Domestic violence is a common problem faced by China and Norway, although the two countries differ greatly in social system, cultural tradition and many other aspects. The author introduces the legal reform and government action plans, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages as well as the characteristics of various measures, and points out that the legal and other measures against domestic violence taken by Norway in the past 20 years are of positive reference value to China in anti domestic violence legislation and related legal reforms.展开更多
