A mangrove endophytic fungus(No.1947)was isolated from the leaves of Kandelia candel from all estuarine mangrove from the South China Sea.The secondary metabolites of this strain were studied firstly in this paper and...A mangrove endophytic fungus(No.1947)was isolated from the leaves of Kandelia candel from all estuarine mangrove from the South China Sea.The secondary metabolites of this strain were studied firstly in this paper and five compounds were isolated from the fermentation liquid.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy methods as three cyclodipeptides,cyclo-(Tyr-Tyr),cyclo-(Leu-Leu)and cyclo-(AIa-Leu),and Uracil and 5-isobutyl-2,4-imidazolidinedione.The results show that this fungal strain can produce abundant azacyclic compounds.展开更多
