The assessment of the measurement error status of online Capacitor Voltage Transformers (CVT) within the power grid is of profound significance to the equitable trade of electric energy and the secure operation of the power grid. This paper advances an online CVT error state evaluation method, anchored in the in-phase relationship and outlier detection. Initially, this method leverages the in-phase relationship to obviate the influence of primary side fluctuations in the grid on assessment accuracy. Subsequently, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is employed to meticulously disentangle the error change information inherent in the CVT from the measured values and to compute statistics that delineate the error state. Finally, the Local Outlier Factor (LOF) is deployed to discern outliers in the statistics, with thresholds serving to appraise the CVT error state. Experimental results incontrovertibly demonstrate the efficacy of this method, showcasing its prowess in effecting online tracking of CVT error changes and conducting error state assessments. The discernible enhancements in reliability, accuracy, and sensitivity are manifest, with the assessment accuracy reaching an exemplary 0.01%. 展开更多

Forests,the largest terrestrial carbon sinks,play an important role in carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation.Although forest attributes and environmental factors have been shown to impact aboveground biomass,their influence on biomass stocks in species-rich forests in southern China,a biodiversity hotspot,has rarely been investigated.In this study,we characterized the effects of environmental factors,forest structure,and species diversity on aboveground biomass stocks of 30 plots(1 ha each) in natural forests located within seven nature reserves distributed across subtropical and marginal tropical zones in Guangxi,China.Our results indicate that forest aboveground biomass stocks in this region are lower than those in mature tropical and subtropical forests in other regions.Furthermore,we found that aboveground biomass was positively correlated with stand age,mean annual precipitation,elevation,structural attributes and species richness,although not with species evenness.When we compared stands with the same basal area,we found that aboveground biomass stock was higher in communities with a higher coefficient of variation of diameter at breast height.These findings highlight the importance of maintaining forest structural diversity and species richness to promote aboveground biomass accumulation and reveal the potential impacts of precipitation changes resulting from climate warming on the ecosystem services of subtropical and northern tropical forests in China.Notably,many natural forests in southern China are not fully stocked.Therefore,their continued growth will increase their carbon storage over time. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the causal effect of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)on ocular inflammation using Mendelian randomization(MR)analysis.METHODS:Genetic instruments associated with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),ulcerative colitis(UC),and Crohn’s disease(CD)were derived from the largest genome-wide association studies(GWAS)published to date.The FinnGen research project was utilized to identify genetic risk variants associated with conjunctivitis,keratitis,iridocyclitis,chorioretinitis,episcleritis,and optic neuritis.All participants were of European ancestry.Three methods which included inverse variance weighting(IVW),weighted median(WM),and MR-Egger regression were performed to estimate the causal association in this study.IVW took the inverse variance of each study as the weight to calculate the weighted average of effect sizes,to summarize the effect sizes of multiple independent studies,which could provide the most precise estimated results.IVW was used as the primary outcome,while WM and MR-Egger were used to improve the estimation of IVW.RESULTS:A nominal causal effect of genetically predicted IBD on risk of non-infectious conjunctivitis,keratitis,iridocyclitis,and optic neuritis,but not on chorioretinitis or episcleritis.After Bonferroni correction,the results showed that genetically predicted UC was significantly associated with an increased risk of iridocyclitis(IVW:OR,1.17;95%CI,1.10-1.24,P=2.54×10^(-7)).CD was significantly associated with conjunctivitis(IVW:OR,1.05;95%CI,1.03-1.08,P=3.20×10^(-5)),keratitis(IVW:OR,1.06;95%CI,1.02-1.09;P=1.13×10^(-3)),and iridocyclitis(IVW:OR,1.09;95%CI,1.04-1.14;P=1.43×10^(-4)).CONCLUSION:IBD causally poses a risk of inflammation of conjunctiva,cornea,Iris-ciliary body complex,and optic neuritis.CD is more closely associated with the eye inflammation than UC.These impliy that the relationship of IBD and different parts of the eye structure are different,and provide novel evidence linking based on the association of the gut-eye axis. 展开更多

