目的分析间歇导尿对宫颈癌根治术后患者尿液引流的应用效果。方法在the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials、MEDLINE、EMBASE、Web of Science、Clinical Trials.gov、EBSCO、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网全文数据...目的分析间歇导尿对宫颈癌根治术后患者尿液引流的应用效果。方法在the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials、MEDLINE、EMBASE、Web of Science、Clinical Trials.gov、EBSCO、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网全文数据库、中国科技期刊维普数据库和万方数据库中检索关于间歇导尿与经尿道留置导尿的随机对照试验。由两名研究人员根据事先共同设定的标准进行文献筛选、资料提取以及文献质量评价。采用Review Manager 5.3进行数据整合分析。结果初检出518篇,最终纳入10篇文献,累计研究实验对象1033例,其中干预组519例、对照组514例。Meta分析结果显示,两组泌尿系统感染发生例数[OR=0.10,95%CI为(0.07,0.14),P<0.001)、膀胱功能恢复例数[OR=6.94,95%CI为(4.70,10.26),P<0.001)、残余尿量[MD=-81.48,95%CI为(-107.68,-55.28),P<0.001)、带管时间[SMD=-1.24,95%CI为(-1.48,-1),P<0.001)差异有统计学意义。结论间歇导尿在宫颈癌根治术后患者尿液引流中的泌尿系统感染发生率、膀胱功能恢复等方面均优于经尿道留置导尿。展开更多

The spectrum of digestive diseases has varied during wars of di...Gastrointestinal problems are common during wars, and they have exerted significant adverse effects on the health of service members involved in warfare. The spectrum of digestive diseases has varied during wars of different eras. At the end of the 20 th century, new frontiers of military medical research emerged due to the occurrence of high-tech wars such as the Gulf War and the Kosovo War, in which ground combat was no longer the primary method of field operations. The risk to the military personnel who face trauma has been greatly reduced, but disease and non-battle injuries(DNBIs) such as neuropsychological disorders and digestive diseases seemed to be increased. Data revealed that gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, and noncardiac chest pain are common among military personnel during modern wars. In addition, a large number of deployed soldiers and veterans who participated in recent wars presented with chronic gastrointestinal complaints, which fulfilled with the Rome III criteria for functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs). It was also noted that many veterans who returned from the Gulf War suffered not only from chronic digestive symptoms but also from neuropsychological dysfunction; however, they also showed symptoms of other systems. Presently, this broad range of unexplained symptoms is known as "Gulf War syndrome". The mechanism that underlies Gulf War syndrome remains unclear, but many factors have been associated with this syndrome such as war trauma, stress, infections, immune dysfunction, radiological factors, anthrax vaccination and so on. Some have questioned if the diagnosis of FGIDs can be reached given the complexity of the military situation. As a result, further studies are needed to elucidate the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal disease among military personnel.展开更多

The two segments show clear difference in geolo...Lijiang-Daju fault, the seismogenic fault of the 1996 Lijiang M=7.0 earthquake, can be divided into Lijiang-Yuhu segment in the south and Yuhu-Daju segment in the north. The two segments show clear difference in geological tectonics, but have the similar dynamic features. Both normal dip-slip and sinistral strike-slip coexist on the fault plane. This kind of movement started at the beginning of the Quaternary (2.4~2.5 Ma B.P.). As to the tectonic types, the detachment fault with low angle was developed in the Early Pleistocene and the normal fault with high angle only after the Mid-Pleistocene (0.8 Ma B.P.). Based on the horizontal displacements of gullies and the vertical variance of planation surfaces cross the Lijiang-Daju fault at east piedmont of Yulong-Haba range, the average horizontal and vertical slip rates are calculated. They are 0.84 mm/a and 0.70 mm/a since the Quaternary and 1.56 mm/a and 1.69 mm/a since the Mid-Pleistocene. The movements of the nearly N-S-trending Lijiang-Daju fault are controlled not only by the regional stress field, but also by the variant movement between the Yulong-Haba range and Lijiang basin. The two kinds of dynamic processes form the characteristics of seismotectonic environment of occurring the 1996 Lijiang earthquake.展开更多

The robot can also transit between different surfaces. The kinematics model of the robot has been analyzed. We segmented this 40-year period, parted the research region and calculated the composite fault plane solution of each block, disscussed the effect characteristics of stress field of water pressure using Mohrs stress circle. The final result shows that the main rupture pattern was very different before and after the M = 6.1 main shock, changing from strike slip to normal rupture. The maximum principal stress axes of composite fault plane solutions are characterized by synchronous change with water level.展开更多
