METHODS: A total of 400 patients were randomized into 2 groups; Group A(200 patients) received 5 mg SCTA at the end of surgery and topical ketorolac tromethamine(0.5%) with ofloxacin(0.3%) combination for 3 wk. Group B(200 patients) received tapering topical loteprednol etabonate(0.5%) along with ofloxacin(0.3%) and ketorolac tromethamine(0.5%) for 3 wk. Outcomes evaluated were intraocular pressure(IOP), anterior chamber cells/flare and macular oedema postoperatively at 1, 6 and 12 wk.RESULTS: Baseline parameters were almost similar in both the groups. No statistical difference was seen between the preoperative and postoperative IOP values for Group A(P=0.82) and Group B(P=0.61) and postoperative IOP values in between both groups(P=0.14) at 1 wk. Incidence of cells/flare postoperative was statistically not significant(P=0.82) in both groups at all follow up visits. Postoperative macular oedema was not observed at any follow up visit. CONCLUSION: SCTA appears to be an effective alternative to prolong postoperative topical steroid use.展开更多

Based on the tests results, we analyzed the mechanical behaviors of the material under different conditions and obtained the inherent influencing laws of some factors on the material's dynamic buffering performance. It was shown that the dynamic buffering performance varied directly with impact velocity, and inversely with the void diameter, thickness and buffeting area of the composite material.展开更多
The present study aimed to investigate the effect of relative humidity(RH) at either acute or chronic moderate ambient temperature(Ta) on growth performance and droppings' corticosterone metabolites of broilers.Tw...The present study aimed to investigate the effect of relative humidity(RH) at either acute or chronic moderate ambient temperature(Ta) on growth performance and droppings' corticosterone metabolites of broilers.Two experiments were conducted: effect of RH(35,60 or 85%) on average daily feed intake(ADFI) and droppings' corticosterone metabolites at acute(1 d: 20–26 or 31–20°C,26 or 31°C for 6 h d–1 at 10:00–16:00) moderate Ta(experiment 1) and effect of RH(35,60 or 85%) on growth performance and droppings' corticosterone metabolites at chronic(step-wisely increasing temperature by 3°C every 3 d from 20 to 32°C within 15 d: 20–23–26–29–32°C) moderate Ta(experiment 2).Droppings were collected at the 2,4,6,8,and 22 h after Ta-RH controlled in experiment 1 and at the 2,4,6,and 22 h after Ta controlled to 32°C in experiment 2.The results showed that: 1) In experiment 1,85% RH increased(P<0.05) the droppings' corticosterone metabolites at the 2,6,8,and 22 h and 35% RH increased(P<0.05) it at the 2 and 22 h compared to the 60% RH.Moreover,85% RH further increased(P<0.05) it compared to the 35% RH,however,no difference(P>0.05) was found in ADFI among the three RH groups at acute moderate 26°C; 35 and 85% RH increased(P<0.05) droppings' corticosterone metabolites at the 2,6,8 and 22 h and decreased(P<0.05) ADFI compared to the 60% RH,moreover,85% RH further increased(P<0.05) droppings' corticosterone metabolites and further decreased(P<0.05) ADFI compared to the 35% RH at acute moderate 31°C; and the average of droppings' corticosterone metabolites in the whole period had a negative correlation(P<0.02) with the ADFI.2) In experiment 2,85% RH increased(P<0.01) droppings' corticosterone metabolites only at the 2 h and decreased(P<0.02) ADFI and average daily gain(ADG) compared to the 60% RH,no difference(P>0.05) in droppings' corticosterone metabolites was found between the 35 and 60% RH,however,35% RH decreased(P<0.01) ADG compared to the 60% RH,and the average of droppings' corticosterone metabolites in the whole period also had a negative correlation(P<0.02) with ADFI and ADG.In conclusion,droppings' corticosterone metabolites could be used as a RH stress index and low and high RH,especially high RH,reduced growth performance possibly through inducing RH stress at moderate temperature.展开更多
The cyclone separator is an important separation device.This paper presents a new type of embedded two-stage cyclone,which includes a 2 nd-stage cyclone(internal traditional cyclone)with multiple inlets and a 1 st-sta...The cyclone separator is an important separation device.This paper presents a new type of embedded two-stage cyclone,which includes a 2 nd-stage cyclone(internal traditional cyclone)with multiple inlets and a 1 st-stage cyclone(outer cylinder)that unifies the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets into one inlet.The Taguchi experimental method was used to study the two-stage cyclone separator’s inlet area on its performance.Studies have shown that the increase of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and the increase in the number of 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets(N)positively affect reducing the pressure drop and a negative effect on efficiency.It is recommended to use 2 S(the original 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area)of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and 2 N of the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets when separating fine particles.Compared with a traditional cyclone,the pressure drop is reduced by 1303 Pa,the mass separation efficiency(Eq)is increased by 0.56%,and the number separation efficiency(En)is increased by 2.05%.When separating larger particles,it is recommended to use 2 S of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and 4 N of the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets.Compared with a traditional cyclone,although Endecreases slightly,the pressure drop is reduced by 3055 Pa,and the Eqis increased by 0.56%.The research results provide new insight into the design of the cyclone.展开更多

