Chings diplomatic strategic thinking must keep pace with the times, emphasize tolerance, mutual learning and win-win cooperation, and forge partnerships rather than alliances. Chings diplomacy places emphasis on confronting and initiating change. As an integral part of its diplomatic theory and practice, China's diplomatic thoughts, strategies and policy in the New Era must make progress by taking advantage of opportunities, creating conditions and tackling challenges.
