Laser acupuncture therapy was employed in the treatment of spondylopathy.Thetherapeutic effect of the three types of the spondylopathy,nerve root type,vertebral artery type andspinal cord type were stuied and compared.The results indicate a significant difference between thethree types of spondylopathy.The best therapeutic effect was obtained in nerve root type with a remarkable effective rate of 98.5%;the effective rates for the vertebral artery type and the spinal cordtype were 92.3%and 25%,respectively.Combining laser irradiatlon with acupuncture,the therapyposseses the functions of acupuncture,heat effect and mild moxibustion action.Therefore,it showedeffect quickly and had the advantages of short treatment course and high therapeutic effect.Clinicalobservation has confirmed that laser acupuncture is more effective than single laser irradiation.Thistherapy offers another simple but effective method for the treatment of spondylopathy. 展开更多

Effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) points on the expression of microRNA-21 and neuronal apoptosis in rats with acute spinal cord injury

Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) points on the expression of microRNA-21 and neuronal apoptosis in rats with acute spinal cord injury. Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, model group, electro-acupuncture group and methylprednisolone group. The model of acute spinal cord injury was reproduced by modified Allen's method. Each group was given corresponding intervention treatment 2 hours after modeling. The electroacupuncture group was treated with electro-acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) points in T8 to T12, the methylprednisolone group was given intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg methylprednisolone sodium succinate, and the sham operation group and model group were not treated. After treatment, BBB scores were observed to evaluate the motor function of posterior limb in each group, and the injured spinal cord tissues were taken. The pathological changes of spinal cord neuropathy were observed by Nissl staining. The expression of microRNA-21 was detected by RT-qPCR, and the expression of apoptotic proteins (Bax, Bcl-2 and cleaved-Caspase-3) was detected by Western-Blot. Result:Compared with sham operation group, BBB, neuron survival rate and expression of microRNA-21 were significantly lower, apoptotic rate of neurons was significantly higher, expression of Bax, Bcl-2, cleaved Caspase-3 protein and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were significantly increased in model group (P< 0.05). Electroacupuncture could significantly increase BBB score, neuron survival rate and expression of microRNA-21, reduce apoptotic rate of neurons and the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2, and inhibit the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and cleaved Caspase-3 protein in tissues, which were significantly different from those of model group (P< 0.05). Conclusions: Electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) points can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function in rats after ASCI, and its mechanism may be closely related to the up-regulation of the expression of microRNA-21 in tissues and the inhibition of the activation of Bax/Bcl-2/cleaved Caspase-3 signaling pathway. 展开更多

Methods: Eighty stro ke patients with spastic hemiplegia were evenly randomized into control grou p and treatment group. Forty cases of treatment group were given with acupun cture of Jiaji (夹脊 EX-B2) from T1 to L5, while forty cases of control gro up were treated with conventional acupoints as Jianyu (肩NFDA1 LI 15), Quchi (曲池 LI 11), Huantiao (环跳 GB 30), Zusanli (足三里 ST 36), Kunlun (昆仑 BL 60), etc. o n the diseased side, once daily, with 10 sessions being one therapeutic course, and 3 courses all together. The modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) and neurological d eficit grading scale (NDS) were used as the indexes to assess the therapeutic ef fects. Results: After treatment, the scores of NDS of both treat ment and control groups reduced and the difference value between post- and pre-treatment of tr ea tment group was significantly bigger than that of control group. MAS showed a si milar tendency in both groups. Of the 40 cases in treatment and control groups, 6 and 1 were cured, 20 and 15 had marked improvement, 9 and 11 had improvement, 4 and 8 failed, 1 and 5 got worse, with the total effective rates being 87.5% an d 67.5% respectively. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantl y superior to that of control group (P<0.01). Conc lusion: Acupuncture of Jiaji ( EX-B2) is superior to acupuncture of conventional acupoints in alleviating the state of spastic hemiplegia of apoplexy. 展开更多

