Food safely has always been the focus of consumer's attention since the successful accession of China to the WTO ,and many Chinese food processing enterprises have transformed from small workshop into a large-scale modern enterprises capable of processing continuously ,which requires us to constantly update and improve a series of food safety control system,In this paper,we studied the application of HACCP system in the manufacturing process of tartary buchwheat tea and analyzed hazards in the process of bitter buckwheat tea,and concluded that purchase of raw material,screening and grading ,soaking,cooking ,drying and sterilization ,shelling,packaging and storage of ginished product are eight links as critical control points ,Based on this,corrective measures were proposed,and a detailed HACCP plan was developed. 展开更多

随着算法技术在零工经济中的广泛使用,零工工作者呈现出特有的安抚算法策略。然而,当前安抚算法研究“尚处于黑箱”。本研究应用扎根理论,基于39名零工工作者的算法反馈实践,重新界定安抚算法的概念,提出安抚算法是算法管理模式下,零工... 随着算法技术在零工经济中的广泛使用,零工工作者呈现出特有的安抚算法策略。然而,当前安抚算法研究“尚处于黑箱”。本研究应用扎根理论,基于39名零工工作者的算法反馈实践,重新界定安抚算法的概念,提出安抚算法是算法管理模式下,零工工作者为获取平台资源,计划并实施符合算法规定的额外劳动,以开展自我管理的过程。进一步地,以行动者视角构建了“分析算法—安抚算法—寻求反馈—后续安抚”的零工工作者安抚算法四阶段过程模型;基于人机互动视角搭建了算法机制与安抚算法“诱发—应答—强化”的动态交互框架。本研究为后续开展实证研究奠定理论框架,为促进平台算法管理与零工工作者间良性互动提供有益借鉴。 展开更多

Most herbal tea infusions use edible medicinal plants as raw material and are consumed daily.Although herbal tea has a long history of health care applications worldwide,there is a lack of systematic research on the classification and functional nutritional value of various herbal teas.In recent years,the discovery of the rich biological activities and health benefits of herbal tea has become a driving force for researchers interested in its development as a functional food.However,the shortcomings of herbal tea products are not fully known.In particular,the quality evaluation system is not perfect,and there is insufficient data on the mechanism of action of herbal teas in their traditional uses.To better understand the functions and mechanisms of various herbal teas,this article reviews the classification,effective chemical composition,main biological activities,and mechanism of action of herbal teas.Finally,the current advantages,limitations,and direction of future development of herbal tea are determined and discussed. 展开更多