Two-dimensional carbon/carbon(2D C/C)composites are a special class of carbon/carbon composites,generally obtained by combining resin-impregnated carbon fiber clothes,which are then cured and carbonized.This study deals with the preparation of a protective coating for these materials.This coating,based on graphite,was prepared by the slurry method.The effect of graphite and phenolic resin powders with different weight ratios was examined.The results have shown that the coating slurry can fill the pores and cracks of the composite surface,thereby densifying the surface layer of the material.With the increase of the graphite powder/phenolic resin weight ratio,the coating density is enhanced while the coating surface flatness decreases;moreover,the protective ability of coating against erosion first increases(from 1:3 to 2:2)and then decreases(from 2:2 to 3:1).When the weight ratio is about 1:1,the coating for 2D C/C composites exhibits the best erosion resistance,which greatly aids these materials during gas quenching.In this case,the erosion rate is decreased by approximately 41.5%at the impact angle of 30°and 52.3%at normal impact,respectively.This can be attributed to the ability of the coating slurry to infiltrate into the substrate,thereby bonding the fibers together and increasing the compactness of the 2D C/C composites. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The metastatic tumors in the small intestine secondary to extra-abdominal/extrapelvic malignancy are extremely rare.However,the small intestine metastases are extremely prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and examination methods,thus delaying its treatment.Therefore,in order to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities,it is necessary to summarize its clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis.AIM To summarize the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with small intestinal metastases from extra-abdominal/extra-pelvic malignancy,and to improve the clinical capability of diagnosis and treatment for rare metastatic tumors in the small intestine.METHODS The clinical data of patients with small intestinal metastases from extra-abdominal/extra-pelvic malignancy were retrieved and summarized,who admitted to and treated in the Air Force Medical Center,Chinese People’s Liberation Army.Then descriptive statistics were performed on the general conditions,primary tumors,secondary tumors in the small intestine,diagnosis and treatment processes,and prognosis.RESULTS Totally 11 patients(9 males and 2 females)were enrolled in this study,including 8 cases(72.3%)of primary lung cancer,1 case(9.1%)of malignant lymphoma of the thyroid,1 case(9.1%)of cutaneous malignant melanoma,and 1 case(9.1%)of testicular cancer.The median age at the diagnosis of primary tumors was 57.9 years old,the median age at the diagnosis of metastatic tumors in the small intestine was 58.81 years old,and the average duration from initial diagnosis of primary tumors to definite diagnosis of small intestinal metastases was 9 months(0-36 months).Moreover,small intestinal metastases was identified at the diagnosis of primary tumors in 4 cases.The small intestinal metastases were distributed in the jejunum and ileum,with such clinical manifestations as hematochezia(5,45.4%)and abdominal pain,vomiting and other obstruction(4,36.4%).In addition,2 patients had no obvious symptoms at the diagnosis of small intestinal metastases,and 5 patients underwent radical resection of small intestinal malignancies and recovered well after surgery.A total of 3 patients did not receive subsequent treatment due to advanced conditions.CONCLUSION Small intestinal metastases of extra-abdominal/extra-pelvic malignancy is rare with high malignancy and great difficulty in diagnosis and treatment.Clinically,patients with extra-abdominal/extra-pelvic malignancy should be alert to the occurrence of this disease,and their prognosis may be improved through active surgery combined with standard targeted therapy. 展开更多

Structural-visual functional relationships detected by optical coherence tomography in varying age-cohorts' patients with optic neuritis 被引量:2

