目的:探索中文版国外经典网络游戏体验量表在中国的适用性;探究英雄联盟网络游戏体验评价。方法:基于全国各地英雄联盟玩家(第一批样本一至样本三)的数据,采用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析分别检验网络游戏体验问卷(GEQ),其包括游戏...目的:探索中文版国外经典网络游戏体验量表在中国的适用性;探究英雄联盟网络游戏体验评价。方法:基于全国各地英雄联盟玩家(第一批样本一至样本三)的数据,采用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析分别检验网络游戏体验问卷(GEQ),其包括游戏核心问卷(CGEQ)、游戏后体验问卷(PGQ)和社会存在感问卷(SPGQ)三个分问卷,并进行相关的效度检验。随后采用验证与修订后的三个中文版本分问卷获得第二批样本四至样本六数据,以探究英雄联盟网络游戏体验现状评价。结论:1) 在删除CGEQ分问卷第7、8、9、16题和PGQ分问卷第10、13题后,中文版CGEQ、PGQ和SPGQ三个分问卷表现出中文语境的文化适用性。2) 大部分玩家对英雄联盟网络游戏的游戏体验感较好,每周都会玩英雄联盟,平均游戏时长多在三小时以内,各分问卷均分都大于平均值。3) 在游戏中,游戏时间长的男性和游戏时间短的女性能获得更多的积极体验。在游戏完成后,高频率参与可给玩家带来更多的快感,男性表现更为突出;游戏时间的延长可给玩家带来更优质的体验,但在社交互动层面,过长的游戏时间会引发玩家更强烈的消极情绪。Purpose: To explore the applicability of the Chinese version of foreign classic online game experience scales in China and investigate the evaluation of the online game experience in League of Legends. Methods: Based on data from League of Legends players across China (the first batch of samples 1 to 3), exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to test the Online Game Experience Questionnaire (GEQ), which includes three sub-questionnaires: the Core Game Experience Questionnaire (CGEQ), the Post-Game Experience Questionnaire (PGQ), and the Social Presence in Gaming Questionnaire (SPGQ). Then the reliability and validity assessments were performed. Subsequently, the verified and revised Chinese versions of these three subquestionnaires were used to gather data for the second phase of the study. Data from Sample 4 to Sample 6 were collected to explore the current evaluation of the online gaming experience in League of Legends. Conclusion: 1) After removing Questions 7, 8, 9, and 16 from the CGEQ and Questions 10 and 13 from the PGQ, the revised Chinese version of the tests demonstrated cultural applicability in the Chinese context. 2) The majority of players have a good understanding of the gameplay experience in online League of Legends games. They engage in at least one session of League of Legends per week, with each game lasting an average of more than three hours. Furthermore, they generally rate higher than the mean score on each sub-questionnaire. 3) In games, players who spent a longer time playing had more positive experiences compared to those who played for a short time. After the game was completed, the frequency of participation was found to bring greater pleasure to the players, with men showing more pronounced satisfaction. Furthermore, longer playtime was associated with a better overall experience for players. However, in terms of social interaction, engaging in longer playtime could lead to stronger negative emotions.展开更多