In this study, we analyze the co-seismic response of water levels in the Jiaji well to strong earthquakes (Ms ≥7. 8) from 2001 to 2010 at an epicentrai distance less than 8000km. We investigated the co-seismic variation form of water levels, and analyzed the relationship between the amplitude of water level variation and the magnitude and the epicentral distance. We then checked the seismic wave phases when the changes of water level occurred. It was shown that: (1) the water level's co-seismic response is mainly characterized by escalation with no oscillation; (2) the amplitude of water level change has a certain connection with epicentral distance and magnitude; (3) co-seismic response of water levels in the Jiaji well shows a certain directivity; (4) most of the co-seismic responses were caused by surface waves, and some by long-period S waves. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effectiveness of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoints(EX-B 2)plus moxibustion and intermediate frequency on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).METHODS:A total of 140 outpatients who satisfied the inclusion criteria and volunteered for this treatment were randomly divided into treatment(n=70)and control(n=70)groups.Both groups received a localized lesion area and electroacupuncture treatment combined with moxibustion and intermediate frequency.The treatment group(TG)increased acupuncture at Jiaji acupoints(EX-B 2)and electroacupuncture.Pain and anxiety were assessed before and after 5,10,15,and 20 treatments by using visual pain simulation score(VAS)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),respectively.Clinical efficacy was also evaluated.RESULTS:The baseline between the two groups did not significantly differ(P>0.05).The VAS and HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment significantly decreased compared with those of various treatment stages(P>0.05).The HAMA score(P<0.01)of TG was lower than that of the control group(CG).The VAS score of TG was lower than that of CG in the 5th and 10th treatments(P<0.01).In the 15 th and 10 th scores,CG was also superior to TG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The combined treatment of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoints(EX-B 2),moxibustion,and intermediate frequency can relieve the pain and anxiety symptoms of PHN.The efficacy of the combined treatment was superior to traditional acupuncture. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points plus tuina manipulation for thoracic facet joint disorder, and get new clinical evidence for treatment of thoracic facet joint disorder. Methods: Totally 106 patients with thoracic facet joint disorder were randomly allocated into an observation group and a control group based on the random number table. Patients in the control group were treated by tuina manipulation, while those in the observation group were treated by acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points before tuina manipulation. Patients in the two groups were treated once a day. The improvements of signs and symptoms and the efficacy were observed after 3 treatments. Results: After treatment, there were intra-group statistical differences in scores of 8 signs and symptoms in both groups (P〈0.01}; the score of each item in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance in the inter-group difference (P〈0.05). The cure rate of the observation group was 50.9%, versus 26.4% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: In treating thoracic facet joint disorder, acupuncture plus tuina manipulation can restore the biomechanical balance of thoracic vertebrae, fully maximized the combined effect, and significantly improve the clinical efficacy. 展开更多

Methods: Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with EA at Jiaji (Ex-B 2) points plus herbal medicine based upon the pattern differentiation. The control group was treated with oral administration of Aciclovir tablets for resisting virus, and Mecobalamin tablets for nourishing the nerves and Aciclovir cream for skin rash. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups, after two-week treatment Results: After 7 d of the treatment, the therapeutic effect was remarkably better in the treatment group than that in the control group (P〈0.01). After two-week treatment, the therapeutic effects were still different between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of EA at Jiaji (Ex-B 2) points plus herbal medicine for HZ is better than that of Western medications in resisting virus and nourishing nerves. 展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needling cervical Jiaji points in combination with acupoint pressing for cervical vertigo, and provide a better therapy for the clinical treatment of this disease. Methods Sixty-five patients with cervical vertigo were punctured at the points Cervical jiaji and Fengchi (风池 GB 20) bilaterally, from Qiangjian (强间 GV 18) to Naohu (脑户 GV 17), from Yuzhen (玉枕 BL 9) to Tianzhu (天柱 BL 10) with penetrating methods, besides, acupoint pressing was also used on these points. It was given once a day, and 16 times constituted one course with 2 courses together, and then the clinical efficacy was observed. Results Twenty-five cases were cured accounting to 38.5%; 18 remarkably improved accounting to 27.7%; 19 improved accounting to 29.2%; 3 ineffective accounting to 4.6%. The total effective rate was 95.4%. Conclusion Needling cervical Jiaji points in combination with acupoint pressing can alleviate the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo and worthy of being promoted. 展开更多

We evaluated the effect of Jiaji electroacupuncture on cell proliferation and the expression of markers of endogenous neural stem cell activation after complete spinal cord transection. Female Wistar rats were assigned to 4 groups (n = 24 each): a sham-operated group, a control group, a Jiaji electroacupuncture group, and a Jiaji electroacupuncture preconditioning group. Motor function was significantly improved in the acupuncture groups compared to the control group at 7 and 14 d. Numbers of bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU)-, nestin-, and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)-positive cells were significantly greater in the acupuncture groups than in the controls at each time point. Expression of nestin and GFAP mRNA was significantly higher in the acupuncture groups than in the controls at each time point. Thus, Jiaji electroacupuncture and preconditioning may promote the proliferation of endogenous neural stem cells after spinal cord transection. 展开更多

