Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the effect of Daodi Tongguan Decoction on ovarian function in rats with premature ovarian failure.Methods:Forty SD female rats with regular estrous cycle were randomly divided...Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the effect of Daodi Tongguan Decoction on ovarian function in rats with premature ovarian failure.Methods:Forty SD female rats with regular estrous cycle were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive group(Bujiale 0.099 mg/kg),the Daodigitongguan decoction high-dose group(1.4 g/100 g)and the Daodigitongguan decoction medium-dose group(0.7 g/100 g).The model group,positive group,Daodi Tongguan Decoction high-dose group and Daodi Tongguan decoction medium-dose group were given Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets suspension(50 mg/kg)by continuous gavage for 14 days to establish a rat model of premature ovarian failure.After the modeling,each group was given the corresponding intervention agent for 28 consecutive days.After the intervention,serum and ovarian tissue were collected from rats in each group.The morphological structure of rat ovarian tissue was observed after HE staining.Serum AMH level was determined by ELISA.The expressions of Bcl-2,Bax and VEGF in ovarian tissue were detected by IHC.The apoptosis of granulosa cells in ovary was observed by TUNEL.Results:Compared to the normal group,the growth follicles in the model group were reduced and the atretic follicles were increased.Serum AMH level was significantly decreased(P<0.01).The expression of Bax protein in ovarian tissue was increased(P<0.01).The protein expressions of Bcl-2 and VEGF were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the apoptosis rate of follicular granulosa cells in ovarian tissue was increased(P<0.01).Compared to the molding group,the serum AMH level in the TCM dose groups was increased to varying degrees,and the change of the AMH in high-dose group was the most significant(P<0.05).The expression of Bax protein in ovarian tissue decreased(P<0.05),while the expression of Bcl-2 and VEGF protein increased(P<0.05,P<0.05).The apoptosis rate of follicular granulosa cells in ovarian tissue was decreased in the high dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Daodi Tongguan Decoction can improve the histological morphology of ovary and relieve ovarian injury,and its mechanism may be related to improving the sex hormone level of POF model rats,reducing the expression level of Bax protein in ovarian tissue,increasing the expression level of Bcl-2 and VEGF protein in ovarian tissue,and reducing the apoptosis rate of follicular granulosa cells in ovarian tissue.展开更多
Guan River Estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC) suffer from serious pollution and eutrophicational problems over the recent years.Thus,reducing the land-based load through the national pollutant total load control ...Guan River Estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC) suffer from serious pollution and eutrophicational problems over the recent years.Thus,reducing the land-based load through the national pollutant total load control program and developing hydrodynamic and water quality models that can simulate the complex circulation and water quality kinetics within the system,including longitudinal and lateral variations in nutrient and COD concentrations,is a matter of urgency.In this study,a three-dimensional,hydrodynamic,water quality model was developed in GREC,Northern Jiangsu Province.The complex three-dimensional hydrodynamics of GREC were modeled using the unstructured-grid,finite-volume,free-surface,primitive equation coastal ocean circulation model(FVCOM).The water quality model was adapted from the mesocosm nutrients dynamic model in the south Yellow Sea and considers eight compartments:dissolved inorganic nitrogen,soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP),phytoplankton,zooplankton,detritus,dissolved organic nitrogen(DON),dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP),and chemical oxygen demand.The hydrodynamic and water quality models were calibrated and confirmed for 2012 and 2013.A comparison of the model simulations with extensive dataset shows that the models accurately simulate the longitudinal distribution of the hydrodynamics and water quality.The model can be used for total load control management to improve water quality in this area.展开更多
Based on the statistical data of land use change,from the perspective of sustainable use,we use literature inquiry,statistical analysis,GIS spatial analysis and dynamic degree model of land use,to analyze the land use...Based on the statistical data of land use change,from the perspective of sustainable use,we use literature inquiry,statistical analysis,GIS spatial analysis and dynamic degree model of land use,to analyze the land use change characteristics,land use amount and spatial distribution characteristics in Guangzhou City during 1996- 2012,and further elaborate the driving forces of land use change to get the basic law of land use change in Guangzhou City. The results show that the construction land was rapidly expanded,causing a significant reduction in arable land( from 129286 ha in 1996 to 84567 ha in 2012); in construction land,the land for residential,industrial and mining use and transportation land dramatically increased,and the single dynamic degree of transportation land was close to 7. 1%. In comparison with other developed cities,it is found that economic factors and policy factors are important factors affecting land use change in Guangzhou City,and the growth rate of economic density of land was high in Tianhe District and Yuexiu District. From the perspective of sustainable use,the future land use in Guangzhou City needs to better coordinate the relationship between various types of land,between socio-economic development and coordinated land use development,between environmental protection and land development and utilization. Through a series of land consolidation activities,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of farmland,improve the intensive and economical use of construction land,improve the ecological environment,and coordinate development of urban and rural areas,to ultimately achieve sustainable land use in Guangzhou City.展开更多