This article starts from the perspective of pragmatics, using Leech’s politeness principle as the theoretical basis, and adopts a qualitative analysis method to conduct a humorous analysis of the dialogues of characters in the comedy film “Johnny Keep Walking”. The research in this article mainly starts from two perspectives: “following the principle of politeness” and “violating the principle of politeness”. Representative examples from movies are selected for relevant analysis, and based on this, the humorous effect behind movies is explained. 现代各种文化相互交流的过程中产生的冲突达到了前所未有的激烈程度,其中比较有代表性的冲突就是全球性的科学或范式与地方性文化之间的冲突,以及“两种文化”——科学与其他知识之间的冲突。本文以全球性的范式与地方性文化之间的冲突...现代各种文化相互交流的过程中产生的冲突达到了前所未有的激烈程度,其中比较有代表性的冲突就是全球性的科学或范式与地方性文化之间的冲突,以及“两种文化”——科学与其他知识之间的冲突。本文以全球性的范式与地方性文化之间的冲突和消解为基础,阐释刘述先在重新诠释“理一分殊”理论时提出的“规约原则”出发,讨论这一概念对于解决此问题的重要意义。刘述先认为传统的儒家智慧相对于当代的全球文化冲突问题来说并没有丧失用武之地,应在现代学说的重新发掘与洗礼之后重获新生,以儒家哲学之中蕴含的独到的中国古代智慧来解决当代问题。而刘述先就是基于此思想,在结合了西方“卡西尔哲学”之后提出对中国宋明理学之中“理一分殊”思想的新诠释,希望以此从根源上解决文化之间,或者说全球性范式与地方性文化之间的冲突问题。The conflicts arising from the exchange of various modern cultures have reached an unprecedented level of intensity, among which the most representative conflicts are the conflicts between global science or paradigms and local cultures, as well as the conflicts between “two cultures”—science and other knowledge. This article is based on the conflict and resolution between global paradigms and local cultures, explaining Liu Shuxian’s “principle of convention” when reinterpreting the theory of “one division of reason and one difference”, and discussing the important significance of this concept in solving this problem. Liu Shuxian believes that traditional Confucian wisdom has not lost its place in contemporary global cultural conflicts, and should be revived after the rediscovery and baptism of modern theories, using the unique ancient Chinese wisdom contained in Confucian philosophy to solve contemporary problems. Based on this idea, Liu Shuxian proposed a new interpretation of the “the unity of principle and the diversity of manifestations” in Chinese Neo Confucianism during the Song and Ming dynasties, combining Western “Cassier philosophy”. Through a systematic literature review, the development and technical foundations of AI-generated models are outlined, with an in-depth discussion of advanced models such as GPT-3. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the study compares AI-generated texts with human-generated texts across multiple dimensions, including language complexity, emotional tone, and cognitive load. Experimental results indicate that AI-generated content performs well in linguistic consistency and logical coherence, yet shows certain limitations in semantic depth and emotional expression. Further analysis suggests these differences may stem from variations in algorithm design, training data, and generation mechanisms. The paper proposes recommendations for improving the quality of AI-generated content and provides scientific evidence and references for the optimization and application of future AI language models.展开更多

In the trial practice of criminal cases, the illegality of administrative offenses is only based on the preposition law, ignoring the current situation of criminal illegality. The difference between administrative illegality and criminal illegality is not only in “quantity”, but also in the difference of legal interests. The illegality of the preposition law is a necessary and insufficient condition for the establishment of the constitutive elements of administrative offenses. On the basis of administrative illegality, it is still necessary to consider the illegality of criminal law itself on the basis of legal interests. From the above judgment angle of administrative offenses, in the case of Hu’s production and sales of fake and inferior products, it is difficult to directly determine that the veterinary drugs she produces and sells are fake veterinary drugs or fake and inferior products in criminal law, and it is more appropriate to consider that her behavior is not a crime.展开更多

In 1917, he published “A Study of Chinese and Western Star Names” and “A Study of Chinese and Western Star Names with Charts” in the magazine “Science”, presenting the comparison results of Chinese and Western star names of more than 1000 stars in the form of charts. Zhao Yuanren referred to Gustaaf Schlegel’s “Uranographie Chinoise” for the arrangement format of the star charts, and the data for the comparison of Chinese and Western star names were almost entirely taken from Alexander Wylie’s “List of Stars”. Through the collation of the comparative data of star names between China and the West, Zhao Yuanren completed the initial attempt at modernizing and scientizing traditional Chinese knowledge of celestial phenomena in modern times.展开更多

