Objective To evaluate the correlation between programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in primary lung cancer cells,tumor associated macrophages(TAM)and patients’clinicopathological characteristics.Methods From 2008 to 2010,208 non-small cell lung cancer patients who underwent surgery or CT-guided biopsy were recruited from Huadong Hospital,Fudan University.Immunohistochemistry staining was performed to evaluate the PD-L1 expression in both primary lung cancer cells and CD68 positive TAM.The relationship between PD-L1 expression and the clinical pathology was evaluated usingχ2test.Spearman’s rank correlations were used to determine the correlation between PD-L1 expression in tumor cells and macrophages.Results Positive PD-L1 expression in primary cancer cells was found in 136(65.3%)patients,which were negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis(P=0.009)and smoking history(P=0.036).Besides,TAM with PD-L1 expression(found in 116 patients)was positively associated with smoking history(P=0.034),well-differentiation(P=0.029)and negative lymph node metastasis(P=0.0096).A correlation between PD-L1 expression in primary tumor cells and non-small cell lung cancer associated macrophages was found(r=0.228,P=0.021).Conclusion PD-L1,secreted from TAM,might induce cancer cells apoptosis,and decrease lymph node metastasis. 展开更多

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of drilling through the growth plate and using adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) to treat femoral head epiphyseal ischemic necrosis, which can be done in juvenile rabbits. Passagefour bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU)-labeled ADSCs were cultured, assayed with MTT to determine their viability and stained with alizarin red dye to determine their osteogenic ability. Twomonth-old, healthy male rabbits (1.2 to 1.4 kg, n=45) underwent ischemic induction and were randomly divided into five groups (group A: animal model control; group B: drilling; group C: drilling & ADSCs; group D: drilling & BMP-2; and group E: drilling & ADSCs & BMP-2). Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), X-ray imaging, hematoxylin and eosin staining and BrdU immunofluorescence detection were applied 4, 6 and 10 weeks after treatment. Approximately 90% of the ADSCs were labeled with BrdU and showed good viability and osteogenic ability. Similar results were observed in the rabbits in groups C and E at weeks 6 and 10. The animals of groups C and E demonstrated normal hip structure and improved femoral epiphyseal quotients and trabecular areas compared with those of the groups A and B (P〈0.01). Group D demonstrated improved femoral epiphyseal quotients and trabecular areas compared with those of groups A and B (P〈0.05). In summary, drilling through the growth plate combined with ADSC and BMP-2 treatments induced new bone formation and protected the femoral head epiphysis from collapsing in a juvenile rabbit model of femoral head epiphyseal ischemic necrosis. 展开更多

制造商实施转售价格维持(RPM),既有可能促进效率,也有可能妨碍竞争,如何识别两者并进行合理的反垄断规制,是长期困扰反垄断理论与政策的一个重要问题。制造商通过设置零售价格下限,可以从多个维度改善效率:①协调零售商横向外部性问题,... 制造商实施转售价格维持(RPM),既有可能促进效率,也有可能妨碍竞争,如何识别两者并进行合理的反垄断规制,是长期困扰反垄断理论与政策的一个重要问题。制造商通过设置零售价格下限,可以从多个维度改善效率:①协调零售商横向外部性问题,提高零售商努力水平;②协调制造商与零售商纵向关系,解决委托—代理问题;③解决市场不确定性带来的存货不足问题。同时,RPM也可以是制造商的一种策略性行为,达到限制上游厂商竞争的效果:①稳定制造商之间的卡特尔;②阻止潜在的效率进入者;③在上下游之间转移定价权,实现垄断定价。基于RPM的复杂性,应以论辩原则对其进行反垄断规制。根据不同类型RPM的基本实施条件,可以建立一个初步区分RPM改善效率或妨碍竞争的'效率筛子',降低合理推定原则下的反垄断司法成本。 展开更多

We present an exploratory study to improve the performance of a knowledge push system in product design. We focus on the domain of knowledge matching, where traditional matching algorithms need repeated calculations that result in a long response time and where accuracy needs to be improved. The goal of our approach is to meet designers’ knowledge demands with a quick response and quality service in the knowledge push system. To improve the previous work, two methods are investigated to augment the limited training set in practical operations,namely, oscillating the feature weight and revising the case feature in the case feature vectors. In addition, we propose a multi-classification radial basis function neural network that can match the knowledge from the knowledge base once and ensure the accuracy of pushing results. We apply our approach using the training set in the design of guides by computer numerical control machine tools for training and testing, and the results demonstrate the benefit of the augmented training set. Moreover, experimental results reveal that our approach outperforms other matching approaches. 展开更多