目的:观察夹脊电针结合跑台训练对大鼠坐骨神经离断损伤后的胫骨骨密度、血管体积和数量、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响,为夹脊电针结合跑台训练促进坐骨神经离断损伤大鼠胫骨重建提供理论依... 目的:观察夹脊电针结合跑台训练对大鼠坐骨神经离断损伤后的胫骨骨密度、血管体积和数量、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响,为夹脊电针结合跑台训练促进坐骨神经离断损伤大鼠胫骨重建提供理论依据。方法:将180只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、夹脊电针组、跑台组、夹脊电针+跑台组(以下简称结合组),每组36只;再按术后干预2、4、8周分为3个亚组,每个亚组12只。行坐骨神经离断损伤缝合术进行造模。正常对照组无任何干预;模型对照组造模后无干预;夹脊电针组、跑台组和结合组于术后第3天分别开始进行夹脊电针、跑台训练以及二者结合治疗。采用Micro-CT扫描并分析胫骨骨密度;血管造影分析胫骨近端血管的数量和体积;RT-PCR和Western Blot检测胫骨VEGF m RNA和蛋白的表达;ELISA测定胫骨骨髓中VEGF浓度。结果:在干预2、4、8周后,模型对照组大鼠的胫骨骨密度、近端血管体积和数量、骨组织VEGF mRNA和蛋白表达以及骨髓中VEGF浓度均低于同一时间点的正常对照组(P<0.05)。而随着干预时间的延长,夹脊电针组、跑台组和结合组大鼠的胫骨骨密度、近端血管体积和数量、骨组织VEGF mRNA及蛋白表达和骨髓中VEGF浓度均显著高于同一时间点的模型对照组(P<0.05),且在各时间点以结合组表达更优(P<0.05)。结论:夹脊电针结合跑台训练可能通过上调胫骨及骨髓中VEGF的表达,改善胫骨骨密度。 展开更多

针刺夹脊穴联合通督调神针刺治疗中风后平衡障碍临床研究

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴联合通督调神针刺治疗中风后平衡障碍的临床效果。方法:将中风后平衡功能障碍患者纳入本次研究,共67例,应用随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组(34例,常规治疗加通督调神针刺)和试验组(33例,在对照组基础上针刺夹脊... 目的:观察针刺夹脊穴联合通督调神针刺治疗中风后平衡障碍的临床效果。方法:将中风后平衡功能障碍患者纳入本次研究,共67例,应用随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组(34例,常规治疗加通督调神针刺)和试验组(33例,在对照组基础上针刺夹脊穴),两组均治疗4周。治疗后通过使用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评定量表(FMB)、Barthel指数分级法(MBI)、Holden步行功能分级量表(FAC)分别评估患者平衡功能、肢体功能、日常活动能力及步行功能,同时观察生化指标D-二聚体(DD)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)变化,并评价整体疗效。结果:治疗4周后,试验组BBS、FMB、MBI及FAC得分分别为(41.56±7.01)、(13.22±1.62)、(70.13±6.92)、(3.84±1.07)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Hcy、DD、hs-CRP水平分别为(15.42±3.22)μmol/L、(372.46±39.58)μg/L、(5.61±1.03)mg/L,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为96.97%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺夹脊穴联合通督调神针刺能有效治疗中风后平衡障碍,提高患者肢体功能、日常活动能力及步行能力,改善凝血功能及炎症反应。 展开更多