Integrating cognitive psychology, sociocultural theory, visual arts, and a multidimensional science communication framework, the study analyzes how cross-cultural symbols, internet culture elements, and other novel visual techniques can enhance the transmission and understanding of scientific information. Through case studies, the study demonstrates the potential of these innovative visual elements to enhance the visual appeal of scientific papers, facilitate the dissemination of scientific knowledge, and improve public science education. Additionally, the study discusses the challenges faced in designing innovative illustrations, such as balancing scientific accuracy with cultural sensitivity. This study calls for interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, illustrators, and science communication experts to promote the integration of science and society.
文摘《年会不能停》是2023年元旦档的喜剧电影。本文从语用学的角度入手,以Leech的礼貌原则为理论依据,采用定性分析的方法对喜剧电影《年会不能停》中的人物对白进行了幽默分析。本文的研究主要从“遵循礼貌原则”和“违背礼貌原则”两个角度出发,选取了电影中有代表性的例子来做相关分析,并据此说明了电影背后幽默效果。这不仅为电影幽默分析提供了新的视角,也为语用学在影视研究中的应用提供了有益的参考。“Johnny Keep Walking” is a comedy movie released on New Year’s Day in 2023. This article starts from the perspective of pragmatics, using Leech’s politeness principle as the theoretical basis, and adopts a qualitative analysis method to conduct a humorous analysis of the dialogues of characters in the comedy film “Johnny Keep Walking”. The research in this article mainly starts from two perspectives: “following the principle of politeness” and “violating the principle of politeness”. Representative examples from movies are selected for relevant analysis, and based on this, the humorous effect behind movies is explained. This not only provides a new perspective for analyzing film humor, but also provides useful references for the application of pragmatics in film and television research.

文摘现代各种文化相互交流的过程中产生的冲突达到了前所未有的激烈程度,其中比较有代表性的冲突就是全球性的科学或范式与地方性文化之间的冲突,以及“两种文化”——科学与其他知识之间的冲突。本文以全球性的范式与地方性文化之间的冲突和消解为基础,阐释刘述先在重新诠释“理一分殊”理论时提出的“规约原则”出发,讨论这一概念对于解决此问题的重要意义。刘述先认为传统的儒家智慧相对于当代的全球文化冲突问题来说并没有丧失用武之地,应在现代学说的重新发掘与洗礼之后重获新生,以儒家哲学之中蕴含的独到的中国古代智慧来解决当代问题。而刘述先就是基于此思想,在结合了西方“卡西尔哲学”之后提出对中国宋明理学之中“理一分殊”思想的新诠释,希望以此从根源上解决文化之间,或者说全球性范式与地方性文化之间的冲突问题。The conflicts arising from the exchange of various modern cultures have reached an unprecedented level of intensity, among which the most representative conflicts are the conflicts between global science or paradigms and local cultures, as well as the conflicts between “two cultures”—science and other knowledge. This article is based on the conflict and resolution between global paradigms and local cultures, explaining Liu Shuxian’s “principle of convention” when reinterpreting the theory of “one division of reason and one difference”, and discussing the important significance of this concept in solving this problem. Liu Shuxian believes that traditional Confucian wisdom has not lost its place in contemporary global cultural conflicts, and should be revived after the rediscovery and baptism of modern theories, using the unique ancient Chinese wisdom contained in Confucian philosophy to solve contemporary problems. Based on this idea, Liu Shuxian proposed a new interpretation of the “the unity of principle and the diversity of manifestations” in Chinese Neo Confucianism during the Song and Ming dynasties, combining Western “Cassier philosophy”. He hoped to solve the conflict between cultures, or in other words, between global paradigms and local cultures, from the root.
文摘为了解济宁市鱼台县的普法现状,为下一阶段普法重点的提供理论支持,本研究采用问卷调查和非结构化访谈对济宁市鱼台县共504位村民进行调查和访谈。结果发现农村普法认识不足,法律意识淡薄;农村普法教育形式与方法简单陈旧,急需创新。济宁市鱼台县在普法工作中有一定的进展,但成效并不显著。下一阶段的任务重点在于创新宣传方法和更新理论内容,提高普法针对性和时效性,满足人民群众日益增长的对法治等方面的需求,持续提升公民法治素养和社会治理法治化水平。In order to understand the current situation of law popularization in Yutai County, Jining City, and to provide theoretical support for the key points of law popularization in the next stage. We used questionnaires and unstructured interviews to test and interview 504 villagers in Yutai County, Jining City. There is insufficient understanding of law popularization in rural areas, deviation in thought and weak legal consciousness;The forms and methods of rural law education are simple and outdated, which is in urgent need of progress and innovation. Yutai County of Jining City has made some progress in the work of law popularization, but the effect is not remarkable. The task of the next stage is to innovate publicity methods and update theoretical content, improve the pertinency and timeliness of law popularization, meet the growing needs of the people for the rule of law and other aspects, and continue to improve citizens’ legal literacy and the level of social governance under the rule of law.

