农业灾害气象风险预警在线订阅式服务模式研发与应用

农业灾害气象风险预警服务在农业科学抗灾田管中具有“发令枪”作用,对于保障粮食和重要农产品稳定安全供给有重要意义。为提升安徽省农业生产抗灾田管场景的主要灾害气象风险精准预报预警和精细服务能力,基于气象网格实况/智能网格预报、农情遥感等多源数据与农业气象灾害风险预警指标、方法的融合应用,研发了包含农业气象专题数据云、算法云、产品智能加工端、服务应用端“两云两端”功能于一体的农业灾害气象风险预警服务模式。该“云+端”服务模式,可基于协同过滤算法捕获应用端用户的个性化需求,通过云化算法即时响应针对性农业灾害气象风险预警服务。服务模式已应用于新型农业经营主体智慧气象服务示范,对于提升农业防灾减灾气象服务水平有积极意义。