This association suggests a link between them and between their treatments. Our purpose for this study is to determine the prevalence of dry eye in our glaucoma patients treated with eye drops and deduce the factors associated with it. Patients and Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional, analytical study from October 2022 to September 2023 in the ophthalmology department of Garoua Regional Hospital in glaucoma patients aged over 15 years able to answer the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) questionnaires and treated with antiglaucoma eye drops for more than 3 months. These patients underwent a complete ophthalmological examination and a tear film break-up time test. Results: A total of 73 patients (146 eyes) were examined. The average age of the patients was 47.2 ± 16.5 years, with a male predominance of 54.8%. The prevalence of dry eye syndrome in our patients according to the OSDI score was 56.2% (95% CI) (44.8;67.6). The prevalence of dry eye syndrome on clinical examination of the BUT in the right eye was 83.7% (95% CI) (75.1;92.1) and 79.4% (70.2;88.7) in the left eye. The duration of antiglaucoma treatment was the factor associated with dry eye syndrome (p < 0.05) in glaucoma patients in our setting. Conclusion: Dry Eye Syndrome is common in glaucoma patients on drops in our setting. Treatment duration of more than 1 year seems to be associated with dry eyes.展开更多

Methods: This study selected 76 patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke who were hospitalized at Zhuji People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with butylphthalide capsules, while the combination group received Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The neurological function, cognitive function, activities of daily living, and levels of serum cytokines CRP, IL-6, and Hcy were compared between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months of treatment. BACKGROUND Dry eye syndrome(DES)after diabetic cataract surgery can seriously affect the patient’s quality of life.Therefore,effective alleviation of symptoms in patients with this disease has important clinical sign...BACKGROUND Dry eye syndrome(DES)after diabetic cataract surgery can seriously affect the patient’s quality of life.Therefore,effective alleviation of symptoms in patients with this disease has important clinical significance.AIM To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)plus sodium hyaluronate(SH)eye drops on DES after cataract surgery in patients with diabetes.METHODS We retrospectively evaluated 82 patients with diabetes who experienced DES after cataract surgery at Tianjin Beichen Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University between April 2021 and April 2023.They were classified into an observation group(42 cases,rhEGF+SH eye drops)and a control group(40 cases,SH eye drops alone),depending on the different treatment schemes.The therapeutic efficacy,dry eye symptom score,tear film breakup time(TFBUT),basic tear secretion score[assessed using Schirmer I test(SIt)],corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,tear inflammatory markers,adverse reactions during treat-ment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Therapeutic efficacy was higher in the observation group compared with the control group.Both groups showed improved TFBUT and dry eye,as well as improved SIt and FL scores after treatment,with a more pronounced improvement in the observation group.Although no marked differences in adverse reactions were observed between the two groups,treatment satisfaction was higher in the observation group.CONCLUSION rhEGF+SH eye drops rendered clinical benefits to patients by effectively ameliorating dry eye and visual impairment with favorable efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,and high safety levels.Thus,this treatment should be promoted in clinical practice.展开更多

