PACS-HIS联合PBL教学法在儿童癫痫影像教学中的应用

目的:探讨将影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication system, PACS)与医院信息系统(hospital information system, HIS)相结合并联合以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning, PBL)应用到影像住培医师的儿童癫... 目的:探讨将影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication system, PACS)与医院信息系统(hospital information system, HIS)相结合并联合以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning, PBL)应用到影像住培医师的儿童癫痫影像教学中。方法:以2022年01月至2023年12月期间,本院影像科的60名住院医生作为调查对象,将其随机划分两组,每组30名。其中,PBL组采用PBL教学法,而联合组则采用基于PACS-HIS影像数据库联合PBL教学法的多维度教育模型,并通过评估两组住培医师的基本技能考核成绩、综合能力考核成绩和对教学满意程度来进行比较。结果:联合组的基本技能考核成绩、综合能力考核成绩和对教学满意程度均高于PBL组(P Objective: To explore the integration of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and hospital information system (HIS), and the application of problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of pediatric epilepsy imaging by radiologists. Method: From January 2022 to December 2023, 60 resident doctors from the Imaging Department of our hospital were selected as the survey subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Among them, the PBL group used the PBL teaching method, while the joint group used a multidimensional education model based on the PACS-HIS imaging database combined with the PBL teaching method. The basic skill assessment scores, comprehensive ability assessment scores, and satisfaction with the teaching of the two groups of resident physicians were compared. Result: The basic skill assessment scores, comprehensive ability assessment scores, and satisfaction with the teaching of the joint group were higher than those of the PBL group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of an integrated teaching method can effectively improve the basic skill assessment scores and comprehensive ability assessment scores of resident training physicians, and they are very satisfied with this integrated teaching method, which is worth promoting and applying. 展开更多

It focuses on strengthening practical components, emphasizing skill development, and elevating teaching quality. In line with the times, the college updates its experimental teaching philosophy, continuously refines its experimental teaching platform based on assessment criteria, and reinforces the platform group’s commitment to its educational mission. Through years of systematic development and accumulation, the college has successfully established two national experimental teaching demonstration centers, one national ecological and environmental science popularization base, and one key laboratory in Guangxi. It has crafted a distinctive “one-two-three-four” environmental science experimental teaching model that integrates industry, teaching and research, which has effectively improved the quality of experimental teaching and enhanced students’ professional literacy. Methods: 159 medical students who studied in the Department of Breast Surgery at our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a PBL group (n = 78) and a PACS + PBL group (n = 81) using a random number table method. Results: The multidisciplinary integrated PBL teaching mode under the PACS platform has significant advantages and effects in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment training (P < 0.05). This teaching mode can not only improve students’ theoretical knowledge and operational skills but also cultivate their comprehensive qualities such as self-learning ability, teamwork ability, and critical thinking ability. Conclusion: Breast cancer diagnosis and treatment training provides new teaching ideas and methods, improves the training effect, and promotes the comprehensive improvement of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. 展开更多