AIM: To assess the relationships of final best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA) and the optic nerve structural loss in varying age-cohorts of optic neuritis(ON) patients.METHODS: This is a retrospective, cross-sectional study.Totally 130 ON subjects(200 eyes) without ON onset within 6mo were included, who underwent BCVA assessment,peripapillary retinal nerve fibre layer(pRNFL) and macular segmented layers evaluation by optical coherence tomography(OCT).RESULTS: For the 0-18y cohort, the final BCVA(logMAR)was significantly better and less frequent recurrences than adult cohorts(P=0.000). The final BCVA(logMAR) in all age-cohorts of the ON patients had negative and linear correlations to the pRNFL thicknesses and macular retinal ganglion cell layer(mRGCL) volumes, when the pRNFL thicknesses were reduced to the thresholds of 57.2-67.5 μm or 0.691-0.737 mm;in mRGCL volumes, respectively, with the strongest interdependence in the 19-40y cohort. The ON patients from varying age cohorts would be threatened by blindness when their pRNFL thicknesses dropped 36.7-48.3 μm or the mRGCL volumes dropped to 0.495-0.613 mm;.CONCLUSION: The paediatric ON has best prognosis and young adult ON exhibits perfectly linear correlations of final vision and structural loss. The pRNFL and the mRGCL could be potential structural markers to predict the vision prognosis for varying-age ON patients. 展开更多

Solid electrolytes for all solid sodium-ion batteries have been attracting much attention as an alternative energy storage system, which have the advantage of being extremely safe because it can be charged quickly and is nonflammable. We have synthesized anti-perovskite type Na<sub>3</sub>OX (X = Br, and I) electrolytes with high purity, by reactions of halogen mixtures with sodium oxides. After mixing, it was filled in an alumina crucible and heated for 6 hours at 330°C. It was confirmed that a large crystal strain was introduced by eutectication, which might reduce the activation energy of Na ion conduction and lead to an improvement of the conductivity. A relatively higher ionic conductivity of σ = 1.55 × 10<sup>-7</sup> S/cm at 60°C has been obtained for Na<sub>3</sub>OBr<sub>0.6</sub>I<sub>0.4</sub>, which is about three orders higher than that in literature. A different ratio of X (X = Br, I) ions was added into sodium oxide to make the Na<sub>3</sub>OX crystal. The influence of strain introduction on optimizing the bottleneck and improving the conductivity was discussed. 展开更多

Taking fruit dealers in Shizishan Street Farm market in Wuhan City as the research object,this paper introduced current operation situation of fruit dealers and made a descriptive statistical analysis on characteristics of operators,operation situation,and cognitive status. Besides,it introduced the concept of net cost-benefit ratio to reflect the operation benefits. From further analysis on the operation benefits of fruit dealers,it found that there is little difference in the costbenefit ratio between dealers in the farm market. The average net cost-benefit ratio was 11. 94%. Specifically,if the total cost is 100 yuan,the dealer can obtain 12 yuan net profit. In order to find out how cost factors affect the operation benefits,it established a regression model for cost factors and net cost-benefit ratio. According to the survey results,when the wholesale cost increases 10000 yuan,the cost-benefit ratio will increase by 1. 454 percentage points,thus increasing the wholesale investment is helpful for increasing the net cost-benefit ratio; when the loss cost increases 10000 yuan,the cost-benefit ratio will increase by 7. 501 percentage points,thus the dealers can increase the operation benefits through controlling the loss cost and reducing the operation cost. 目的分析1990—2019年中国心肌炎疾病负担水平及其变化趋势。方法依据全球疾病负担(global burden of disease,GBD)2019数据库,利用心肌炎发病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(DALY)、伤残损失寿命年(YLD)、过早死亡损失寿命年(YLL)及其年... 目的分析1990—2019年中国心肌炎疾病负担水平及其变化趋势。方法依据全球疾病负担(global burden of disease,GBD)2019数据库,利用心肌炎发病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(DALY)、伤残损失寿命年(YLD)、过早死亡损失寿命年(YLL)及其年龄标准化率和平均年度百分比变化率(AAPC)等指标比较分析1990—2019年我国和全球心肌炎水平,并阐述我国不同年龄、性别心肌炎疾病负担情况。结果与1990年相比,2019年中国心肌炎发病例数和死亡例数上涨幅度分别为47.47%和50.22%,DALY和YLL分别下降了25.59%、28.02%,而YLD上升了89.50%;2019年全球心肌炎的发病例数及死亡例数上升幅度分别为62.19%和65.40%,DALY和YLL分别下降了0.42%、2.53%,而YLD上升了64.21%。2019年,我国心肌炎的发病例数、死亡例数及DALY例数呈现双峰分布,均在小于20岁出现第一高峰。1990—2019年,我国心肌炎的标化发病率、标化死亡率及标化DALY率的AAPC分别为-0.223%(-0.233%,-0.213%)、-0.612%(-0.812%,-0.411%)和-1.759%(-1.909%,-1.609%),而全球则为-0.157%(-0.164%,-0.151%)、-0.257%(-0.395%,-0.117%)和-1.210%(-1.312%,-1.109%)。我国心肌炎的发病率、死亡率及DALY率表现为男性高于女性。结论相较于1990年,2019年我国心肌炎标化发病率、标化死亡率及标化DALY率均呈下降趋势,但对我国年轻人和老年群体仍有较大威胁,尤其是年轻男性和老年女性,应持续强化心肌炎的诊断流程及防治工作。 展开更多