目的观察夹脊电针对脊髓损伤(spinal and injury,SCI)大鼠第10号染色体上缺失的磷酸酶与同源张力蛋白(phosphatase and tensinhomolog,PTEN)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)/信号转导和转录激活子3(signal... 目的观察夹脊电针对脊髓损伤(spinal and injury,SCI)大鼠第10号染色体上缺失的磷酸酶与同源张力蛋白(phosphatase and tensinhomolog,PTEN)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)/信号转导和转录激活子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)通路相关因子(p-PTEN、p-mTOR、p-STAT3)、自噬相关因子(LC3-Ⅱ、p62、Atg5)以及星形胶质细胞中星形胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)、自噬标志物微管相关蛋白1轻链3(light chain 3,LC3)共定位信号的表达情况,探讨夹脊电针调控SCI细胞自噬促进神经功能恢复的可能机制,为临床运用夹脊电针治疗SCI提供新的思路和分子生物学理论依据。方法将72只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术(Sham)组、模型(Model)组、夹脊电针(EA)组、抑制剂+夹脊电针(bpV)组,每组按照造模后3、7和14 d治疗时间点分为3个亚组,每个亚组6只大鼠。采用Allen’s法建立SCI大鼠模型。EA组予双侧胸(T)9、T11夹脊穴,电针30 min,强度1 mA,密波(100 Hz),1次/d,分别连续治疗3、7、14 d。bpV组在电针治疗前10 min注射PTEN通路抑制剂bpV(HOpic),200μL/kg,1次/d,分别连续治疗3、7、14 d。采用Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan(BBB)评分观察并比较各组大鼠后肢运动功能;HE染色观察各组大鼠脊髓组织的病理形态学变化;Nissl染色观察各组大鼠脊髓组织前角运动神经元的形态和数量;IHC检测各组大鼠脊髓组织p-PTEN、p-mTOR、p-STAT3、LC3-Ⅱ、p62、Atg5的免疫组化染色累积光密度值(imaging object definition,IOD)值;WB检测各组大鼠p-PTEN、p-mTOR、p-STAT3蛋白相对表达量;IF检测脊髓组织星形胶质细胞GFAP、LC3共定位情况。结果大鼠行为学检测结果示:与Model组比,在3、7、14 d时,EA组、bpV组BBB评分均增高(P<0.05);HE结果示:Model组脊髓组织出现大量内含片状出血以及坏死组织的空腔,神经细胞松散排列,3 d后EA组脊髓组织结构逐渐规整、空泡逐渐减少、神经元数量增加;Nissl染色结果示:与Sham组比,Model组神经元染色较浅,数量明显降低,EA组神经元染色较深,数量增多;IHC结果示:与Model组比,EA组p-PTEN、p-mTOR、p-STAT3的IOD值在3 d时明显降低(P<0.01),在7、14 d时明显增高(P<0.01);与Model组比,EA组在3 d时LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5显著升高,p62显著降低(P<0.01),在7、14 d时,LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5显著降低,p62显著增高(P<0.01);与Model组比,bpV组在3、7、14 d时LC3-Ⅱ、Atg5和p62的IOD值均降低(P<0.05);与EA组比,在3、7 d时,bpV组LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5表达均降低,p62增高(P<0.01),在14 d时,LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5降低,p62增高(P<0.05);WB结果示:与Model组相比,3 d时,EA组LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5表达显著升高,p62显著降低(P<0.01);在7、14 d时,LC3-Ⅱ和Atg5显著降低,p62显著增高(P<0.01);与Model组相比,在3、7、14 d时,bpV组LC3-Ⅱ、Atg5表达均降低,p62表达增高(P<0.05);与EA组比,在3、7 d时,bpV组LC3-Ⅱ表达较低,p62表达较高(P<0.01);在14 d时,LC3-Ⅱ明显增高(P<0.05)、Atg5明显增高,p62明显降低(P<0.01)。IF结果示:在3、7、14 d时,Model组有明显共定位信号,阳性细胞数与时间成正比。EA组的共定位阳性细胞数较Model组减少。bpV组阳性细胞数较EA组减少。结论夹脊电针能明显促进SCI大鼠后肢运动功能恢复,其机制与调控PTEN/mTOR/STAT3通路介导的自噬和星形胶质细胞生长有关。 展开更多

目的观察电针夹脊穴联合润肌丹油外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,以随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予以基础治疗和康... 目的观察电针夹脊穴联合润肌丹油外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,以随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予以基础治疗和康复新液纱布换药,治疗组予基础治疗及电针腰部夹脊穴和润肌丹油纱布换药治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗28 d。比较2组治疗前后创面总面积、踝肱指数(ABI)、血白细胞计数、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者创面总面积均明显缩小(P均<0.05),ABI均明显升高(P均<0.05),血白细胞计数及中医证候积分均明显降低(P均<0.05),治疗组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗28 d后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的73.7%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴联合润肌丹油外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡效果更好,能明显改善肢体缺血,更好地促进创面愈合。 展开更多

【目的】观察电针颈夹脊穴治疗急性期神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。【方法】将124例急性期神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组给予西药常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予电针颈夹脊穴治疗。连续治疗6... 【目的】观察电针颈夹脊穴治疗急性期神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。【方法】将124例急性期神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组给予西药常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予电针颈夹脊穴治疗。连续治疗6周。治疗6周后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后颈椎生理曲度C2~7Cobb角的变化情况,以及麦吉尔疼痛问卷简表(SF-MPQ)评分、血清疼痛因子P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的变化情况。比较2组患者治疗前后白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平的变化情况。并进行随访,统计复发率。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者颈椎生理曲度C2~7Cobb角均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善颈椎生理曲度C2~7Cobb角方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的颈椎疼痛SF-MPQ评分、SP、PGE2水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善颈椎疼痛SF-MPQ评分、SP、PGE2水平方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、NF-κB水平明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、NF-κB水平方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组总有效率为95.16%(59/62),对照组为80.65%(50/62)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)观察组患者症状复发率为5.71%(2/35),对照组为29.63%(8/27)。观察组患者症状复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】电针颈夹脊穴治疗急性期神经根型颈椎病,可显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,改变异常颈椎生理曲度,并减轻炎症反应,降低症状复发风险,疗效显著。 展开更多