Six different gate design schemes were compared and studied, and the weld lines positions and injection molding results under each gate scheme were analyzed.</span><span style="font-family:""></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Through the simulation analysis of the falling process of the mobile phone panel by the display dynamics analysis software ANSYS Workbench LS-DYNA, five analysis schemes were set according to the falling angle, and the stress distribution at the weld lines positions of the mobile phone panel in each scheme was studied. The reasonable gate scheme was given by synthesizing the force condition, the mold flow analysis and the drop simulation results of the mobile phone panel in use. Based on the results of die flow analysis and drop simulation the optimal gate design scheme 2 is found, and the weld line position avoids the lower part of the elliptical hole, which is the weak part of the structure. The research results had certain reference significance for the optimization of injection process of plastic products.展开更多
The structure of the flow and the acoustic signals generated by the impact of a freely falling drop of water with an underlying quiescent fluid have been investigated for droplets having diameter 0.5 cm and a contact ...The structure of the flow and the acoustic signals generated by the impact of a freely falling drop of water with an underlying quiescent fluid have been investigated for droplets having diameter 0.5 cm and a contact velocity in the range 1.5<U<5 m/s.The experimental study has been supported by high-resolution videos of the flow(as seen from above and from the side).The evolution of ejecta,spikes,droplets spray,cavity,splash,secondary cavity,streamer,secondary droplets and sequence of capillary waves is reported accordingly.In particular,perturbations of the smoothed free surface with transverse dimensions from 0.03 cm to 0.15 cm have been observed in the center of the cavity and at the head of a growing splash.The total duration of the fine structure’s existence has been found to range from 30 to 50 ms.Related acoustic packets have been recorded by means of a measuring hydrophone and a sensitive microphone.Registered acoustic signals have revealed a high-frequency pulse associated with the primary contact and a delayed main lower-frequency packet(with a time shift ranging between 50 ms and 210 ms).The content of the acoustic signals indicates that from a large number of observed gas bubbles,only one was actually sounding.For such a case(the formation of the bubble resulting from the break of a thin air bridge),the shock generated by the fast-moving remnant of the bridge produces volumetric oscillations of the bubble.The sound stops as soon as the bubble takes a smooth elliptical or spherical shape.Several details are reported about the relationship between the generation of capillary and acoustic waves and the features of hydrodynamic flows relating to the cavity,or the formation of a splash and the flows caused by the interaction of secondary drops with the perturbed surface of the target fluid.The formation of fine flows components is associated with the release of available potential energy and the conservation of perturbations in a thin“double layer”located in proximity to the original contact surfaces.展开更多

Some side information is generated for each video bitstream in advance, while streaming such side information is exploited by a greedy algorithm to optimally drop partitions in a rate-distortion optimized way. Quality sealability is supported by adopting data partition instead of whole frame as the dropping unit. Simulation resuhs show that the proposed scheme achieves a great gain in the reconstructed video quality over two typical frame dropping schemes, with the help of the fine granularity in dropping unit as well as rate-distortion optimization.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effects ofQishengyiqi drop pill combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on angiogenesis and cardiac function in mice after myocardial infarction through in vitro ce...Objective:To investigate the effects ofQishengyiqi drop pill combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on angiogenesis and cardiac function in mice after myocardial infarction through in vitro cell molecular biology experiments.Methods:The animals used in this experiment were male mice with eGFP+/-.Sixty mice were randomly divided into three groups(n=20):myocardial infarction group(MI+PBS),myocardial infarction+mesenchyme plasma stem cell transplantation group(MI+MSCs)and myocardial infarction+Qishenyiqi drip pill combined with mesenchymal stem cell transplantation group(MI+MSCs+QSYQ).Qishenyiqi dripping pills were prepared into a medicinal solution with a concentration of 3.9 mg/mL with distilled water.The MI+MSCs+QSYQ group was orally administered with 0.1 mL/kg/day,and the other two groups were orally administered with an equal amount of normal saline.Mice in each group were adaptively fed continuously for 2 weeks,and the myocardial infarction model was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery by thoracic ligation.Twenty-four hours after the model was established,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from the tibia of the mice and injected intracardiacly Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were transplanted,and multiple injections were made around the myocardial infarction area of mice.The control group was injected with the same amount of PBS.0h,3 days,7 days,and 14 days after cell transplantation,observe the stem cell morphology under a microscope;on day 7 of cell transplantation,track the expression of eGFP-positive cells with a fluorescence microscope;before modeling,14 and 21 days after cell transplantation,use Cardiac function was measured by echocardiography.After 21 days of modeling,the mice were sacrificed,and heart samples were taken.The angiogenesis of the mice was observed by immunohistochemical staining and microvascular density determination.Results:The morphological growth of transplanted stem cells was proportional to the time of cell transplantation.Compared with MI+PBS group,CD90.2 and y6A were highly expressed on the surface of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in MI+MSCs group and MI+MSCs+QSYQ group,while CD31 and CD117 were almost not expressed.On the 21st day after stem cell transplantation,the values of LVDd and LVSD in MI+MSCs+QSYQ group were significantly lower than those in MI+PBS group and MI+MSCs group.At the same time,LVEF and LVFS increased significantly.The results of quantitative immunohistochemical analysis showed that the angiogenesis density in the MI+MSCs+QSYQ group increased significantly,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi dripping pills combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can not only promote angiogenesis in mice with myocardial infarction,but also play a positive role in improving cardiac function.展开更多

