与由四组线圈单元驱动方式相比,三组线圈单元驱动的平面电机属于单边非质心驱动模型。为提高平面电机系统的伺服性能,需要准确的力解耦模型以及有效的控制算法。由于实际中存在建模误差,如永磁体线圈加工误差引起的推力误差、气隙厚... 与由四组线圈单元驱动方式相比,三组线圈单元驱动的平面电机属于单边非质心驱动模型。为提高平面电机系统的伺服性能,需要准确的力解耦模型以及有效的控制算法。由于实际中存在建模误差,如永磁体线圈加工误差引起的推力误差、气隙厚度不均匀、外部不确定扰动等,使得基于名义模型的系统无法有效解耦。同时建模误差的存在使得闭环系统误差方程的等号右侧不为0,无法确保跟踪误差的收敛。因此,必须利用控制器对建模误差进行补偿。以三组线圈单元且x方向为单边非质心驱动的平面电机作为研究对象。为提高其轨迹跟踪与定位能力,提出一种非线性控制算法。在逆动力学控制算法的基础上增加鲁棒项,对建模误差进行有效补偿。采用李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)理论证明了该算法的稳定性。实验结果表明,轨迹跟踪误差小于1.5μm,可见通过对建模误差的补偿,减小了多自由度间耦合作用对运动精度的影响,提高了平面电机伺服性能。 展开更多

A model based on saturate inductance parameter of interior permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor was brought forward by using finite element analysis. And its control strategy based on the largest running capability was studied also. In electric and hybrid vehicle are applied: FLMC (Fuzzy Logic Mode Control), SLMC (Sliding Mode Control), NRMC (Neural Regulator Control), and Direct Power and Torque Control for Space Vector Modulated inverter (DPTC SVM). In the special solution of the electric and hybrid vehicle are also applied a Random Switching Frequency Modulation. The control of hybrid vehicle should assure the realization of established transport-assignments in the definite time, at the optimum of energy consumption. One can this realize using. The multi criteria control system. Some results of the computer simulations are presented in the paper. In industrial drives, electric motors are extensively utilized to impart motion control and induction motors are the most familiar drive at present due to its extensive performance characteristic similar with that of DC drives. Precise control of drives is the main attribute in industries to optimize the performance and to increase its production rate. In motion control, the major considerations are the torque and speed ripples. Design of controllers has become increasingly complex to such systems for better management of energy and raw materials to attain optimal performance. Meager parameter appraisal results are unsuitable, leading to unstable operation. The rapid intensification of digital computer revolutionizes to practice precise control and allows implementation of advanced control strategy to extremely multifaceted systems. To solve complex control problems, model predictive control is an authoritative scheme, which exploits an explicit model of the process to be controlled. This paper presents a predictive control strategy by a neural network predictive controller based single phase induction motor drive to minimize the speed and torque ripples. The proposed method exhibits better performance than the conventional controller and validity of the proposed method is verified by the simulation results using MATLAB software. 展开更多

Gob-side entry driving can increase coal recovery ratio, and it is implied in many coal mines. Based on geological condition of 10416 working face tailentry in Yangliu Coal Mine, the surrounding rock deformation characteristics of gob-side entry driving with narrow coal pillar is analysed, reasonable size of coal pillar and reasonable roadway excavation time after mining are achieved. Surrounding rock control technology and effective roadway side sealing technology are proposed and are taken into field practice. The results showed that a safer and more efficient mining of working face can be achieved. In addition, results of this paper also have important theoretical significance and valuable reference for surrounding rock control technology of gob-side entry driving with narrow coal pillar under special geological condition. 展开更多

Its objective consists of combining three different heuristic optimization techniques including PID-PSO, Fuzzy-PSO and GA-PSO to improve the DSIM speed controlled loop behavior. The GA and PSO algorithms are developed and implemented into MATLAB. As a result, fuzzy-PSO is the most appropriate scheme. The main performance of fuzzy-PSO is reducing high torque ripples, improving rise time and avoiding disturbances that affect the drive performance. 展开更多

Sensorless control of AC motor drives,which takes the advantages of cost saving,higher reliability,and less hardware,has been developed for several decades.Among the existing speed sensorless control methods,nonlinear Kalman filter-based one has attached widespread attention due to its superb estimation accuracy and inherent resistibility to noise.However,the determination of noise covariance matrix and robustness of model uncertainties are still open issues in practice.A great number of studies try to solve these problems in resent years.This paper reviews the application of extended Kalman filter(EKF),unscented Kalman filter(UKF),and cubature Kalman filter(CKF)in speed sensorless control for AC motor drives.As an iterative algorithm,EKF has advantages in processor implementation.However,EKF suffers from the linearization error and model uncertainties when applying to sensorless control system.This paper presents the predominant improvements of EKF which is also applicative in UKF and CKF mostly. 展开更多

