rubbing penetration of each blade. The natural frequency of the SDBC system with rubbing constrain can be observed in the acceleration response of the casing and the torsional response of the shaft, and the frequency is related to the contact stiffness. Moreover, the vibration amplitude increases significantly with the product of the blade number under rubbing, and the rotating frequency approaches the natural frequency of the SDBC system. The proposed model can provide valuable insight for the fault diagnosis of rubbing in bladed rotating machinery.展开更多

To determine the grid resolutions of the WRF model in the typhoon simulation,some sensitivity analysis of horizontal and vertical resolutions in different conditions has been carried out.Different horizontal resolutio...To determine the grid resolutions of the WRF model in the typhoon simulation,some sensitivity analysis of horizontal and vertical resolutions in different conditions has been carried out.Different horizontal resolutions(5,10,20,30 km),nesting grids(15 and 5 km),different vertical resolutions(35-layers,28-layers,20-layers)and different top maximum pressures(1 000,2 000,3 500,5 000 Pa)had been used in the mesoscale numerical model WRF to simulate the Typhoon Kai-tak.The simulation results of typhoon track,wind speed and sea level pressure at different horizontal and vertical resolutions have been compared and analyzed.The horizontal and vertical resolutions of the model have limited effect on the simulation effect of the typhoon track.Different horizontal and vertical resolutions have obvious effects on typhoon strength(defined by wind speed)and intensity(defined by sea level pressure,SLP),especially for sea level pressure.The typhoon intensity simulated by the high-resolution model is closer to the real situation and the nesting grids can improve computational accuracy and efficiency.The simulation results affected by vertical resolution using 35-layers is better than the simulation results using 20-layers and 28-layers simulations.Through comparison and analysis,the horizontal and vertical resolutions of WRF model are finally determined as follows:the two-way nesting grid of 15 and 5 km is comprehensively determined,and the vertical layers is 35-layers,the top maximum pressure is 2 000 Pa.展开更多

Using immunocytochemical methods, we investigated the expression of neuronal phenotypes (microtubule-associated protein-2, glial fibrillary acidic protein and nestin) in human amniotic epithelial cells. The conditioned medium of human amniotic epithelial cells promoted the growth and proliferation of rat glial cells cultured in vitro, and this effect was dose-dependent. Human amniotic epithelial cells were further transplanted into the corpus striatum of healthy adult rats and the grafted cells could integrate with the host and migrate 1-2 mm along the nerve fibers in corpus callosum. Our experimental findings indicate that human amniotic epithelial cells may be a new kind of seed cells for use in neurograft.展开更多

We a...Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) development among hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) carriers shows gender disparity, influenced by underlying liver diseases that display variations in laboratory tests. We aimed to construct a risk-stratified HCC prediction model for HBs Ag-positive male adults.Methods: HBs Ag-positive males of 35-69 years old(N=6,153) were included from a multi-center populationbased liver cancer screening study. Randomly, three centers were set as training, the other three centers as validation. Within 2 years since initiation, we administrated at least two rounds of HCC screening using Bultrasonography and α-fetoprotein(AFP). We used logistic regression models to determine potential risk factors,built and examined the operating characteristics of a point-based algorithm for HCC risk prediction.Results: With 2 years of follow-up, 302 HCC cases were diagnosed. A male-ABCD algorithm was constructed including participant's age, blood levels of GGT(γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase), counts of platelets, white cells,concentration of DCP(des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin) and AFP, with scores ranging from 0 to 18.3. The area under receiver operating characteristic was 0.91(0.90-0.93), larger than existing models. At 1.5 points of risk score,26.10% of the participants in training cohort and 14.94% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk, with sensitivity of identifying HCC remained 100%. At 2.5 points, 46.51% of the participants in training cohort and 33.68% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk with 99.06% and 97.78% of sensitivity, respectively. At 4.5 points, only 20.86% of participants in training cohort and 23.73% in validation cohort were recognized at high risk,with positive prediction value of 22.85% and 12.35%, respectively.Conclusions: Male-ABCD algorithm identified individual's risk for HCC occurrence within short term for their HCC precision surveillance.展开更多

Materials and Methods: A cohort consisting of 6 ma...Purpose: The present study aimed to assess the accuracies of arterial stimulation with simultaneous venous sampling(ASVS) in preoperative localization of insulinomas. Materials and Methods: A cohort consisting of 6 males and 14 females(median age, 48.5y; range, 28–62y) with pathologically proven insulinomas were included in this study. Selective angiographies were performed with the superior mesenteric artery(SMA), gastroduodenal artery(GDA), proximal splenic artery, and midsplenic artery in all individuals. Then ASVS procedures were followed after angiographies for these arteries. Clinical characteristics of the patient and the tumor number, location, and size were recorded. The accuracy of preoperative localization of insulinomas was tested. Results: A total of 22 tumors were identified by histopathological diagnosis. The mean size of the tumor was 1.40±0.60 cm. Five tumors were in the head/neck region and 17 in the body/tail region. ASVS accurately localized 17/20(85%) cases with only biochemical data and 19/20(95%) cases with biochemical data and angiography images. Variant pancreatic arterial anatomy was revealed in 2 false cases with inferior pancreatic artery replaced by the superior mesenteric artery. Conclusion: ASVS was highly accurate in localizing insulinomas and should be performed in most of the patients with suspected insulinomas before the operation.展开更多