Misuse detection can more accurately detect attacks,but high non-response rates, anomaly detection could detect the unknown attacks, but higher rate of false positives. Network invasion detectionproblem is summed up in the network data fl ow of discriminant problem, namely the judgment of network data fl ow is normal or malicious andin this sense here invasion detection problem can be understood as a pattern recognition problem. No statistical difference was seen between the preoperative and postoperative IOP values for Group A(P=0.82) and Group B(P=0.61) and postoperative IOP values in between both groups(P=0.14) at 1 wk. Incidence of cells/flare postoperative was statistically not significant(P=0.82) in both groups at all follow up visits. Postoperative macular oedema was not observed at any follow up visit. CONCLUSION: SCTA appears to be an effective alternative to prolong postoperative topical steroid use.

文摘A new kind of composite buffering material was made by filling the voids of honeycomb paperboard with polyurethane. Drop tests were performed to evaluate the dynamic energy absorption capacity of the material. Based on the tests results, we analyzed the mechanical behaviors of the material under different conditions and obtained the inherent influencing laws of some factors on the material's dynamic buffering performance. It was shown that the dynamic buffering performance varied directly with impact velocity, and inversely with the void diameter, thickness and buffeting area of the composite material.

文摘The present study aimed to investigate the effect of relative humidity(RH) at either acute or chronic moderate ambient temperature(Ta) on growth performance and droppings' corticosterone metabolites of broilers.Two experiments were conducted: effect of RH(35,60 or 85%) on average daily feed intake(ADFI) and droppings' corticosterone metabolites at acute(1 d: 20–26 or 31–20°C,26 or 31°C for 6 h d–1 at 10:00–16:00) moderate Ta(experiment 1) and effect of RH(35,60 or 85%) on growth performance and droppings' corticosterone metabolites at chronic(step-wisely increasing temperature by 3°C every 3 d from 20 to 32°C within 15 d: 20–23–26–29–32°C) moderate Ta(experiment 2).Droppings were collected at the 2,4,6,8,and 22 h after Ta-RH controlled in experiment 1 and at the 2,4,6,and 22 h after Ta controlled to 32°C in experiment 2.The results showed that: 1) In experiment 1,85% RH increased(P<0.05) the droppings' corticosterone metabolites at the 2,6,8,and 22 h and 35% RH increased(P<0.05) it at the 2 and 22 h compared to the 60% RH.Moreover,85% RH further increased(P<0.05) it compared to the 35% RH,however,no difference(P>0.05) was found in ADFI among the three RH groups at acute moderate 26°C; 35 and 85% RH increased(P<0.05) droppings' corticosterone metabolites at the 2,6,8 and 22 h and decreased(P<0.05) ADFI compared to the 60% RH,moreover,85% RH further increased(P<0.05) droppings' corticosterone metabolites and further decreased(P<0.05) ADFI compared to the 35% RH at acute moderate 31°C; and the average of droppings' corticosterone metabolites in the whole period had a negative correlation(P<0.02) with the ADFI.2) In experiment 2,85% RH increased(P<0.01) droppings' corticosterone metabolites only at the 2 h and decreased(P<0.02) ADFI and average daily gain(ADG) compared to the 60% RH,no difference(P>0.05) in droppings' corticosterone metabolites was found between the 35 and 60% RH,however,35% RH decreased(P<0.01) ADG compared to the 60% RH,and the average of droppings' corticosterone metabolites in the whole period also had a negative correlation(P<0.02) with ADFI and ADG.In conclusion,droppings' corticosterone metabolites could be used as a RH stress index and low and high RH,especially high RH,reduced growth performance possibly through inducing RH stress at moderate temperature.