60 GHz millimeter wave(mmWave)system provides extremely high time resolution and multipath components(MPC)separation and has great potential to achieve high precision in the indoor positioning.However,the ranging data... 60 GHz millimeter wave(mmWave)system provides extremely high time resolution and multipath components(MPC)separation and has great potential to achieve high precision in the indoor positioning.However,the ranging data is often contaminated by non-line-of-sight(NLOS)transmission.First,six features of 60GHz mm Wave signal under LOS and NLOS conditions are evaluated.Next,a classifier constructed by random forest(RF)algorithm is used to identify line-of-sight(LOS)or NLOS channel.The identification mechanism has excellent generalization performance and the classification accuracy is over 97%.Finally,based on the identification results,a residual weighted least squares positioning method is proposed.All ranging information including that under NLOS channels is fully utilized,positioning failure caused by insufficient LOS links can be avoided.Compared with the conventional least squares approach,the positioning error of the proposed algorithm is reduced by 49%. 展开更多

Automatic cell counting provides an effective tool for medical research and diagnosis.Currently,cell counting can be completed by transmitted-light microscope,however,it requires expert knowledge and the counting accuracy which is unsatisfied for overlapped cells.Further,the image-translation-based detection method has been proposed and the potential has been shown to accomplish cell counting from transmitted-light microscope,automatically and effectively.In this work,a new deep-learning(DL)-based two-stage detection method(cGAN-YOLO)is designed to further enhance the performance of cell counting,which is achieved by combining a DL-based fluorescent image translation model and a DL-based cell detection model.The various results show that cGAN-YOLO can effectively detect and count some different types of cells from the acquired transmitted-light microscope images.Compared with the previously reported YOLO-based one-stage detection method,high recognition accuracy(RA)is achieved by the cGAN-YOLO method,with an improvement of 29.80%.Furthermore,we can also observe that cGAN-YOLO obtains an improvement of 12.11%in RA compared with the previously reported image-translation-based detection method.In a word,cGAN-YOLO makes it possible to implement cell counting directly from the experimental acquired transmitted-light microscopy images with high flexibility and performance,which extends the applicability in clinical research. 展开更多

Although accumulating data demonstrate that dietary supplementation of bamboo vinegar and charcoal powder(BVC)can significantly strengthen the immunity and boost the growth of domestic animals,its application potency still awaits verification in commercial fish species such as the large-scale loach Paramisgurnus dabryanus.The impacts of 90-day dietary supplementation of 1%and 2%BVC on survival and growth performance of the loach,and on the intestinal morphological characteristics and gut microflora were analyzed.Our data show that the large-scale loach supplied with BVC at the experimental doses had significant higher survival rates and better growth performance(indicated by greater weight gain(1.13–1.14 times),higher specific growth rate(1.04 times),and lower feed conversion ratio(0.88–0.89 times))compared to that of the control(P<0.05).Histological examination revealed significant longer villus(3.22–5.54 times),deeper crypt(1.77–1.87 times),and thicker muscle(1.59–3.17 times)in the intestines of large-scale loach fed with BVC(P<0.05).Furthermore,we found that the gut microflora consisted of significantly fewer proportions of potential pathogenic bacterial species(Aeromonas veronii and Escherichia coli),but significantly greater proportions of beneficial microbes(Lactococus raffinolactis and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii).Therefore,dietary intake of BVC can promote intestinal tract development and optimize gut microflora,by which the survival and growth of large-scale loach may be improved. 展开更多

