回顾性分析132例接受同期调强放化疗的初治鼻咽癌患者的静脉炎和黏膜反应。全部患者治疗前予外周中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC),行增强定位CT制定调强放疗计划。全组5年生存率82.4%。分别有3.1%、56.8%、3...回顾性分析132例接受同期调强放化疗的初治鼻咽癌患者的静脉炎和黏膜反应。全部患者治疗前予外周中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC),行增强定位CT制定调强放疗计划。全组5年生存率82.4%。分别有3.1%、56.8%、38.6%、1.5%患者出现1度、2度、3度、4度黏膜炎,60.6%行补液支持、中位补液时间6天、中位体重下降11.3%。1例患者发生血栓,无患者出现静脉炎。鼻咽癌同期调强放化疗黏膜炎明显,治疗前使用PICC置管不但有利于患者避免化疗和造影剂引起的静脉炎,更利于补液支持治疗和提高疗效。展开更多
