With the advancement of the“Double First-Class”initiative,universities are increasingly focusing on attracting top-tier talent to enhance faculty quality and strengthen academic disciplines.The blind competition for high-end talent among universities reflects an overshadowing of academic values by economic considerations,neglecting the growth patterns of top talent and the development laws of higher education.This study investigates and reflects on the real-world challenges of faculty mobility in universities,aiming to provide effective guidance for managing university faculty teams.

Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Build an International Teaching Resource Construction System and Practice International Talent Training in the Context of “Double First-class” ——Take the School of Software of Northwestern Polytechnical University Case as an Example

From the perspective of the development of world-class universities,internationalization is an essential strategic choice and external feature,and also an inevitable choice to improve the discourse power and competitiveness of international higher education.In line with the national“double first-class”international development strategy of higher education,based on the cultivation of students’overall quality,the improvement of teachers’professional ability,and the development of school’s improvement of quality and efficiency,we School of Software,Northwestern Polytechnical University,explore new ideas and new measures for the cultivation of international software engineering talents,build a set of international teaching resources construction system,to form a reference standard and scheme for the cultivation of international software engineering talents.At present,we have achieved excellent results.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

国家级一流本科课程冶金物理化学课程思政建设——北京科技大学冶金工程“双一流”学科建设的探索与实践

在“双一流”学科建设和高校课程思政建设的背景下,如何将冶金物理化学教学与思政教育紧密结合,培养品学兼优、全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,是高校专业教育必须思考和解决的重大课题。目前,各大高校都己积累一些课程思政实践的经验,但不平衡、不充分等问题依旧突出。针对冶金物理化学课程特色和当代大学生的成长特点,分别从思政教育目标、思政元素挖掘设计与融入、教育教学模式和考核评价方法等方面进行冶金物理化学课程思政教育的改革探索,构建“一/三/三/三”课程思政教育教学体系,从而达到专业教育与思政教育同向同行的协同育人目标。

在大思政背景下,从高职英语融入思政元素的必要性出发,探究高职英语实施课程思政的基本思路,“323”教学路径的构建与实施以及实施中应注意的问题。研究认为教学实践应当注重线上线下相结合,实施课前、课中、课后“三阶递进”的教学过程,坚持技能培养和文化培育“双元共育”的教学理念,结果表明英语“323”教学实施,可以实现知识传授、能力提升、价值塑造“三位一体”的育人目标。

加快推进中国特色、世界一流体育学学科建设,是“体育强国”建设、“双一流”建设背景下的重大战略任务。采用文献资料和逻辑分析法等对我国大学体育学发展的历史演进、现实困囿及未来路向进行分析阐释。研究认为,我国大学体育学经历了“孕育萌芽期—曲折探索期—恢复完善期—繁荣发展期”的演进历程。改革开放以来特别是党的十八大以来,在党和国家的高度重视下,我国大学体育学学科建设取得了辉煌成就。但新征程上体育学高质量发展,仍面临学科地位形象弱势、学科组织模式封闭、学科人才队伍不强、学科制度建设滞后、学科文化培育缺位、人才培养质量欠佳、科学研究水平不高、社会服务职能弱化、国际交流合作不够等现实困境。基于此,未来我国大学体育学学科建设应始终紧扣我国大学体育学高质量发展这一核心,精准聚焦提升学科地位形象和提高学科声誉水平两项任务,加快建设体育学学科体系—学术体系—话语体系三大体系,整体把握凝练学科发展方向、加强学科队伍建设、创新学科组织模式和提高学科治理能力四条措施,坚持遵循创新人才培养机制、提升科学研究质量、强化社会服务效能、促进文化传承创新和深化国际交流合作五种职能的发展路径,加快建成中国特色、世界一流的体育学,为建设体育强国、健康中国作出体育学贡献。

交叉学科是复杂性、异质性知识生产和学科创新发展的重要源泉和动力,也是“双一流”建设中特色优势学科增长点,交叉学科对“双一流”建设具有动力价值、本体价值和特色价值。本文通过对“双一流”建设背景下医学院校交叉学科建设的现状分析,从凝聚共识、发展特色、跨界协同、共建共享、重塑机制五个维度提出促进医学院校交叉学科建设的行动路径,以期为医学院校交叉学科建设提供价值参考。

“双一流”建设是当下许多高校的中心任务,高校图书馆要围绕这一中心,从服务一流学科建设的视角去审视和提高服务质量。文章以北京大学的阿拉伯语学科为例,基于该学科的发展现状和定位,从学科分馆建设、国际合作项目建设、文献资源建设以及学科馆员服务若干层面,分析北京大学图书馆围绕该学科建立的“一体两翼”服务模式,并针对目前的服务现状提出改进措施,以期为高校图书馆开展外语学科服务、助力“双一流”建设提供借鉴。

环境工程专业工程教育认证进展及未来发展探讨

环境工程专业主要围绕环境污染预防和治理开展人才培养,而环境污染预防和治理是一项复杂的系统工程,为了保证环境工程领域合格人才的培养,应大力推进工程教育认证工作。本论文首先分析了我国环境工程专业设置现状,其次从通过环境工程专业工程教育认证高校的省域分布、年度认证变化、认证轮数以及是否双一流建设高校/学科等多角度系统分析了我国环境工程专业工程教育认证进展。研究发现,我国环境工程专业工程教育认证近十年得到重视和大力推进,目前认证比例达到了28.8%,各省(自治区、直辖市)工程教育认证推进程度受设置环境工程专业高校数量及综合实力双重影响。此外,我国环境工程专业工程教育认证目前面临整体认证比例不高、地区之间极不平衡和非双一流建设高校认证推进缓慢等问题,建议针对中西部偏远省份非双一流建设高校制定相应的激励和优惠政策,并打通环境保护工程师制度和工程教育认证之间的互认。

推动哲学社会科学学科建设以中国自主知识体系建构为根本目标,科学地组织开展哲学社会科学学科建设成效评价是实现这一目标的重要抓手和逻辑必然。研究构建“自主建构—成效评价”高度耦合联动的模型框架,旨在推动自主知识体系建构更好地为哲学社会科学学科建设成效评价提供世界观和方法论指导,更加充分发挥学科建设成效评价的指挥棒和风向标作用,促进哲学社会科学学科的知识创新、理论创新、方法创新,进而全面助力自主知识体系建构。基于该框架,哲学社会科学学科建设成效评价应充分遵循学科发展的基本规律和政策要求,破解哲学社会科学学科评价顽疾,并以把握思想方向与中国范式、关注过程建设与发展潜力、重视内涵发展与实质创新、适用多元标准与专业方法为运作锚点,确保评价活动服务自主知识体系建构。其实践重点包括考察哲学社会科学学科育人机制及其成效、评估教师梯队合理性与人才引育机制、完善以代表作评价为核心的科研评议机制、实施“案例式”社会影响评价、生成“自主建构—成效评价”的诊断式闭环报告。