Among them, as a favorite of female players, otome games have attracted the attention of a large number of female users with its unique narrative style and interactive mechanism. As a type of game with female players as the main audience, otome games meet the emotional needs of female players through rich emotional interaction and unique emotional experience design. This paper will discuss the emotional impact of the interaction mechanism of domestic otome games on female players under the wave of “she economy” and the realistic dilemma faced by domestic otome games from the aspects of plot design, role setting, and interaction between players and game characters. The aim is to provide beneficial reference for the innovation of theory and practice in the game industry and promote the innovation of interactive mechanism in the game industry.

Through a systematic literature review, the development and technical foundations of AI-generated models are outlined, with an in-depth discussion of advanced models such as GPT-3. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the study compares AI-generated texts with human-generated texts across multiple dimensions, including language complexity, emotional tone, and cognitive load. Experimental results indicate that AI-generated content performs well in linguistic consistency and logical coherence, yet shows certain limitations in semantic depth and emotional expression. Further analysis suggests these differences may stem from variations in algorithm design, training data, and generation mechanisms. The paper proposes recommendations for improving the quality of AI-generated content and provides scientific evidence and references for the optimization and application of future AI language models.
文摘行政犯中关于“行政违法性”与“刑事违法性”的衔接问题在学界引起广泛的讨论,刑事案件审理实务中存在行政犯的违法性仅以前置法为判断依据,忽略其刑事违法性的现况。行政违法性与刑法违法性并非只有“量”的差异,关键差异在于保护的法益不同。前置法的违法性对于行政犯构成要件的成立属于必要不充分条件,在行政违法性的基础上仍需要以法益为基础考量刑法本身的违法性。从上述行政犯应然的判断角度出发,胡某艳生产、销售伪劣产品罪一案,仅因为其生产、销售的假药仅违反了行政法,难以直接确定其生产、销售的兽药属于刑法上的假兽药或者伪劣产品,认为其行为不成立犯罪更为妥当。The problem of the connection between “administrative illegality” and “criminal illegality” in administrative offenses has caused wide discussion in the academic community. In the trial practice of criminal cases, the illegality of administrative offenses is only based on the preposition law, ignoring the current situation of criminal illegality. The difference between administrative illegality and criminal illegality is not only in “quantity”, but also in the difference of legal interests. The illegality of the preposition law is a necessary and insufficient condition for the establishment of the constitutive elements of administrative offenses. On the basis of administrative illegality, it is still necessary to consider the illegality of criminal law itself on the basis of legal interests. From the above judgment angle of administrative offenses, in the case of Hu’s production and sales of fake and inferior products, it is difficult to directly determine that the veterinary drugs she produces and sells are fake veterinary drugs or fake and inferior products in criminal law, and it is more appropriate to consider that her behavior is not a crime.
文摘赵元任是20世纪初较早注意到中西星名对照工作的中国学者。他于1917年在《科学》杂志上发表《中西星名考》和《中西星名图考》,以图表的形式呈现了1000多颗恒星的中西星名对照结果。赵元任在星表的编排形式上参考了施古德的《星辰考原》,其中中西星名对照数据则几乎全部取自伟烈亚力的《恒星表》。通过对中西星名对照数据的整理,赵元任完成了对中国传统星象知识近代科学化的最初尝试。Zhao Yuanren was one of the early Chinese scholars who noticed the comparison of star names between China and the West in the early 20th century. In 1917, he published “A Study of Chinese and Western Star Names” and “A Study of Chinese and Western Star Names with Charts” in the magazine “Science”, presenting the comparison results of Chinese and Western star names of more than 1000 stars in the form of charts. Zhao Yuanren referred to Gustaaf Schlegel’s “Uranographie Chinoise” for the arrangement format of the star charts, and the data for the comparison of Chinese and Western star names were almost entirely taken from Alexander Wylie’s “List of Stars”. Through the collation of the comparative data of star names between China and the West, Zhao Yuanren completed the initial attempt at modernizing and scientizing traditional Chinese knowledge of celestial phenomena in modern times.