As one of the pentlandites,Fe5Ni4S8(FNS) based materials have attracted increasing attention due to their excellent catalytic properties and promising applicability.The control over the catalyst surface structure often benefits its heterogeneous catalytic activity.However,this has not been investigated for FNS materials at the nanoscale regarding the catalytic activity related to high-index facets.Herein,FNS nanoparticles(FNSNPs) with enclosed continuous tunable high-index facets were prepared and studied to clarify the relationship between the structure and catalytic functionality.The results suggested strong dependence between exposed facets of FNSNPs and their sizes.The decline in the average size to5.8 nm led to enclosing by high-index facets(422) and(511) to yield optimal electrocatalytic activities toward the hydrogen evolution reaction.The catalytic activity of FNSNPs was closely related to the surface energy of the main exposed facets.These findings clarified the relationship between high-index-facet and high-surface-energy FNSNPs,as promising approaches in crystal surface control engineering. 展开更多

Objective Aberrant activating mutations in cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6(CDK4/6)are common in various cancers,including gastroesophageal malignancies.Although CDK4/6 inhibitors,such as abemaciclib and palbociclib,have been approved for breast cancer treatment,their effectiveness as a monotherapy remains limited for gastroesophageal tumors.The present study explored the underlying mechanism of abemaciclib resistance.Methods Abemaciclib-resistant gastric cancer cell lines were generated,and the phospho-eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E(p-eIF4E)and eIF4E expression was compared between resistant and parental cell lines.In order to analyze the role of eIF4E in cell resistance,siRNA knockdown was employed.The effectiveness of ribavirin alone and its combination with abemaciclib was evaluated in the gastric cancer xenograft mouse model.Results The upregulation of eIF4E was a common feature in gastric cancer cells exposed to prolonged abemaciclib treatment.Gastric cancer cells with increased eIF4E levels exhibited a better response to eIF4E inhibition,especially those that were resistant to abemaciclib.Ribavirin,which is an approved anti-viral drug,significantly improved the efficacy of abemaciclib,both in vitro and in vivo,by inhibiting eIF4E.Importantly,ribavirin effectively suppressed the abemaciclib-resistant gastric cancer growth in mice without causing toxicity.Conclusion These findings suggest that targeting eIF4E can enhance the abemaciclib treatment for gastric cancer,proposing the potential combination therapy of CDK4/6 inhibitors with ribavirin for advanced gastric cancer. 展开更多

Background:LncRNA DLX6-AS1 has been uncovered to exert effects on various cancers.Nevertheless,the impacts of DLX6-AS1 on endometrial cancer(EC)development remained obscure.The study explored the influence of DLX6-AS1 on EC progression via the microRNA(miR)-374a-3p/zinc-finger protein(ZFX)axis.Methods:EC cell lines were collected and DLX6-AS1,miR-374a-3p,and ZFX levels in EC cell lines were detected.The EC cells were transfected with DLX6-AS1,miR-374a-3p,and ZFX constructs to examine the biological functions of EC cells.The xenograft model was established for detecting tumor growth.Rescue experiments were conducted to verify the interaction of DLX6-AS1,miR-374a-3p,and ZFX in EC cells.Results:DLX6-AS1 and ZFX levels were elevated,while miR-374a-3p exhibited a reduced level in EC cells.Silencing DLX6-AS1 and elevated miR-374a-3p expressions repressed the biological activities of EC cells.Reduced DLX6-AS1 repressed tumor development.MiR-374a-3p silencing reversed the impacts of DLX6-AS1 silencing,while ZFX overexpression abrogated the impacts of miR-374a-3p elevation on EC cell growth.Mechanically,DLX6-AS1 was found to bind to miR-374a-3p,and miR-374a-3p targeted ZFX.Conclusion:DLX6-AS1 depletion restricts the malignant phenotype of EC cells.The study might provide novel therapeutic biomarkers for EC treatment. 展开更多
