Anguo,known as Qizhou in ancient time,its herbs industry began in Song Dynasty,boomed in Ming,and flourished in Qing.During the development of Qizhou herbs industry,a number of special processing techniques of Chinese Materia Medicine were produced."Qizhou's Four Uniqueness",of which,the most representative medicine includes"Hundred pieces areca","Cicada feather of Qingxia","Yunpian deer antler"and"Pound Rhinoceros unicornis L".To investigate the present inheritance situation of the traditional processing technology of Chinese Materia Medicine in Anguo herbs market,we will consult literature including the ancient books and records,Anguo local chronicles and visit the inheritors of the traditional processing technology in Anguo,and research the processing technology historical origin.This study aims to create the Anguo herbs cultural card,and enrich the cultural heritage of Chinese medicine industry of Anguo country even Hebei province.

Bitter components related to alleviating intestinal obstruction in traditional Mongolian medicine

Intestinal obstruction is a blockage that keeps digesta from passing through upper or lower intestine.Traditional Mongolian medicine(TMM)has been proven to be efficacious in the clinical treatment of intestinal obstruction.However,the mechanism of its treatment has not been studied.The bitter taste receptors(T2Rs)are highly expressed in the extra-oral digestive system,such as gastrointestinal tract,which can regulate gastrointestinal peristalsis and contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle.In the respiratory system,T2Rs can relax the airway smooth muscle and effectively alleviate asthma symptoms.In this review,the theory and clinical applications of bitter herbs in TMM were discussed and the functional expression of T2Rs and bitter taste signal transduction pathway were analyzed to investigate whether bitter Mongolian medicine may play an effective role in promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis.Therefore,the scientific connotation of the theory of bitter medicinal property of TMM was interpreted by combining T2Rs research and application of modern technology.This new research approach may enrich and improve the basic theory and accelerate the modernization of TMM.

Application value of tongue coating microflora in integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine

Observation of tongue coating is the characteristic content of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. The microflora is the important component of tongue coating besides the desquamated epithelial cells. Tongue coating microflora might be an important linkage between the modern medical research and the classic traditional Chinese medicine theory. Therefore, the present paper summarised the application value of tongue coating microflora in health and disease to enrich the scienti fic connotation of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis and promote the development of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.

Principle and operation of Jing-well point temperatures' test

Principle and operation of Jing-well point temperatures' test is a method to diagnose and treat diseases by measuring and comparing the symmetrical Jing-well point temperature of human body 12 meridians.It is an important supplement to traditional Chinese medicine four diagnoses. The theoretical basis are that the Jing-well is closely related to Meridians and Viscera, the basic traditional Chinese medicine principle of 'governing exterior to infer interior' and the balancing phenomenon of Meridians. In this paper, the operation steps and treatment measures of Jing-well point temperatures' test are put forward, and 2 successful cases are given. At the end of this paper, the prospect of this method is discussed.

Prescription and treatment rules for the prescriptions containing Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala couplet medicine based on traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform

Objectives:To provide a theoretical basis for the development of the new products of Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala couplet medicine.Methods:All prescription preparations containing Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala were collected from the Drug Standards of the Ministry of Public Health Drug Standard·Traditional Chinese Medicine Set Prescription Preparation(called Traditional Chinese Medicine Set Prescription Preparation for short).After standardization,the information of each prescription preparation was input into the Chinese Traditional Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5),and the relevant rules of the software were adopted.Data mining methods were used to analyze the frequency of drugs,main symptoms and diseases in prescriptions,and to analyze the regularity of prescriptions.The prescription rules of top 2 high frequency attending syndromes and diseases were analyzed.Results:There were total of 337 prescription preparations containing couplet medicine of Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala,107 kinds of main symptoms and 66 kinds of diseases.The high frequency syndromes were deficiency of Qi and blood and weakness of spleen and stomach,and the high frequency syndromes were anorexia and irregular menstruation.Conclusion:The couplet medicine of Poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala prescription is mainly used to treat digestive tract diseases and gynecological diseases;it mostly takes tonifying deficiency efficat.It can treat different diseases being compatible with different medicinal materials.The study can provide theoretical basis for clinical application and new drug development of the couplet medicine of Poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala.

