The preparation of an adsorbent with coated chitosan on silica beads Was made. After being cross-linked by dechloride diglycidyl ether, the chitosan coated adsorbent had good chemical stability andhigh mechanic property. When pH> 3. 8, the Cu2+ was adsorbed easily on the chitosan coated adsor-bent with adorbed capacity of 18 mg Cu2+/g chitosan or 0. 91 mg Cu2+ /g beads. The new adsorbentcouId be used for purification of superoxide dismutase. The recovery of SOD was 89% with a purifi-cation factor of 20.展开更多