Background:Measuring the health of the population is of great significance to the development of a region.We aimed to estimate the population,probability of death,and quality of life in western China.Methods:We calcul...Background:Measuring the health of the population is of great significance to the development of a region.We aimed to estimate the population,probability of death,and quality of life in western China.Methods:We calculated the age-specific mortality rate and prevalence rate of diseases and injuries using the Full Population Database and the Home Page of Inpatient Medical Record.We used multiple interpolation methods to insert missing information from the death data and the model of Kannisto to adjust the mortality rate for elderly individuals.The age-specific prevalence rate of diseases and injuries was adjusted according to the standard ratio of age and methods of equal proportional allocation.Life expectancy was calculated by a life table,and the quality of life was estimated using the Sullivan method.Results:The total population continued to increase in 2015 to 2019 in the Shaanxi Province,China.The mortality rate of children under five has improved,and the mortality rate of people over 65 is decreasing year by year.Life expectancy increased from 74.66 years in 2015 to 77.19 years in 2019.Even with the total risk of disease and injury,the health-adjusted life expectancy increased by 1.90 years within 5 years,and the number of unhealthy years significantly improved.Health-adjusted life expectancy increased by 1.75 years when only considered the ten major disease systems(tumors;endocrinology,nutrition and metabolism;mental and behavioral disorders;nervous system;sensory diseases;circulatory system;respiratory system;digestive system;genitourinary system;musculoskeletal system and connective tissue),and the number of unhealthy years increased slightly.Conclusions:In the past five years,Shaanxi Province has made progress in improving life expectancy and controlling the development of chronic diseases.It is necessary to take specific preventive measures and improve the quality of basic public health services.展开更多
Identification and visualization of phase structures inside polymer blends are of critical importance in the understanding of their intrinsic structure and dynamics.However,the direct optical observation of the indivi...Identification and visualization of phase structures inside polymer blends are of critical importance in the understanding of their intrinsic structure and dynamics.However,the direct optical observation of the individual component phase in a dense bulk material poses a significant challenge.Herein,three-dimensional fluorescence imaging of phase separation and realtime visualization of phase transformation in immiscible polymer blends of polypropylene and polystyrene is realized through multiphoton laser scanning microscopy.Owing to the specific fluorescence behavior of the cyanostyrene derivative 2-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-(4-(diphenylamino)styryl)phenyl)fumaronitrile,the high-contrast imaging of the macrophase of the component polymer in two and three dimensions with a maximum depth of 140μm and a high signal-to-noise ratio of 300 can be achieved.Detailed spectroscopic and structural studies reveal that the distinctive fluorescence features of each phase domain should originate from the formation of a completely different aggregate between probes and component polymer.Furthermore,visualizations of the internal morphology deformation and macrophase transformation were realized by employing a stretched dumbbell sample under constant tension.展开更多

Human amniotic epithelial cells were further transplanted into the corpus striatum of healthy adult rats and the grafted cells could integrate with the host and migrate 1-2 mm along the nerve fibers in corpus callosum. Our experimental findings indicate that human amniotic epithelial cells may be a new kind of seed cells for use in neurograft.

文摘Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) development among hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) carriers shows gender disparity, influenced by underlying liver diseases that display variations in laboratory tests. We aimed to construct a risk-stratified HCC prediction model for HBs Ag-positive male adults.Methods: HBs Ag-positive males of 35-69 years old(N=6,153) were included from a multi-center populationbased liver cancer screening study. Randomly, three centers were set as training, the other three centers as validation. Within 2 years since initiation, we administrated at least two rounds of HCC screening using Bultrasonography and α-fetoprotein(AFP). We used logistic regression models to determine potential risk factors,built and examined the operating characteristics of a point-based algorithm for HCC risk prediction.Results: With 2 years of follow-up, 302 HCC cases were diagnosed. A male-ABCD algorithm was constructed including participant's age, blood levels of GGT(γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase), counts of platelets, white cells,concentration of DCP(des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin) and AFP, with scores ranging from 0 to 18.3. The area under receiver operating characteristic was 0.91(0.90-0.93), larger than existing models. At 1.5 points of risk score,26.10% of the participants in training cohort and 14.94% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk, with sensitivity of identifying HCC remained 100%. At 2.5 points, 46.51% of the participants in training cohort and 33.68% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk with 99.06% and 97.78% of sensitivity, respectively. At 4.5 points, only 20.86% of participants in training cohort and 23.73% in validation cohort were recognized at high risk,with positive prediction value of 22.85% and 12.35%, respectively.Conclusions: Male-ABCD algorithm identified individual's risk for HCC occurrence within short term for their HCC precision surveillance.

