Through petroleum exploration of 20 years, a new petroleum production area has been constructed in Hailar Basin. Their petroleum geological characteristics and hydrocarbon distribution has been known in detail. The Hailar Basin is a basin group consisted of many scattered sub-basins with similar structural developed history. Each sub-basin has unique hydrocarbon distributing rules, including (1) oil/gas reservoir distribution is controlled by the oil/gas sag, and the oil/gas bearing in big sag is rich; (2) underwater fan and turbidity fan are the most favorable reservoirs; structure zone controlled by main fault is favorable zone of forming composite oil/gas accumulation; (3) lower fault-block in higher rise and higher fault-block in lower rise are favorable to oil/gas accumulation; (4) deep fault and granite body are closely re-lated to oil/gas reservoir, its distributing area is favorable area of oil and mantle source non-hydrocarbon gas formation; (5) higher geothermal area is favorable oil/gas bearing area. 展开更多

Two important geological issues have a long history of debate in the Xingmeng area.The first concerns the final closure of the North China plate,Siberia plate and several intermediate massifs in the area,and the other concerns the folding and lifting of the Xingmeng Trough.Disagreements arise because of issues involving the tectonicpalaeogeographical environment of the Upper Permian deposits of the Linxi Formation.The Linxi Formation(Upper Permian)is generally considered to be either an exclusively continental deposit or separated into marineterrigenous facies deposited during the Lower to Middle Linxi Period and continental deposits in the Upper Linxi Period.However,in this study,large numbers of bryozoan and sponge spicule fossils were discovered for this first time in the thick limestone layers and lenses of the upper part of the Linxi Formation found in the Guandi section of Linxi county in eastern Inner Mongolia.At the same time,abundant bryozoan fossils were also found in sedimentary tuff slices that were collected from the upper part of the Taohuayingzi Formation from the Taohuayingzi section in Ar Horqin Banner,and abundant small connecting body crinoid stem fossils were found in the dark shale of the Yangjiagou Formation from the Yangjiagou section of Jiutai county,Jilin Province.These marine fossils provide the first evidence that the Xingmeng area was still a marine or mainly marine environment at the end of the late Permian.This not only provides conclusive evidence for the recognition of the above two major geological issues but also promotes changes in the approach towards research,exploration and development of oil and gas,shale gas(oil),and other mineral resources that are preserved in the late Permian layers of the Northeast-Xingmeng area. 展开更多

Photodetectors based on two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors have attracted many research interests owing to their excellent optoelectronic characteristics and application potential for highly integrated applications.How... Photodetectors based on two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors have attracted many research interests owing to their excellent optoelectronic characteristics and application potential for highly integrated applications.However,the unique morphology of 2D materials also restricts the further improvement of the device performance,as the carrier transport is very susceptible to intrinsic and extrinsic environment of the materials.Here,we report the highest responsivity(172 A/W)achieved so far for a PbI_(2)-based photodetector at room temperature,which is an order of magnitude higher than previously reported.Thermal scanning probe lithography(t-SPL)was used to pattern electrodes to realize the ultrashort channel(~60 nm)in the devices.The shortening of the channel length greatly reduces the probability of the photo-generated carriers being scattered during the transport process,which increases the photocurrent density and thus the responsivity.Our work shows that the combination of emerging processing technologies and 2D materials is an effective route to shrink device size and improve device performance. 展开更多