文摘The cyclone separator is an important separation device.This paper presents a new type of embedded two-stage cyclone,which includes a 2 nd-stage cyclone(internal traditional cyclone)with multiple inlets and a 1 st-stage cyclone(outer cylinder)that unifies the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets into one inlet.The Taguchi experimental method was used to study the two-stage cyclone separator’s inlet area on its performance.Studies have shown that the increase of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and the increase in the number of 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets(N)positively affect reducing the pressure drop and a negative effect on efficiency.It is recommended to use 2 S(the original 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area)of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and 2 N of the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets when separating fine particles.Compared with a traditional cyclone,the pressure drop is reduced by 1303 Pa,the mass separation efficiency(Eq)is increased by 0.56%,and the number separation efficiency(En)is increased by 2.05%.When separating larger particles,it is recommended to use 2 S of the 1 st-stage cyclone inlet area and 4 N of the 2 nd-stage cyclone inlets.Compared with a traditional cyclone,although Endecreases slightly,the pressure drop is reduced by 3055 Pa,and the Eqis increased by 0.56%.The research results provide new insight into the design of the cyclone.

The energy absorption efficiency of the composite material is better than those of honeycomb paperboard and polyurethane.
文摘Background: Dry eye and glaucoma are two common pathologies in the elderly, and are very often associated. This association suggests a link between them and between their treatments. Our purpose for this study is to determine the prevalence of dry eye in our glaucoma patients treated with eye drops and deduce the factors associated with it. Patients and Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional, analytical study from October 2022 to September 2023 in the ophthalmology department of Garoua Regional Hospital in glaucoma patients aged over 15 years able to answer the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) questionnaires and treated with antiglaucoma eye drops for more than 3 months. These patients underwent a complete ophthalmological examination and a tear film break-up time test. Results: A total of 73 patients (146 eyes) were examined. The average age of the patients was 47.2 ± 16.5 years, with a male predominance of 54.8%. The prevalence of dry eye syndrome in our patients according to the OSDI score was 56.2% (95% CI) (44.8;67.6). The prevalence of dry eye syndrome on clinical examination of the BUT in the right eye was 83.7% (95% CI) (75.1;92.1) and 79.4% (70.2;88.7) in the left eye. The duration of antiglaucoma treatment was the factor associated with dry eye syndrome (p < 0.05) in glaucoma patients in our setting. Conclusion: Dry Eye Syndrome is common in glaucoma patients on drops in our setting. Treatment duration of more than 1 year seems to be associated with dry eyes.

文摘Currently,both regulated and deregulated power trading exist in China’s power system,which has caused imbalanced funds in the electricity market.In this paper,a simulation analysis of the electricity market with wind energy resources is conducted,and the calculation methods of unbalanced funds are investigated systematically.In detail,the calculation formulas of unbalanced funds are illustrated based on their definition,and a two-track electricity market clearing model is established.Firstly,the concept of the dual-track system is explained,and the specific calculation formulas of various types of unbalanced funds are provided.Next,considering the renewable energy consumption,the market clearing model based on DC power flow is constructed and solved;by combining fitting methods of mid-and long-term curves,the unbalanced funds are calculated based on clearing results and formulas.
文摘Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills combined with butylphthalide capsules on cognitive dysfunction in patients after acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and its impact on serum cytokines CRP, IL-6, and Hcy. Methods: This study selected 76 patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke who were hospitalized at Zhuji People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with butylphthalide capsules, while the combination group received Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The neurological function, cognitive function, activities of daily living, and levels of serum cytokines CRP, IL-6, and Hcy were compared between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months of treatment. Results: The NIHSS scores, MMSE scores, ADL scores, and levels of CRP, IL-6, and Hcy in both groups showed statistically significant differences compared to before treatment (P Conclusion: The combination of Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills and butylphthalide capsules has a better therapeutic effect on cognitive dysfunction in patients after ischemic stroke. It can improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients, enhance their ability to perform daily activities, and reduce inflammatory responses.