Obtaining AACSB accreditation is an important path for the branding and international development of business schools in China. Based on a brief review of the current status, latest standards and unique features of AACSB accreditation, this paper introduces the key practices of the School of Management (at Shanghai University of Engineering Science) in AACSB accreditation, including the following four aspects: strengthening the mission and updating concepts to build a higher-level application-oriented business talent development system;keeping pace with the times to optimize the curriculum system and promote a “classroom revolution”;conducting categorized evaluations to facilitate the multifaceted development of faculty and fully leverage their strengths and advantages;and solidifying the Assurance of Learning (AoL) quality assurance system to establish a culture of continuous improvement. 随着计算机技术及仿真工具软件的快速发展,虚拟实验已成为实验教学的重要模式,尤其在信号与系统这一复杂而抽象的学科中,虚拟仿真实验更是展现出了其独特的优势。本文旨在探讨信号与系统虚拟仿真实验的设计、实现及其在教学中的应用效果... 随着计算机技术及仿真工具软件的快速发展,虚拟实验已成为实验教学的重要模式,尤其在信号与系统这一复杂而抽象的学科中,虚拟仿真实验更是展现出了其独特的优势。本文旨在探讨信号与系统虚拟仿真实验的设计、实现及其在教学中的应用效果,通过分析传统实验教学的局限性,提出基于LabVIEW软件的滤波器虚拟实验案例的设计与实现过程,首先通过信号生成函数分别输出正弦波和噪声信号,然后将噪声与正弦波叠加,再通过滤波器从叠加有噪声的信号中滤出正弦波信号。最后利用FFT函数分析正弦波的频谱特性。仿真结果表明:基于LabVIEW软件实现的滤波器能够帮助学生分析理解其滤波特性,满足信号与系统实验教学的需求。With the rapid development of computer technology and simulation tool software, virtual experiments have become an important mode of experimental teaching, especially in the complex and abstract discipline of signals and systems, where virtual simulation experiments have demonstrated their unique advantages. This article aims to explore the design and implementation of virtual simulation experiments for signals and systems, as well as their application effects in teaching. By analyzing the limitations of traditional experimental teaching, a filter virtual experiment case based on LabVIEW software is proposed for the design and implementation process. Firstly, a sine wave and noise signal are output separately through a signal generation function. Then, the noise is superimposed on the sine wave, and the sine wave signal is filtered out from the superimposed noisy signal through a filter. Finally, the FFT function is used to analyze the spectral characteristics of the sine wave. The simulation results show that the filter implemented based on LabVIEW software can help students analyze and understand its filtering characteristics, meeting the needs of signal and system experimental teaching. 展开更多

随着现代服务业的快速发展,高职院校涉商专业在培养复合型技术技能人才方面发挥着日益重要的作用。然而,在规模扩张的背后,涉商专业在人才培养模式单一、教学内容滞后、师资力量薄弱等方面仍面临诸多挑战。本研究立足“个体化学习”理念... 随着现代服务业的快速发展,高职院校涉商专业在培养复合型技术技能人才方面发挥着日益重要的作用。然而,在规模扩张的背后,涉商专业在人才培养模式单一、教学内容滞后、师资力量薄弱等方面仍面临诸多挑战。本研究立足“个体化学习”理念,通过文献分析、问卷调查、访谈等方法,系统剖析了制约高水平涉商专业群发展的体制机制障碍,探究了突破发展瓶颈、激发内生动力的有效路径。研究提出了“目标引领、体系支撑、动力保障”的涉商专业群可持续发展机制,从人才培养模式创新、课程教学改革、师资队伍建设、实践条件优化、质量评价完善等方面系统设计,助力涉商专业群在个性化发展道路上行稳致远。研究结论对推动高职涉商专业教育变革、破解复合型人才培养难题具有重要理论价值,对各地推进高水平专业群建设、加快构建现代职业教育体系具有现实指导意义。With the rapid development of modern service industries, business-related majors in higher vocational colleges play an increasingly important role in cultivating compound technical and skilled talents. However, behind the expansion in scale, business-related majors still face many challenges in terms of singular talent cultivation models, outdated teaching content, and weak faculty resources. Based on the concept of “individualized learning,” this study systematically analyzes the institutional and mechanical obstacles constraining the development of high-level business-related professional clusters through literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, and explores effective paths to break through development bottlenecks and stimulate internal driving forces. The study proposes a sustainable development mechanism for business-related professional clusters characterized by “goal-oriented, system-supported, and motivation-guaranteed,” systematically designing from aspects such as innovative talent cultivation models, curriculum and teaching reforms, faculty team building, optimization of practical conditions, and improvement of quality evaluation, to help business-related professional clusters achieve stable and far-reaching development on the path of personalized growth. The research conclusions have important theoretical value for promoting the reform of higher vocational business-related professional education and solving the difficulties in compound talent cultivation. They also have practical guiding significance for various regions to advance the construction of high-level professional clusters and accelerate the establishment of a modern vocational education system. 展开更多

