Since the telecommunications companies experience great competition,high churn rate,data traffic issues during the Covid-19 pandemic and the upgrade to 5G connectivity,the finance management of a telecommunications co...Since the telecommunications companies experience great competition,high churn rate,data traffic issues during the Covid-19 pandemic and the upgrade to 5G connectivity,the finance management of a telecommunications company should be analyzed to study the volatility and returns in the sector.This paper aims to develop a goal programming model to examine the asset and liability management of a telecommunication company,namely Telekom Malaysia Berhad(TM)in Malaysia.The result of this study shows that TM has achieved all the goals in maximizing assets,equities,profits,earnings and optimum management item while minimizing liabilities over the period of study from 2015 to 2019.Potential improvements on these goals have also been identified through this study.This paper has also contributed to the studies in financial management since past studies have not been done on asset and liability management in telecommunications companies which is rapidly growing and expanding even while the world is suffering from economy crisis during this pandemic.展开更多

The problem of non-fragile dynamic output feedback H∞control for a class of uncertain switched systems with time-varying delay is discussed.Firstly,the form of non-fragile dynamic output feedback H∞controller is giv...The problem of non-fragile dynamic output feedback H∞control for a class of uncertain switched systems with time-varying delay is discussed.Firstly,the form of non-fragile dynamic output feedback H∞controller is given.Under the condition that the upper bound of time delay and the upper bound of delay derivative are limited simultaneously,Lyapunov functional and its corresponding switching rules are constructed by using single Lyapunov function method and convex combination technique;Secondly,we use the inequality lemma to scale the derived Lyapunov functional in order to eliminate the time-varying delay term in the inequality,and then introduce the J-function to obtain a nonlinear matrix inequality that satisfies the H∞performance indexγ,we also employ Schur complement lemma to transform the nonlinear matrix inequality into set of linear matrix inequalities consisting of two linear matrix inequalities,a sufficient condition for the existence of a non-fragile dynamic output feedback H∞controller and satisfying the H∞performance indexγis concluded for a class of uncertain switching systems with variable time delay;Finally,a switched system composed of two subsystems is considered and the effectiveness and practicability of the theorem are illustrated by numerical simulation with LMI toolbox.展开更多

We have developed specialized equipment based on hydrogen mini-MDM sensors and the WSN telecommunication technology for long-term monitoring of hydrogen content in the environment.Unlike existing methods,the developed...We have developed specialized equipment based on hydrogen mini-MDM sensors and the WSN telecommunication technology for long-term monitoring of hydrogen content in the environment.Unlike existing methods,the developed equipment makes it possible to carry out measurements directly in the explosion zone with high discreteness in time.This equipment was tested at a large rare-earth deposit of the Lovozero alkaline pluton Karnasurt in the underground mining tunnel.We observed a short time impulse very high concentration of hydrogen in the atmosphere(more than 3 orders of normal atmosphere concentration).This discovery is very important because at the time of the explosion one can create abnormally high concentrations of explosive mixtures of hydrocarbon gases that can leaded to accidents.The high resolving power of the our measurement equipment makes it possible in the first time in practical to determine the shape of the anomaly hydrogen of such a concentration and to calculate the volumes of hydrogen released from the rocks,at first time in the practice.The shape of the anomaly usually consists of 2-3 additional peaks of the shape-“dragon-head”like.We make an first attempt is made to explain this form of anomaly in the article.The aim of the work the estimate hydrogen emission in mining ore deposit of rare earth elements.展开更多
Due to the rapid development of society,public places,especially large shopping malls,are relatively frequent places for emergencies.Such emergencies not only seriously affect public security and property,but also bri...Due to the rapid development of society,public places,especially large shopping malls,are relatively frequent places for emergencies.Such emergencies not only seriously affect public security and property,but also bring great psychological pressure to citizens.Therefore,this study is of great significance for the exploration and study of public place emergencies.The research object of this study is the public shopping mall.Based on the AnyLogic simulation platform and guided by the relevant principles of social force model,this study utilize the pedestrian storehouse in the platform as the core module to build the simulation environment,and attempts to simulate the police force restraining effect on the overall event and the perpetrators after the occur of emergent incident under different police force allocations.In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data,the research team conducted field survey to estimate the average flow of people and the general data of the security personnel in shopping malls,also estimated the rest rain and capture time after repeated experiments.The results indicate that increasing additional police force outside the shopping malls and pre-organizing reasonable patrol routes can obviously facilitate police officers to restrain perpetrators.Meanwhile,it is also clear that the AnyLogic platform can effectively simulate pedestrian movement and interaction behaviour in emergencies.展开更多