Effects of yiqi yangyin huoxue therapy on IgA nephropathy: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

评估益气养阴活血法治疗IgA肾病的疗效和安全性。方法:2018年2月检索关于益气养阴活血法治疗IgA肾病的数据库文献。以益气养阴活血法单独或联合西药作为实验干预,以西药作为对照的随机对照试验。Cochrane协作工具用于评估偏倚风险,以评估方法学质量。应用RevMan5.3软件对纳入的试验数据进行分析。结果:共纳入21项研究,涉及1473例患者。Meta分析结果显示,单用益气养阴活血法或益气养阴活血法联合西药较单独西药治疗蛋白尿[MD=-0.41,95%CI(-0.53,-0.29),P<0.00001]及尿红细胞[MD=-7.46,95%CI(-9.28,-5.64),P<0.00001]疗效更加显著,临床总有效率也有所提高[OR=2.78,95%CI(2.14,3.61),P<0.00001]。其中一些试验没有报告不良反应。结论:目前研究表明益气养阴活血法能降低蛋白尿和尿红细胞,提高总有效率。由于一些实验的质量和出版偏倚很差,需要更多的循证医学研究来明确益气养阴活血法在治疗IgA肾病中的作用。

Study on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of esophageal cancer based on Delphi method

Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in humans.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of esophageal cancer.However,the TCM syndrome classification of esophageal cancer is not standardized.This Delphi survey aimed to explore the TCM syndrome classification and symptom characteristics of esophageal cancer.Methods:Based on literature research,an expert consultation questionnaire was developed for the study of the TCM syndrome rules of esophageal cancer.Two rounds of questionnaire surveys were conducted among 62 experts across the country.Statistical description and statistical analysis of the mean,coefficient of variation,grade sum,and unimportant percentage of the retrieved data.TCM syndrome rules and diagnostic indicators for esophageal cancer after screening and sorting out the questionnaire items,convening experts to demonstrate.Results:62 valid questionnaires were collected,and the expert positive coefficient was 100%.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance W of the first and second rounds are 0.232 and 0.2334 respectively.In addition,the Kendall's coefficient of concordance W of the second round has been improved compared with the first round,suggesting that experts have a better degree of coordination on the importance of indicators.The common TCM syndromes of esophageal cancer are obtained:"liver-stomach disharmony,phlegm and qi obstruction syndrome","liver and spleen disorders,phlegm accumulating with stagnation syndrome","deficiency of liver and kidney yin,stubborn blood syndrome","deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,stubborn blood syndrome".Conclusion:The TCM syndrome indicators of esophageal cancer has been established.It provides a basis for the standardized research of TCM syndrome diagnosis of esophageal cancer,which is of positive significance for improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

As the theoretical source of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical medicine,Shanghan Lun plays a vital role in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.Stress is a systemic nonspecific and adaptive response that occurs when the body is stimulated by internal and external environmental factors.This paper discusses the correlation between the three phases of stress containing alarm,resistance,and exhaustion and the three yin and three yang diseases.It was concluded that sanyang diseases were related to the alarm stage and resistance stage,and sanyin diseases were related to the failure stage.The results indicated the essence of diseases of six meridians from the perspective of stress and provided reference for the diagnosis and treatment of six classics diseases.

The mechanism and traditional Chinese medicine research of bone destruction and hypercalcemia in multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma is a malignant proliferative disease of plasma cells. Its main feature is the malignant proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells and the secretion of a large number of monoclonal immunoglobulins. Because of the uncontrolled proliferation, extensive infiltration of malignant plasma cells, and the appearance and deposition of a large number of monoclonal immunoglobulins, normal polyclonal plasma cell proliferation and polyclonal immunoglobulin secretion are inhibited. It can cause extensive bone destruction, hypercalcemia, repeated infection, renal insufficiency, high viscosity syndrome and other clinical manifestations, which can alsolead to adverse consequences.In view of these unique clinical manifestations and pathological features of multiple myeloma, we systematically expounded the pathological characteristics of multiple myeloma and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from extensive bone destruction and hypercalcemia on the basis of Chinese and Western medicine. In order to provide theoretical support and clinical guidance for the treatment of multiple bone marrow tumors with bone destruction and hypercalcemia.

Visualization analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for primary immune thrombocytopenia based on CiteSpace

Objective:To analyze the hot spot and frontier of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for primary immune thrombocytopenia with CiteSpace softwar for visualized analysis.Methods:The relevant literature about treatment for ITP through traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from CNKI.The CiteSpace software was used to create visualization map for authors,institutions and keywords.Results:Through visualization analysis,121 authors and 36 institutions were included in the map.The main research hot spot is the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment for ITP.Conclusion:Ratio of research about traditional Chinese medicine treatment on ITP was relatively few.In addition,the cooperation and communication were also insufficient between teams and institutions.The research hot spot mostly focuses on clinical treatment,while theoretical research was very few.There is no deep investigation on treatment mechanism.