In order to adapt to the changes in combat forms, injuries and the requirements of time of treatment, it is urgent to explore how to focus on winning on the battlefield and speed up the training of compound, victorious and all-round new personnels of the health services. In the early stage, we built an education community of “joint assistance of three regions and three divisions”, built an education platform of “associations and combinations of solving difficulties and education”, and realized the leap of teaching and educating people from theory to practice, from colleges to troops, and from classroom to battlefield. It is an effective carrier for the transformation of basic knowledge to actual combat ability, and a new type of education model highlighting “actual combat”, “practical” and the “joint”. Through the integration of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship education and the innovation of teaching methods, it aims to promote a fundamental change in teaching mode. In response to the challenges posed by the difficulties of technological integration, the transformation of educational philosophies, and the fusion of innovation and entrepreneurship, the paper suggests the construction of a smart education ecosystem. It advocates for leading changes in educational concepts and management mechanisms, deepening curriculum integration, and strengthening policy and resource support. The research suggests that teachers should enhance their cross-cultural communication skills and knowledge of Chinese culture to optimize teaching methods and content. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that the precise design and implementation of extracurricular reading activities are crucial for improving international students’ Chinese language application capabilities and cultural adaptability. It has exerted a significant negative impact on teachers’ management decision-making, expectations and academic assessment as well as learner autonomy, which should not be underestimated. It is essential to explore the concept of unconscious bias in depth and analyze its underlying causes to better understand its specific manifestations and potential risks in higher education management. To address its potential impacts on higher education management, it is helpful to propose corresponding intervention measures at macro, meso, and micro levels. These measures can alleviate the negative effects of unconscious bias in educational administration, enhance the effectiveness of educational management, and promote the physical and mental well-being of both teachers and students. 展开更多

Design thinking is a standardized framework that uses creative design processes to solve traditional problems. Therefore, this study takes the animal and plant quarantine major at Leshan Normal University as an example, in order to effectively integrate design thinking into higher education teaching classrooms, use project-based teaching of design thinking to complete professional practical teaching innovation, and promote students’ innovation ability and ability to solve practical problems in social work. 展开更多

This approach enhances students’ practical skills and employability. 本文探讨了基于一致性建构原则的高职专业课程思政教育模型的建立。以医学生物技术专业的《微生物培养与检验》课程为例,分析了在“课程思政”背景下,如何通过一致性建构原则优化专业教学质量。本文从专业课程体系、教师思想政治素质、... 本文探讨了基于一致性建构原则的高职专业课程思政教育模型的建立。以医学生物技术专业的《微生物培养与检验》课程为例,分析了在“课程思政”背景下,如何通过一致性建构原则优化专业教学质量。本文从专业课程体系、教师思想政治素质、学生考核方式以及教学质量评价系统四个方面深入分析,并提出了相应的优化策略,同时强调了以学生为中心,从学生角度出发,基于课程体验开展教学质量评价的重要性。并通过构建“多元多维过程增值”评价体系,实现对学生知识、技能、素质等学习效果的全面评价。结果表明,一致性建构原则下的教学活动能有效提升高职学生的学习积极性和教师的专业化教学水平,对提升高校教学质量具有重要意义。This paper discusses the establishment of an ideological and political education model for higher vocational specialty courses based on the principle of consistency construction. Taking the “Microbiology Cultivation and Inspection” course of medical biotechnology major as an example, it analyzes how to optimize the quality of professional teaching through the principle of consistency construction under the background of “ideological and political education in the curriculum”. This paper analyzes the professional curriculum system, teachers’ ideological and political quality, students’ assessment methods and the teaching quality evaluation system in depth, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies. We also emphasize the importance of student-centered teaching quality evaluation based on students’ experience, and realize the comprehensive evaluation of students’ knowledge, skills, and quality through the construction of the “multi-dimensional and multi-value-added process” evaluation system. The results show that teaching activities under the principle of consistency construction can effectively enhance the learning motivation of higher vocational students and the professional teaching level of teachers, which is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities. 展开更多

Taking the construction of Shanghai’s key course, “CNC Technology,” as an example, this paper discusses the necessity of professional course construction under the background of industry-education integration. Through the course reform measures such as resetting course teaching objectives, rebuilding the course teaching system, and reconstructing a diversified evaluation and assessment system, the overall idea of “CNC Technology” course teaching reform and innovation is proposed.
