Composite Li metal anodes based on three-dimensional(3D) porous frameworks have been considered as an effective material for achieving stable Li metal batteries with high energy density.However,uneven Li deposition behavior still occurs at the top of 3D frameworks owing to the local accumulation of Li ions.To promote uniform Li deposition without top dendrite growth,herein,a layered multifunctional framework based on oxidation-treated polyacrylonitrile(OPAN) and metal-organic framework(MOF) derivatives was proposed for rationally regulating the distribution of Li ions flux,nucleation sites,and electrical conductivity.Profiting from these merits,the OPAN/carbon nano fiber-MOF(CMOF) composite framework demonstrated a reversible Li plating/stripping behavior for 500 cycles with a stable Coulombic efficiency of around 99.0% at the current density of 2 mA/cm~2.Besides,such a Li composite anode exhibited a superior cycle lifespan of over 1300 h under a low polarized voltage of 18 mV in symmetrical cells.When the Li composite anode was paired with LiFePO_(4)(LFP) cathode,the obtained full cell exhibited a stable cycling over 500 cycles.Moreover,the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation was conducted to reveal the effects on homogeneous Li ions distribution derived from the above-mentioned OPAN/CMOF framework and electrical insulation/conduction design.These electrochemical and simulated results shed light on the difficulties of designing stable and safe Li metal anode via optimizing the 3D frameworks. 展开更多

Analysis of fluidized zone in transparent soil under jet induced by pipe leakage

Jets caused by burst tubes erode the surrounding soil, eventually leading to issues such as ground collapse. It is therefore highly important to study the mechanisms of soil erosion caused by jets after pipeline leakage. To investigate the water-soil interaction mechanisms of pipe leakage, this study used transparent soil and developed a three-dimensional experimental device to observe the fluidization process. Changes in the boundary of the fluidization transition area were investigated, and a formula for calculating the soil damage area was derived. The results showed three different shapes of the fluidized cavity appearing in the fluidization process. The particles initially moved upward and then gradually transitioned into a state of backflow. The effects of particle size, upper load, and porosity on fluidization were also analyzed. It was found that soil with a large particle size and a lower porosity under a heavy upper load can effectively restrain fluidization. Therefore, large-diameter and dense soil can be used as pipe-covering material. 展开更多

目的:以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种新型浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法:为了便于形成均一的菌斑生长表面及后期的染色测量,本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂片片来模拟义齿表面。树脂片经过消毒灭菌后浸泡于ToddH... 目的:以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种新型浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法:为了便于形成均一的菌斑生长表面及后期的染色测量,本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂片片来模拟义齿表面。树脂片经过消毒灭菌后浸泡于ToddHewitt肉汤培养基和人工唾液中培养18h(37℃)。处理后的树脂片取出晾干后被分为实验组和对照组,均置于咖啡、茶、蓝莓酱和红酒混合液中染色18h。使用分光光谱仪(PR650)定量测量染色前树脂片的颜色。染色后的实验组和对照组树脂片分别用义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)和蒸馏水中浸泡5min(150mL水,40℃)。最后再次使用PR650测量树脂片颜色参数,并计算试样间色差。结果:配对t检验显示实验组和对照组的L*,a*,b*3个颜色参数以及总色差ΔE之间存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)显著地清除了色素。结论:义齿泡腾片(Polident)能清除由红酒、茶等色素引起的义齿表面着色。 展开更多

目的:应用视疲劳调查量表调查调节性视疲劳患者的视疲劳情况及治疗前后评分差异,评价其在该人群中的信度、效度及反应度。方法:对112例上海中医药大学附属曙光医院眼科就诊及线上招募的调节性视疲劳患者,使用视疲劳调查量表进行调查,再... 目的:应用视疲劳调查量表调查调节性视疲劳患者的视疲劳情况及治疗前后评分差异,评价其在该人群中的信度、效度及反应度。方法:对112例上海中医药大学附属曙光医院眼科就诊及线上招募的调节性视疲劳患者,使用视疲劳调查量表进行调查,再随机抽取48例调查对象于1wk后重测,采用多种信度、效度及反应度指标对量表进行评价。结果:量表条目的总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.91;分半信度系数为0.86;量表总分的重复测量相关系数为0.74,前后无差异(P>0.05);验证性因子分析结果表明三因子结构模型绝对拟合指数χ^(2)/df<2.0,RMSEA=0.08;相关分析中各维度总分和量表总分的相关系数分别为0.92、0.90、0.83;标准关联效度分析显示组间有差异(P<0.01)。反应度分析显示治疗前后有差异(P<0.01)。结论:ASS量表用于调节性视疲劳的临床评价具有较高的信度、效度及反应度,是视疲劳人群临床研究或筛检的有效工具。 展开更多

The hot deformation behaviors of a 9 Cr oxide dispersion-strengthened(9 Cr-ODS) steel fabricated by mechanical alloying and hot isostatic pressing(HIP) were investigated. Hot compression deformation experiments were conducted on a Gleeble 3500 simulator in a temperature range of 950–1100°C and strain rate range of 0.001–1 s^(-1). The constitutive equation that can accurately describe the relationship between the rheological stress and the strain rate of the 9 Cr-ODS steel was established, and the deformation activation energy was calculated as 780.817 kJ/mol according to the data obtained. The processing maps of 9 Cr-ODS in the strain range of 0.1–0.6 were also developed. The results show that the region with high power dissipation efficiency corresponds to a completely recrystallized structure. The optimal processing conditions were determined as a temperature range of 1000–1050°C with strain rate between 0.003 and 0.01 s^(-1). 展开更多