The complex working conditions and nonlinear characteristics of the motor drive control system of industrial robots make it difficult to detect faults.In this paper,a deep learning-based observer,which combines the convolutional neural network(CNN)and the long short-term memory network(LSTM),is employed to approximate the nonlinear driving control system.CNN layers are introduced to extract dynamic features of the data,whereas LSTM layers perform time-sequential prediction of the target system.In terms of application,normal samples are fed into the observer to build an offline prediction model for the target system.The trained CNN-LSTM-based observer is then deployed along with the target system to estimate the system outputs.Online fault detection can be realized by analyzing the residuals.Finally,an application of the proposed fault detection method to a brushless DC motor drive system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.Simulation results indicate the impressive fault detection capability of the presented method for driving control systems of industrial robots. 展开更多

The Brushless DC Motor drive systems are used widely with renewable energy resources.The power converter controlling technique increases the performance by novel techniques and algorithms.Conventional approaches are mostly focused on buck converter,Fuzzy logic control with various switching activity.In this proposed research work,the QPSO(Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm)is used on the switching state of converter from the generation unit of solar module.Through the duty cycle pulse from optimization function,the MOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor)of the Boost converter gets switched when BLDC(Brushless Direct Current Motor)motor drive system requires power.Voltage Source three phase inverter and Boost converter is controlled by proportional-integral(PI)controller.Based on the BLDC drive,the load utilized from the solar generating module.Experimental results analyzed every module of the proposed grid system,which are solar generation utilizes the irradiance and temperature depends on this the Photovoltaics(PV)power is generated and the QPSO with Duty cycle switching state is determined.The Boost converter module is boost stage based on generation and load is obtained.Single Ended Primary Inductor Converter(SEPIC)and Zeta converter model is compared with the proposed logic;the proposed boost converter achieves the results.Three phase inverter control,PI,and BLDC motor drive results.Thus the proposed grid model is constructed to obtain the better performance results than most recent literatures.Overall design model is done by using MATLAB/Simulink 2020a. 展开更多

A new speed control approach based on the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to a closed-loop, variable speed induction motor (IM) drive is proposed in this paper. ANFIS provides a nonlinear modeling of motor drive system and the motor speed can accurately track the reference signal. ANFIS has the advantages of employing expert knowledge from the fuzzy inference system and the learning capability of neural networks. The various functional blocks of the system which govern the system behavior for small variations about the operating point are derived, and the transient responses are presented. The proposed (ANFIS) controller is compared with PI controller by computer simulation through the MATLAB/SIMULINK software. Based on analyzing the structure and working principle on electric vehicles (EVs) with dual motors coupled by planetarY gears, the control strategy of mode switching was proposed. The power interruption problem on EVs with automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) shifting was resolved. Based on the speed-torque characteristics of the planetary gears and the principle of the auxiliary motor' s zero speed braking, control features of mode switching were introduced. The mode shifting between the main motor mode and dual motors coupled driving were studied. Matlab/Simulink was adopted as a platform to develop the simulation model of EVs with dual motors drive system and 3 gears AMT. Simulation results demonstrated that the power interruption of dual motors drive system was solved during mode switching. The power requirements of EVs were satisfied, too. 展开更多

Model predictive controls(MPCs) with the merits of non-linear multi-variable control can achieve better performance than other commonly used control methods for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drives.However,the conventional MPCs have various issues,including unsatisfactory steady-state performance,variable switching frequency,and difficult selection of appropriate weighting factors.This paper proposes two different improved MPC methods to deal with these issues.One method is the two-vector dimensionless model predictive torque control(MPTC).Two cost functions(torque and flux) and fuzzy decision-making are used to eliminate the weighting factor and select the first optimum vector.The torque cost function selects a second vector whose duty cycle is determined based on the torque error.The other method is the two-vector dimensionless model predictive current control(MPCC).The first vector is selected the same as in the conventional MPC method.Two separate current cost functions and fuzzy decision-making are used to select the second vector whose duty cycle is determined based on the current error.Both proposed methods utilize the space vector PWM modulator to regulate the switching frequency.Numerical simulation results show that the proposed methods have better steady-state and transient performances than the conventional MPCs and other existing improved MPCs. 展开更多