文摘The distribution of material resulting from the impact of a freely falling drop with a target liquid has been studied by photo and video registration methods.Different cases have been investigated by considering drops made of aqueous solutions(ink,salt,acid)and including fine solid particles(i.e.,suspensions).New features have been observed in terms of flow dynamics and thin components produced as a result of the impact(such as banded elements,ligaments,and vortices at the surface of the liquid).In particular,the characteristics of emerging netlike structures have been found to depend on the size of the suspension clusters.For the case of acetic acid,a different patterning behavior has been obtained:sequences of concentric arcs are produced in that case.However,linear scaling laws and the discrete nature of the distribution of the droplet material seem to be features common to all the cases considered.

文摘BACKGROUND Dry eye syndrome(DES)after diabetic cataract surgery can seriously affect the patient’s quality of life.Therefore,effective alleviation of symptoms in patients with this disease has important clinical significance.AIM To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)plus sodium hyaluronate(SH)eye drops on DES after cataract surgery in patients with diabetes.METHODS We retrospectively evaluated 82 patients with diabetes who experienced DES after cataract surgery at Tianjin Beichen Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University between April 2021 and April 2023.They were classified into an observation group(42 cases,rhEGF+SH eye drops)and a control group(40 cases,SH eye drops alone),depending on the different treatment schemes.The therapeutic efficacy,dry eye symptom score,tear film breakup time(TFBUT),basic tear secretion score[assessed using Schirmer I test(SIt)],corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,tear inflammatory markers,adverse reactions during treat-ment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Therapeutic efficacy was higher in the observation group compared with the control group.Both groups showed improved TFBUT and dry eye,as well as improved SIt and FL scores after treatment,with a more pronounced improvement in the observation group.Although no marked differences in adverse reactions were observed between the two groups,treatment satisfaction was higher in the observation group.CONCLUSION rhEGF+SH eye drops rendered clinical benefits to patients by effectively ameliorating dry eye and visual impairment with favorable efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,and high safety levels.Thus,this treatment should be promoted in clinical practice.
文摘Aiming at the gate design problem of a mobile phone panel, the plastic forming analysis software Moldflow and drop simulation were used to optimize the gate design. Six different gate design schemes were compared and studied, and the weld lines positions and injection molding results under each gate scheme were analyzed.</span><span style="font-family:""></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Through the simulation analysis of the falling process of the mobile phone panel by the display dynamics analysis software ANSYS Workbench LS-DYNA, five analysis schemes were set according to the falling angle, and the stress distribution at the weld lines positions of the mobile phone panel in each scheme was studied. The reasonable gate scheme was given by synthesizing the force condition, the mold flow analysis and the drop simulation results of the mobile phone panel in use. Based on the results of die flow analysis and drop simulation the optimal gate design scheme 2 is found, and the weld line position avoids the lower part of the elliptical hole, which is the weak part of the structure. The research results had certain reference significance for the optimization of injection process of plastic products.

文摘The structure of the flow and the acoustic signals generated by the impact of a freely falling drop of water with an underlying quiescent fluid have been investigated for droplets having diameter 0.5 cm and a contact velocity in the range 1.5<U<5 m/s.The experimental study has been supported by high-resolution videos of the flow(as seen from above and from the side).The evolution of ejecta,spikes,droplets spray,cavity,splash,secondary cavity,streamer,secondary droplets and sequence of capillary waves is reported accordingly.In particular,perturbations of the smoothed free surface with transverse dimensions from 0.03 cm to 0.15 cm have been observed in the center of the cavity and at the head of a growing splash.The total duration of the fine structure’s existence has been found to range from 30 to 50 ms.Related acoustic packets have been recorded by means of a measuring hydrophone and a sensitive microphone.Registered acoustic signals have revealed a high-frequency pulse associated with the primary contact and a delayed main lower-frequency packet(with a time shift ranging between 50 ms and 210 ms).The content of the acoustic signals indicates that from a large number of observed gas bubbles,only one was actually sounding.For such a case(the formation of the bubble resulting from the break of a thin air bridge),the shock generated by the fast-moving remnant of the bridge produces volumetric oscillations of the bubble.The sound stops as soon as the bubble takes a smooth elliptical or spherical shape.Several details are reported about the relationship between the generation of capillary and acoustic waves and the features of hydrodynamic flows relating to the cavity,or the formation of a splash and the flows caused by the interaction of secondary drops with the perturbed surface of the target fluid.The formation of fine flows components is associated with the release of available potential energy and the conservation of perturbations in a thin“double layer”located in proximity to the original contact surfaces.

