《中国稻虾绿色高质量发展研究》简介

稻虾种养[水稻与克氏原螯虾(小龙虾)综合种养]是稻田综合种养模式中农民接受程度最高、面积增长速度最快、产业发展规模最大的一种稻田综合种养模式,在稳定国家粮食安全、推动农业提质增效、引领农业绿色发展、助力农民增产增收等领域发挥了重要作用,被农业农村部誉为“现代农业发展的成功典范,现代农业的一次革命”。在稻虾快速发展进程中,部分地区出现了重虾轻稻、争水争地、水质污染等问题,水稻产量下降、生态环境恶化,违背了稻田综合种养的稳粮前提和绿色发展的初衷。为促进中国稻虾绿色高质量发展,项目组先后深入湖北、湖南、江西、安徽、江苏及辽宁等省市开展调研考察和专家座谈,结合大量文献、海量新闻及案例分析,提出并建立了中国稻虾绿色高质量发展的理论体系,明确了发展思路、转型路径、规划布局、发展体系、战略举措及政策建议。在此基础上,撰写《中国稻虾绿色高质量发展研究》一书,由中国农业出版社出版。