Arrangement and analysis of processing technology of Anguo traditional Chinese medicine: Taking Chinese patent medicine making process as an example

Processing of traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional pharmaceutical technology in China.The processing technology and methods in different places have their own characteristics.Anguo County,known as Qizhou in ancient times for its well-developed pharmaceutical industry,is known as"millennium medicine capital"and"the world's first pharmaceutical market".It is one of China's famous distribution centers of medicinal materials.Its traditional medicinal material processing and processing technology has high popularity.However,Influenced by inheritance mode and mechanical modernization,A large number of processing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine are in danger of being lost.This article focused on the traditional manufacturing process of Anguo's Chinese patent medicine.Relying on the literature,we collected and organized the Chinese patent medicine of Anguo,analyzed its varieties,sources of prescriptions and processing technology,which improves the understanding of Anguo's traditional Chinese medicine processing technology and its cultural connotation and provides a research basis for its inheritance and development.

Uremic clearance granule combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of chronic renal failure: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective: To evaluate whether the combination of Uremic clearance granule with Alprostadil is superior to Alprostadil alone for CRF. Methods: Relevant RCTs were searched through March 2019. Data were analyzed by Stata 15.0. Results: Nine articles involving 726 patients were enrolled in this study. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate [OR = 3.68 (2.44, 5.55), P < 0.001], Scr [SMD =-2.34 (-3.49,-1.19), P < 0.001], BUN [SMD =-1.80 (-2.73,-0.87), P < 0.001], Ccr [SMD = 0.71 (0.44, 0.97), P < 0.001] were better in the experimental group. But there were no significant difference in UA, CysC, 24h-Upro and incidence of adverse reactions (all P > 0.05) between two groups. No serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusions: The effect of the integrated medicine on CRF was better than Alprostadil alone. Uremic clearance granule is safe and has no obvious adverse reactions.

The anti-tumor effect of Erzhi pills on breast cancer cell MCF-7 and the intervention in endocrine therapy adverse reactions

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the potential ability of medicated serum of Erzhi pills on growth,proliferation and inflammation of the human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 cells.Methods:3-month-old female Sprague–Dawley rats were used to prepared medicated serum,and randomly assigned into four groups:control group(distillated water),low doses(2.25g/kg/d),middle doses(4.5g/kg/d),high does(9.0g/kg/d).The growth curve was meas-ured by MTT method,the proliferation was examined by colony formation assay.Inflam-matory cytokines IL-1β,IL-18 and IL-6 was detected by Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).Western blot was used to examine the expression of NF-kB signal pathway.Results:The medicated serum of Erzhi pills could inhibit the growth and proliferation of breast cancer cell MCF-7,especially,in the group of middle doses and high does(P<0.05).The protein expression of IKKα,IκBαand p-NF-κB were significantly down regulated.As well as the mRNA expression levels of Inflammatory cytokine,such as IL-1β,IL-18 and IL-6,were decreased.Conclusion:Medicated serum of Erzhi pills played an anti-tumor role in breast cancer via inhibiting the growth and proliferation of MCF-7.Moreover,Erzhi pills could suppress in-flammatory responses from the NFκB signaling pathways,and reduced skeletal muscle pain caused by breast cancer endocrine therapy,and Erzhi pills may be a new target for the treatment of breast cancer.

A preliminary study on the properties of red traditional Chinese medicine

Objective: From the aspect of meridian tropism, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the medicinal properties of red traditional Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian, with a view to providing a reference for the further study of the relationship between the color of traditional Chinese medicine and its medicinal properties. Method: Based on clinical practice and modern pharmacology, pharmacochemistry and other research, this paper analyzed the material basis of red traditional Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian. Result: Finally, it was found that most of the chemical constituents of red traditional Chinese medicine were flavonols, and their pharmacological effects were related to cardiovascular system. Conclusion: Red Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian has a certain theoretical basis and modern research basis, which can provide a reference to the further study of the relationship between color and drug properties of Chinese medicine in the future.

Progress in the expression of P-glycoprotein in brain metastases of lung cancer andrelated TCM research

脑转移瘤是常见的颅内肿瘤,其发生不仅代表恶性程度高,往往也是治疗失败、预后差的主要因素.脑转移癌原发灶以肺癌最多.P-糖蛋白为ABC（ATPbindingcassette）转运蛋白超家族成员,与肺癌脑转移瘤的发生发展密切相关.并且是影响药物通过血脑屏障进入脑组织中的主要原因,也是影响脑转移瘤治疗的重要因素.传统中医将脑转移瘤的病机归结为痰、毒、瘀、虚等方面,治则以醒脑开窍、活血化瘀、化痰祛浊等为主.近年来,关于中药对P-糖蛋白影响的报道日渐增多,本文根据己有的国内外研究,归纳了相关中药及其成分对P-糖蛋白的影响及作用机制,以系统了解并指导该领域的研究,并为临床合理用药提供参考.
