To fully analyze emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from automobile coating industry in Chongqing City,related enterprises in the city were investigated in detail. The results show that the emission of VOCs from the automobile industry in Chongqing City was approximately 20 000 t in 2012,and the contribution rate of automobile coating was 83%. Most VOCs discharged from automobile coating industry were mainly from the use of coatings,diluents,curing agents and other materials containing VOCs. During the process of automobile coating,VOCs were mainly produced during the processes of spraying and drying. Besides,VOCs are partly produced during the processes of mixing paint,gluing,waxing,and repairing. The major ingredients of VOCs discharged during the process of automobile coating were methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,trimethylbenzene,cumene,ethyl acetate,butyl alcohol,n-butyl alcohol,isobutyl alcohol,formaldehyde,butanone,acetone,cyclohexanone,and methyl ethyl ketone. Besides,the ingredients of naphtha and aromatic hydrocarbon in VOCs need to be determined. The maximum ozone formation potential( OFP) of the above pollutants by the typical enterprises was 900-1 300 mg/m^3. The production of secondary organic aerosol( SOA) was 3 636-11 073 t/a,which didn't include the contribution of aldehydes,ketones,ethers and esters to SOA. This research could provide scientific reference for the establishment of emission standard,control technology and management methods of VOCs from automobile coating industry that accord with economic and social development in Chongqing City. 展开更多

The TSI-3321 APS was used to measure concentration of atmospheric particulates in Ranjiaba region of Yubei District in Chongqing City during March 21- 29,2014,and the temporal variations in the hourly average mass and number concentration and median particle diameter of PM10 and PM2.5 as well as their correlation with relative humidity were analyzed. The results showed that the three indicators of PM10 and PM2.5 except for the mass concentration correlated with relative humidity,of which the correlation between the mass median particle diameter and relative humidity was the best. The correlation coefficient R^2 between the mass median particle diameter of PM10( PM2.5) and relative humidity was up to 0. 943( 0. 832). Therefore,relative humidity and pressure are key impact factors of indicators of particles. 展开更多

目的:观察参附注射液联合电针治疗脓毒症休克的疗效。方法:选取108例脓毒症休克阳气暴脱证患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组各54例。2组均予以脓毒症休克现代医学基础治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用参附注射液联合电针治... 目的:观察参附注射液联合电针治疗脓毒症休克的疗效。方法:选取108例脓毒症休克阳气暴脱证患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组各54例。2组均予以脓毒症休克现代医学基础治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用参附注射液联合电针治疗。比较2组治疗前及治疗6 h、12 h、24 h平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScVO_(2))、乳酸、乳酸清除率及尿量的变化,比较2组治疗前、治疗7 d后急性生理与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、序贯性器官衰竭(SOFA)评分、受损器官数目的变化,观察2组机械通气时间、使用血管活性药物时间、早期目标指导性复苏治疗(EGDT)达标时间、重症医学(ICU)住院时间及28 d病死率。结果:治疗后,2组各时间点MAP、CVP、ScVO_(2)、乳酸清除率、尿量指标值均较治疗前上升,2组各时间点乳酸指标值均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组各时间点的MAP、CVP、ScVO_(2)、乳酸清除率、尿量指标值均高于对照组,乳酸指标值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组机械通气时间、使用血管活性药物时间、EGDT达标时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,2组APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分及受损器官数目均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组上述3项指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组28 d病死率为48.15%,治疗组为42.59%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合电针治疗可改善脓毒症休克患者的预后,稳定血流动力学,改善组织灌注,阻止病情恶化。 展开更多