The combination of pipe structural deterioration and mechanics leads to the failure of pipelines. A physical model for estimating the pipe failure must include both the pipe deterioration model and mechanics model. Winkler pipe-soil interaction (WPSI), an analytical mechanics model developed by Rajani and Tesfamariam (2004), takes external and internal loads, temperature changes, loss of bedding support, and the elastoplastic effect of soil into consideration. Based on the WPSI model, a method to evaluate the elastic and plastic areas was proposed in the present study. An FEM model based on pipe-soil interaction (PSI) element was used to verify the analytical model. Sensitivity analyses indicate that the soft soil, long pipe and high temperature induced the axial plastic deformation more likely, which, however, may not occur in normal scenarios. The soft soil, pipes in small diameters, long unsupported bedding are prone to form flexural plastic area. The results show that the pipes subjected to the same loads have smaller stresses in the elastoplastic analysis than elastic analysis. The difference, however, is slight. 展开更多

In this work the surface of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LMN)particles is modified by Mn3O4 coating through a simple wet grinding method,the electronic conductivity is significantly improved from 1.53×10^-7 S/cm to 3.15×10^-5 S/cm after 2.6 wt%Mn3O4 coating.The electrochemical test results indicate that Mn3O4 coating dramatically enhances both rate performance and cycling capability(at 55℃)of LNM.Among the samples,2.6 wt%Mn3O4-coated LNM not only exhibits excellent rate capability(a large capacity of 108 m Ah/g at 10 C rate)but also shows 78%capacity retention at 55 ℃ and 1 C rate after 100 cycles. 展开更多

A new aromatic diamine monomer containing pyridine unit, 2,6-bis (4-aminophenoxy- 4'-benzoyl)pyridine(BABP), was synthesized in three steps, starting from 2,6-pyridinedicarboxyl chloride. A series of novel pyridine-containing polyimides were prepared v/a the polycondensation of BABP with various aromatic dianhydrides through poly(amic acid) precursors, and thermal or chemical imidization of the precursors. The polyimides exhibit desirable properties, e.g., good solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and m-cresol, excellent thermal stability and film-forming capability, as well as high inherent viscosity, indicating high molecular weight. 展开更多

BACKGROUND PD-1 inhibitors in combination with fruquintinib have not previously been reported as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with colorectal cancer.In this case report,the combination of a PD-1 inhibitor and fruquintinib demonstrated good efficacy in patients with MSI-H colorectal cancer.CASE SUMMARY The patient was a young man in his 30s who had MSI-H type colon cancer.The patient underwent four cycles of neoadjuvant therapy with a PD-1 inhibitor combined with fruquintinib before surgery,resulting in regression of the mass and a successful surgery.CONCLUSION Some patients with colorectal cancer have the MSI-H type,and the first-line chemotherapy regimen is not effective.However,PD-1 monoclonal antibody immunotherapy has a good therapeutic effect,which can be improved by combination therapy with fruquintinib.We recommend that patients with a history of colon or rectal cancer receive universal MSI testing;then,neoadjuvant therapy should be used. 展开更多

Layer-structured O3 type cathode materials Na1-xCr1-xTixO2(x=0,0.03,0.05)are fabri-cated by a thermo-polymerization method.The structures and morphologies are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)respectively.It has been found that the appropriate Ti doping effectively leads to the formation of uniform morphology.As a cathode,the x=0.03 sample delivers a quite high discharge capacity of 110 mAh/g at 32 C in the voltage range from 2.0 V to 3.6 V(vs.Na/Na+)and with a capac-ity retention of 96%after 100 cycles at 0.2 C.The Na//Na0:97Cr0.97Ti0.03O2 cell exhibits very high coulombic efficiency(above 96%).All these results suggest that Na0:97Cr0.97Ti0.03O2 is very promising for high-rate sodium ion batteries. 展开更多

Schizophrenia is a common and serious mental illness characterized by severe impairments in thinking,emotions,and behaviors.Usually,the cognitive deficits of schizophrenia are closely associated with abnormal neurogenesis due to the hypofunction of certain neural receptors such as N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors(NMDARs),which mediates neurotransmission.However,little is known about the involvement of NMDAR1 in regulating hippocampal neurogenesis in schizophrenia.In the current study,we present evidence suggesting that NMDAR1 regulates hippocampal neurogenesis as lentivirus-mediated shRNA silencing NMDAR1 gene or blocking with MK-801 results in abnormal neurogenesis consistently found in schizophrenia.The important finding was clearly demonstrated by the multiparametric assessments,including morphology,immunofluorescence,western blotting,and flow cytometry.Simultaneously,our results indicated that knockdown and blockade of NMDAR1 significantly attenuated the proliferation of hippocampal neural stem cells(hNSCs)and decreased the differentiation to neurons.More importantly,the blockade of NMDAR1 with MK-801 aggravated the apoptosis of hNSCs.Thus,it is likely that NMDAR1 functions as a new target for the treatment of schizophrenia.Our present study may provide a novel insight for further investigation of the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. 展开更多

A series of Yb:Tm:LiNbO_3 crystals doped with x mol% Hf^(4+)ions(x = 2, 4, and 6) were grown by the Czochralski method. The dopant occupancy and defect structure of Hf:Yb:Tm:LiNbO_3 crystals were investigated by x-ray diffraction and infrared transmission spectra. The influence of Hf^(4+)ions concentration on UV–VIS–NIR absorption spectra of Hf:Yb:Tm:LiNbO_3 crystals was discussed. The upconversion luminescence of Hf:Yb:Tm:LiNbO_3 crystals was obtained under 980 nm excitation. Strong emissions were observed at 475 nm in the blue wavelength range and 651 nm in the red wavelength range. Remarkably, enhancement of the red and blue upconversion luminescence was achieved by tridoping Hf^(4+)ions. 展开更多