文摘On the basis of the linear positioning solution of one-dimensional equidistant double-base linear array,by proper approximate treatment of the strict solution,and by using the direction finding solution of single base path difference,the sinusoidal median relation of azimuth angle at three stations of the linear array is obtained.By using the sinusoidal median relation,the arithmetic mean solution of azimuth angle at three stations is obtained.All these results reveal the intrinsic correlation between the azimuth angles of one-dimensional linear array.
文摘Resource allocation and task scheduling in the Cloud environment faces many challenges,such as time delay,energy consumption,and security.Also,executing computation tasks of mobile applications on mobile devices(MDs)requires a lot of resources,so they can offload to the Cloud.But Cloud is far from MDs and has challenges as high delay and power consumption.Edge computing with processing near the Internet of Things(IoT)devices have been able to reduce the delay to some extent,but the problem is distancing itself from the Cloud.The fog computing(FC),with the placement of sensors and Cloud,increase the speed and reduce the energy consumption.Thus,FC is suitable for IoT applications.In this article,we review the resource allocation and task scheduling methods in Cloud,Edge and Fog environments,such as traditional,heuristic,and meta-heuristics.We also categorize the researches related to task offloading in Mobile Cloud Computing(MCC),Mobile Edge Computing(MEC),and Mobile Fog Computing(MFC).Our categorization criteria include the issue,proposed strategy,objectives,framework,and test environment.
文摘This paper discusses needs for the automation of the underdevelopment communities.The novelty of this research is the link between production of microprocessors and increasing of the life quality.This study highlights the importance of efficient and economic architecture of logical circuits for the automation.The aim of this research is to produce a logical circuit,which includes suitable gates.The circuit will be embedded in the automatic devices as a microprocessor to cause programmed functions.This research reports analytically a workshop method to build the circuit.It uses an assembly card and required gates.Then,it suggests certain VHDL codes to drive a motor.The workshop presents the configuration schemes and connection board for every gate.In addition,it shows a schematic wiring diagram of the circuit.Finally,the economic analysis proves the mass production of the circuit will enhance the automation and consequently the quality of life.The outcome of this research is a helpful experience to the engineers,manufacturers and students of the relevant disciplines to resolve the inequality in the use of the modern technologies.
文摘The short-wave HgCdTe thin film material was grown by liquid phase epitaxy on CdTe substrate,Adopt n on p injection bonding and function and flip-flop mixing process,With a low noise readout circuit,sealed with a high airtightness cellular-metal shell,Using a four-stage Thermo Electric Cooler(TEC),320×256 Short Wave Infrared Focal Plane Cooling Detecto r available to operate at near room temperature(210K).Its main photoelectric performance are signal-to-noise ratio greater than 400,nonuniformity equivalent to 4.69%,operability equivalent to 99.76%,frame rate equivalent to 115Hz,component weight less than 150grams.
文摘The stall phenomenon which happens in loaded motor is unqualification in application.Meanwhile it may measure the maximum property of motor in manufacture.So the phenomenon is analyzed to find a simulation of electrical state to predict the maximum currency and torque which is a necessary method to be proceeded up to now before design.We find that the simulation fits well to the reference.The conditions of t=6s,U=12V result in the biggest stall force according to rotation to change time and voltage.Then it is t=8s,U=10V;t=10s,U=8V and t=12s,U=6V in turns.As for torque it is t=6s,U=12V;t=8s,U=10V;t=6s,U=12V and t=12s,U=6V in truns.

文摘We have developed specialized equipment based on hydrogen mini-MDM sensors and the WSN telecommunication technology for long-term monitoring of hydrogen content in the environment.Unlike existing methods,the developed equipment makes it possible to carry out measurements directly in the explosion zone with high discreteness in time.This equipment was tested at a large rare-earth deposit of the Lovozero alkaline pluton Karnasurt in the underground mining tunnel.We observed a short time impulse very high concentration of hydrogen in the atmosphere(more than 3 orders of normal atmosphere concentration).This discovery is very important because at the time of the explosion one can create abnormally high concentrations of explosive mixtures of hydrocarbon gases that can leaded to accidents.The high resolving power of the our measurement equipment makes it possible in the first time in practical to determine the shape of the anomaly hydrogen of such a concentration and to calculate the volumes of hydrogen released from the rocks,at first time in the practice.The shape of the anomaly usually consists of 2-3 additional peaks of the shape-“dragon-head”like.We make an first attempt is made to explain this form of anomaly in the article.The aim of the work the estimate hydrogen emission in mining ore deposit of rare earth elements.
文摘Due to the rapid development of society,public places,especially large shopping malls,are relatively frequent places for emergencies.Such emergencies not only seriously affect public security and property,but also bring great psychological pressure to citizens.Therefore,this study is of great significance for the exploration and study of public place emergencies.The research object of this study is the public shopping mall.Based on the AnyLogic simulation platform and guided by the relevant principles of social force model,this study utilize the pedestrian storehouse in the platform as the core module to build the simulation environment,and attempts to simulate the police force restraining effect on the overall event and the perpetrators after the occur of emergent incident under different police force allocations.In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data,the research team conducted field survey to estimate the average flow of people and the general data of the security personnel in shopping malls,also estimated the rest rain and capture time after repeated experiments.The results indicate that increasing additional police force outside the shopping malls and pre-organizing reasonable patrol routes can obviously facilitate police officers to restrain perpetrators.Meanwhile,it is also clear that the AnyLogic platform can effectively simulate pedestrian movement and interaction behaviour in emergencies.

文摘The global climate is changing due to anthropogenic activities such as industrialization,infrastructure development,deforestation etc.Expected effects of climate change include increase in global temperatures,rising sea levels,changing precipitation,melting of glaciers,less snowfall,expansion of deserts etc.Most ecosystems are affected by manmade climate change and Mount Everest is no exception.This paper delves into the effects of global warming on Mount Everest and how Internet of Things(IOT)can be used to correctly monitor these effects.The IOT system will take three parameters temperature,carbon parts per million in the atmosphere and snowfall.This research paper also proposes a IOT framework to measure the net snowfall.The data gathered by the IOT system will be used to create a model will be created to monitor the effect of temperature and carbon parts per million on snow fall.
文摘The report mainly analyzes whether the inverter system could improve the efficiency of converting new energy into factory electricity based on McLuhan’s laws of media theory.Firstly,the report asserts the significance of using new energy and the importance of utilizing the inverter system to improve the power conversion of new energy in factories.Secondly,it mainly describes McLuhan’s theory from four different aspects.In addition,according to the four aspects of McLuhan’s theory,the rationality and feasibility of the inverter system solution are analyzed.Then,it is concluded that the inverter system can well improve the conversion efficiency of new energy generation in factories.Finally,this paper claims suggestions from two different perspectives to promote the development of the inverter system..