文摘To enable quality sealability and further improve the reconstructed video quallty m rate shaping, a rate-distortion optimized packet dropping scheme for H. 264 data partitioned video bitstream is proposed in this paper. Some side information is generated for each video bitstream in advance, while streaming such side information is exploited by a greedy algorithm to optimally drop partitions in a rate-distortion optimized way. Quality sealability is supported by adopting data partition instead of whole frame as the dropping unit. Simulation resuhs show that the proposed scheme achieves a great gain in the reconstructed video quality over two typical frame dropping schemes, with the help of the fine granularity in dropping unit as well as rate-distortion optimization.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effects ofQishengyiqi drop pill combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on angiogenesis and cardiac function in mice after myocardial infarction through in vitro cell molecular biology experiments.Methods:The animals used in this experiment were male mice with eGFP+/-.Sixty mice were randomly divided into three groups(n=20):myocardial infarction group(MI+PBS),myocardial infarction+mesenchyme plasma stem cell transplantation group(MI+MSCs)and myocardial infarction+Qishenyiqi drip pill combined with mesenchymal stem cell transplantation group(MI+MSCs+QSYQ).Qishenyiqi dripping pills were prepared into a medicinal solution with a concentration of 3.9 mg/mL with distilled water.The MI+MSCs+QSYQ group was orally administered with 0.1 mL/kg/day,and the other two groups were orally administered with an equal amount of normal saline.Mice in each group were adaptively fed continuously for 2 weeks,and the myocardial infarction model was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery by thoracic ligation.Twenty-four hours after the model was established,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from the tibia of the mice and injected intracardiacly Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were transplanted,and multiple injections were made around the myocardial infarction area of mice.The control group was injected with the same amount of PBS.0h,3 days,7 days,and 14 days after cell transplantation,observe the stem cell morphology under a microscope;on day 7 of cell transplantation,track the expression of eGFP-positive cells with a fluorescence microscope;before modeling,14 and 21 days after cell transplantation,use Cardiac function was measured by echocardiography.After 21 days of modeling,the mice were sacrificed,and heart samples were taken.The angiogenesis of the mice was observed by immunohistochemical staining and microvascular density determination.Results:The morphological growth of transplanted stem cells was proportional to the time of cell transplantation.Compared with MI+PBS group,CD90.2 and y6A were highly expressed on the surface of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in MI+MSCs group and MI+MSCs+QSYQ group,while CD31 and CD117 were almost not expressed.On the 21st day after stem cell transplantation,the values of LVDd and LVSD in MI+MSCs+QSYQ group were significantly lower than those in MI+PBS group and MI+MSCs group.At the same time,LVEF and LVFS increased significantly.The results of quantitative immunohistochemical analysis showed that the angiogenesis density in the MI+MSCs+QSYQ group increased significantly,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi dripping pills combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can not only promote angiogenesis in mice with myocardial infarction,but also play a positive role in improving cardiac function.
文摘In this paper, we conduct research on the large-scale network intrusion mode based on the principal component analysis and dropquality sampling. With the growing of network security issues, invasion detection becomes the study hotspot. There are two main types of thatinvasion detection technology, the fi rst is that misuse detection and the anomaly detection. Misuse detection can more accurately detect attacks,but high non-response rates, anomaly detection could detect the unknown attacks, but higher rate of false positives. Network invasion detectionproblem is summed up in the network data fl ow of discriminant problem, namely the judgment of network data fl ow is normal or malicious andin this sense here invasion detection problem can be understood as a pattern recognition problem. Our research integrates the PCA and samplingtechnique to propose the new idea on the IDS that is innovative and will promote the development of the corresponding techniques.
