The influence of twelve different pesticides(six insecticides and six fungicides) on lipase production by Isaria fumosorosea was investigated under laboratory conditions. Imidacloprid caused higher reduction in enzyme activities at all three concentrations whereas very low reduction in enzyme activities was caused by azadrichtin and Indoxacarb when used at 10μg/ml. In case of fungicides, propiconazole and pyraclostrobin caused higher reduction in enzyme activities at all three concentrations whereas low reduction in enzyme activities was caused by chlorothalonil and mancozeb when used at 10 μg/ml. Different insecticides significantly affected the toxicity of I. fumosorosea lipase against second instar Dysmicoccus neobrevipesnymphs. I.fumosorosea lipase combined with azadrichtin was proved to be the most aggressive, and those from control were the least virulent with a mean ST50 value of 6.34 ± 0.41 d. 展开更多

Psoriasis is a common chronic immune-mediated skin disease characterized by hyperproliferation and aberrant differentiation of keratinocytes and massive infiltration of inflammatory immune cells.Recent studies showed that Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3(STAT3),which plays an important role in cell survival,proliferation,differentiation,angiogenesis,and immune responses,is constitutively activated in epidermal keratinocytes of human psoriatic skin lesions.In addition,STAT3 promotes the differentiation and expansion of T cells and facilitates cytokine production,thereby exacerbating the condition of psoriasis.Alantolactone(ALT)is a sesquiterpene lactone compound that could selectively suppress STAT3 activation,but its effectiveness and application in psoriasis treatment have not been determined.In this study,we developed ALT loaded chitosan/hyaluronic acid nanoparticles(CHALT),and investigated its therapeutic potential for psoriasis therapy.CHALT effectively abrogated the hyperproliferation by inducing ROS-mediated apoptosis with loss of mitochondrialmembrane potential,and also inhibited IL-6-induced STAT3 signaling activation and inflammatory reaction in HaCaT cell line.In an Imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis model,the topical treatment of psoriasis lesions with CHALT effectively attenuated the STAT3 hyperactivation within keratinocytes and ameliorated the symptoms of psoriasis.In addition,it was found that CHALT restricted the recruitment of immune cells.These results indicated that ALT-based nanoformulation CHALT holds great potential for psoriasis therapy. 展开更多

Motivated by experiments with interacting quantum gases across high partial wave resonance,we investigate the thermodynamic properties and single-particle spectra of Bose gases in normal phase for different interaction strengths for both p-and d-wave interactions.The equation of state,contact density,momentum distributions and self-energies of single-particle Green’s functions are obtained in the spirit of ladder diagram approximations.The radio-frequency(RF)spectrum,as an important experimental approach for detecting Feshbach molecules or the interaction effect,is calculated at different temperatures.A reversed temperature dependence on the Bose–Einstein condensation side and Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer side is identified for both p-and d-wave interactions.An estimate for the signal of RF spectra under typical experimental conditions is also provided. 展开更多

The propagation properties of linearly polarized light in reflection・type one-dimensional magnetoph tonic crystals are studied by using the 4×4 transmission matrix method.The structure models of reflectiotype one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystals are designed,the magnetic field direction control characteristics of reflection spectrum and Kerr rotation angle are discussed,and the effect of applied magnetic field direction and strength on reflection spectrum and Kerr rotation angle are analyzed.The results show that the non-diagonal elements in the dielectric constant of magneto optical materials change when the angle φ between applied magnetic field and optical path changes,the reflectivity and Kerr rotation angle decrease when the angle φ increases;when the applied magnetic field strength changes,the reflectivity and Kerr rotation angle increase when the applied magnetic field strength increases;by adjusting the angleφ and strength of the applied magnetic field,the rotation angle of Kerr can be adjusted to 45°,and a more flat reflection spectrum can be obtained by designing the appropriate structure. 展开更多