文摘Purpose: The present study aimed to assess the accuracies of arterial stimulation with simultaneous venous sampling(ASVS) in preoperative localization of insulinomas. Materials and Methods: A cohort consisting of 6 males and 14 females(median age, 48.5y; range, 28–62y) with pathologically proven insulinomas were included in this study. Selective angiographies were performed with the superior mesenteric artery(SMA), gastroduodenal artery(GDA), proximal splenic artery, and midsplenic artery in all individuals. Then ASVS procedures were followed after angiographies for these arteries. Clinical characteristics of the patient and the tumor number, location, and size were recorded. The accuracy of preoperative localization of insulinomas was tested. Results: A total of 22 tumors were identified by histopathological diagnosis. The mean size of the tumor was 1.40±0.60 cm. Five tumors were in the head/neck region and 17 in the body/tail region. ASVS accurately localized 17/20(85%) cases with only biochemical data and 19/20(95%) cases with biochemical data and angiography images. Variant pancreatic arterial anatomy was revealed in 2 false cases with inferior pancreatic artery replaced by the superior mesenteric artery. Conclusion: ASVS was highly accurate in localizing insulinomas and should be performed in most of the patients with suspected insulinomas before the operation.

ETL [1] which is the abbreviation of extract, transform, and load [2], is very suitable for data integration. Kettle is a kind of ETL software. In this paper, it has been introduced into the integrated reorganization of science specimen data. Multi-source and heterogeneous specimen data are integrated using kettle, and good results have been achieved. It proved the effectiveness of kettle in the integrated reorganization of science specimen data. The application has practical significance, and the method can be referenced when reorganizing other resource data.

文摘A 24-year-old man was seen 2 years prior for hematuria,hypertension(165/120 mmHg),and palpitations.The plasma normetanephrine(NMN)level was elevated(9812.4 pg/mL).Computed tomography(CT)showed bilateral adrenal tumors(Fig.1).Of the two tumors on the left adrenal gland,the lesion on the head aspect was relatively large,while that on the feet aspect(arrow)was relatively small and adjacent to the left renal artery.There was one lesion on the right adrenal gland.Positron emission tomography(PET)-CT showed increased radioactive tracer uptake in the regions of the bilateral adrenal tumors(Fig.2).The clinical diagnosis was pheochromocytoma.

文摘Background:Measuring the health of the population is of great significance to the development of a region.We aimed to estimate the population,probability of death,and quality of life in western China.Methods:We calculated the age-specific mortality rate and prevalence rate of diseases and injuries using the Full Population Database and the Home Page of Inpatient Medical Record.We used multiple interpolation methods to insert missing information from the death data and the model of Kannisto to adjust the mortality rate for elderly individuals.The age-specific prevalence rate of diseases and injuries was adjusted according to the standard ratio of age and methods of equal proportional allocation.Life expectancy was calculated by a life table,and the quality of life was estimated using the Sullivan method.Results:The total population continued to increase in 2015 to 2019 in the Shaanxi Province,China.The mortality rate of children under five has improved,and the mortality rate of people over 65 is decreasing year by year.Life expectancy increased from 74.66 years in 2015 to 77.19 years in 2019.Even with the total risk of disease and injury,the health-adjusted life expectancy increased by 1.90 years within 5 years,and the number of unhealthy years significantly improved.Health-adjusted life expectancy increased by 1.75 years when only considered the ten major disease systems(tumors;endocrinology,nutrition and metabolism;mental and behavioral disorders;nervous system;sensory diseases;circulatory system;respiratory system;digestive system;genitourinary system;musculoskeletal system and connective tissue),and the number of unhealthy years increased slightly.Conclusions:In the past five years,Shaanxi Province has made progress in improving life expectancy and controlling the development of chronic diseases.It is necessary to take specific preventive measures and improve the quality of basic public health services.

文摘Identification and visualization of phase structures inside polymer blends are of critical importance in the understanding of their intrinsic structure and dynamics.However,the direct optical observation of the individual component phase in a dense bulk material poses a significant challenge.Herein,three-dimensional fluorescence imaging of phase separation and realtime visualization of phase transformation in immiscible polymer blends of polypropylene and polystyrene is realized through multiphoton laser scanning microscopy.Owing to the specific fluorescence behavior of the cyanostyrene derivative 2-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-(4-(diphenylamino)styryl)phenyl)fumaronitrile,the high-contrast imaging of the macrophase of the component polymer in two and three dimensions with a maximum depth of 140μm and a high signal-to-noise ratio of 300 can be achieved.Detailed spectroscopic and structural studies reveal that the distinctive fluorescence features of each phase domain should originate from the formation of a completely different aggregate between probes and component polymer.Furthermore,visualizations of the internal morphology deformation and macrophase transformation were realized by employing a stretched dumbbell sample under constant tension.
