However, it cannot be ignored that online transactions in e-commerce also have certain risks. It is worth noting that online consumption fraud has become increasingly severe. In the implementation process of online transactions, it is urgent to solve the problem of e-commerce online consumption fraud in order to not harm the rights and interests of both parties, maintain the stability of relevant online transaction order, and build a fair competitive environment for online transactions. This article clarifies the concept and characteristics of online consumer fraud in the context of e-commerce economy, and summarizes its common types. This article mainly identifies online consumer fraud from five aspects: subjective intentional behavior, publication of false information, concealment, fabrication of facts, damage to legitimate rights and interests, and formation of causal relationships, and discusses the responsibility for online consumer fraud.展开更多
